Our 6-year-old has truly found his groove at Ninja Warrior. Since starting, his confidence has grown noticeably—he tries new skills without hesitation and engages with peers more positively and cooperatively. This is the first activity (after swimming) that really stuck, and we see steady, week-to-week progress. Coaches Mike and Evan are outstanding—patient, encouraging, and laser-focused on helping each child succeed. Chris, the owner, keeps everything organized, friendly, and safety-first. Beautiful new ninja gym with various levels of ninja equipment that keeps growing to challenge all levels, with amazing coaches that can offer new ideas to challenge you!

Our kids became members from the start which includes not only a class per week, but unlimited open gyms and also monthly guest passes so we can bring friends or even us adults to go ninja as a family. There's an open gym right before class, which is perfect to try any of the equipment and keep working on a skill. My son had been working on and finally conquered the 12ft warped wall after a few weeks of training. The kids are working constantly on their hanging grip strength and getting stronger with an appropriate amount of guided help.

We love working with Coach Mike and Coach Evan who are awesome with kids and know how to have fun and engaging, and all of the staff is super friendly. There's plenty of parking and seating in the viewing area and flexible to take videos of my kids while they ninja. The one thing that could use improvement is having cubbies for kids to put their water bottles during class so they aren't all over the viewing area or taking up seats, especially when they will have jackets that need to be stored too in the winter time.

We're so happy to have discovered this new ninja warrior gym. My 9 year old loves coming to classes here and is constantly challenged by new obstacle courses. The instructors are very knowledgeable and clearly care about safety, which I appreciate. What a great way for kids to burn energy and learn some new skills!

We switched gyms to try Conquer and have been very happy. The obstacles are fun and challenging, many of which are the same as you see on TV! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They also offer various ways to compete on teams, which my son was looking for.

I have been twice to the gym with my grandchildren and each time they loved it. Just one hour is more than enough to try out the obstacles and have fun!

My personal favorite to watch are the jumping and swinging obstacles — they really bring out coordination & agility for each child. They naturally show determination by continuing to try over and over again to get to the next level. Their faces shine when they’ve accomplished challenges!

This gym isn’t just about exercise; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment. Conquer Ninja Gym Woburn is the perfect place for anyone who wants to train like a ninja while having an unforgettable time!

I’d give 6 stars if I could. I have two daughters and we’ve tried out open gym and a class - both have been awesome. Coaches Michael and Evan have been incredibly welcoming and skilled at engaging my kids, challenging them, and setting boundaries in a positive and direct way. As a school counselor I’ve seen a lot of people at kid gyms who have a hard time balancing quality instruction while making responsive age-appropriate connections with kids, but these guys are experts. If you’re looking for sessions with fewer kids, check out the later options! Highly recommended for getting out extra energy and easier bedtimes.

Absolutely incredible place! My son is obsessed with Conquer Ninja Gym in Woburn, and I can see why. From the moment we walked in, the energy was positive, welcoming, and inspiring. The coaches are amazing, patient, encouraging, and truly invested in helping kids build confidence, strength, and new skills.

The gym itself is unreal—clean, safe, and loaded with fun, challenging obstacles that make every visit feel like an adventure. My son has left every session sweaty, smiling, and already asking when he can come back. I love that he’s not just exercising, but also learning perseverance, problem-solving, and teamwork in the process.

I'm so glad Conquer opened, my kids absolutely love it here! Both of my kids have so much energy and this is a great way for them to get it out. I took my two sons to an Open Ninja. They LOVED it. The space itself isn’t huge but it’s well organized to allow multiple warp walls and different hanging obstacles with a clean, thought out layout. My eldest hit a Lache for the first time and was stoked. The staff member was enthusiastic and helpful and then wowed us by going up the 14 ft warp wall. They really had fun and it’s adaptive, functional exercise.

My 8 and 6 year old started classes when the gym opened and they love it! They create personal goals and work towards them; each week getting stronger and closer to their goal while having FUN. Great place; welcoming, challenging and engaging, and the staff were all really supportive of all the kids on various elements/obstacles. At one point I heard kids and staff chanting and cheering on a kid that had been trying over and over on one particular challenge and on that last attempt he made it and the whole place erupted cheering! The owners of this gym are some of the most genuine, spirited, and passionate people I’ve ever met! When I first visited the gym, I was instantly welcomed by a hospitable staff. My favorite aspect of this gym is how open and bright the space is despite the numerous and diverse obstacle courses and activities. I really appreciate the fact that they will change the obstacles around, making different sequences, so regulars can accomplish all sorts of obstacles and challenges without getting bored of doing the same courses over and over again. Conquer Ninja Gym - Woburn is incredible! The obstacles are challenging and constantly changing, perfect for advanced ninjas, but there's also plenty of support for beginners. The gym is clean, well-organized, and full of energy. Huge shoutout to the Assistant Head Coach/Manager-Evan - super knowledgeable, encouraging, and always creating a fun, motivating environment. The owner is very excited for this venture and the head coach/manager is excellent too!
Whether you're training for competition or just trying something new, this place delivers. Highly recommend!
