A shockingly bad experience. It was far, far too hot (98 degrees) and there were roughly 60 people stuffed into the room, so the temperature was in reality far higher. I have never seem so many people exit in the middle of a yoga class: i counted at least 15. Thats how dangerously hot it was.

The exercises were disjointed and there were bloodstains on my towel.

What a great way to start off a Friday evening with Jean this super cool instructor at CPY fresh Pond. Jean is so knowledgeable. Her corrections just spot on. The flow was perfect and the music was fantastic. I even went home and played some songs from her track! It was so great and I’ve been doing yoga for 25 years. Thx you!

Yogi's beware. This is a predatory yoga business with foul mouthed instructors. Feels like the Costco of Yoga. Gross. If you sign up for a trial, make sure you email them before your end date or they will happily take additional money from you without your consent and then refuse to return it. When did yoga go corporate? And how are so many people okay with this??? Please yogi's consider the future of your connective tissue..

Classes are good. HOWEVER, THEY DON'T LET YOU CANCEL. AFTER WEEKS OF TYING TO CANCEL I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WHO THEN WANTED TO CHARGE AN ADDITONAL MONTH. Don't give me the bullshit that it takes a month to cancel a membership.

I immediately reported this to the Massachusetts Consumer Hotline (one click/ one day law) who opened an investigation as well as disputing with Amex.

Great instructors, great classes (shoutout to Margaret!) and great retail deals! My only caveat with this place is that Studio 4 (the one upstairs) tends to run hotter than most rooms, and it got to a point where it was actually causing a couple of folks to pass out (myself included).

I like this studio as they actually heat the classes to the expected degree but today I went to a Hot Power Fusion class and for some reason they had us in the smallest room and we were packed like sardines in a can. Someone was obviously sick so I left. Use the bigger room, always. It is safer. I have never ever been in such a crowded room.

Expensive, Overfilled classes, and disappointing customer service. You have to fight for a spot with your mat. Over $200 for a membership.

I took Linnea's C2 class and it was a delight! She is really great for people returning to yoga after a hiatus. She gives calm, clear, and helpful tips for improving control in challenging poses. I like her vibe! She has a good mix of chill instrumentals during the flow, and upbeat music during the ab workout. Big fan! will attend her classes again!

Really bad experience, I was disappointed with the service. I was really interested in the CorePower yoga. I came to the fresh pond site. I tried to ask question in front desk. The reception refused answer all the questions and just told me everything is online. Ignore and helps people who is after me. Yes.I know everything is online but I really needs more information this why came to visit. Just ignore me and taking care other people. Thank you CorePower Really disappointed.

I had an amazing experience attending the largest Corepower Yoga Studio in the nation. Widya's C2 Class was very inspirational. I found gratitude throughout the sequence and in every posture and flow. I was constantly reminded to appreciate what I could do and to continue to challenge myself.
The next day my body was tender and tired and still I wanted more so I attended Larissa's Sculpt class. Her energetic cadence filled the studio as she counted down the reps. Larissa pushed my endurance levels with a full body experience.
Widya and Larissa left a lasting experience of wanting to sweat more and I cant wait to return to this studio.
I'm filled with gratitude with Corepower Freshpond Studio.

Expensive membership. And, beware, they have a 30-day cancelation notice, so if you cancel before your next billing date, they will still bill you for the next month.

I took a Hot Power Fusion class with Jeanie and it was honestly pretty terrible. There was construction somewhere in the building, so there was the sound of a jackhammer that sounded like it was in the studio with you, the entire class. The instructor cranked up the music in an effort to drown out the jackhammer, but all that did was create a chaotic atmosphere for the whole class. It was also incredibly difficult to hear & understand what she was saying β€” and frankly, I hated her instruction style. She went back and forth between soft meditation tones and drill-instructor shouting. I’ve been doing 26&2 for over 20 years, so I have a strong understanding of the sequence that HPF is based on, but I had a hard time following the instruction because Jeanie was not demonstrating any of the postures, I couldn’t understand a word she was saying, and the two students in the first row were doing completely different postures, which was really confusing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t take another class at CPY.

I can feel my body relax the moment I step in the studio. The teachers are wonderful -- they seem to know each person's name and put so much care into each routine each week; while I was an athlete growing up, it's the first time I've been able to connect my mind, body, and spirit so seamlessly. I'm so grateful for what this little corner of earth has added to my life.

Excellent instructors/guides, each with different but high quality styles! Excellent variety of classes offered from beginner to advanced to aerobic style yoga. The workouts are as challenging as you make them for yourself, and there is NO JUDGEMENT HERE! You are encouraged to listen to your body and respond to what it needs. I have been going for months and think I have been in classes with at least 10 different instructors - every single one was personable, encouraging, non-judgemental and welcoming. I love it here!

Great staff, clean facilities, and a thoughtful yet challenging vinyasa yoga class led by instructor Kim. Vinyasa yoga did include a sequence of ab crunches and core strength exercises as well as typical flow.

I’m new to yoga and at first I was a bit intimidated by the more experienced members. However, it’s a very inviting and the instructors are really good explaining the movements and flow of the classes. I just wish we could lose the masks, but it is what it is in the current pandemic, so it’s not that bad.

This is my first time doing yoga ever and with CorePower Yoga. I had no idea what i was doing, but the instructor would show me moves right next to me and correct me when i was all confused. He was super friendly and personal. Going tonight again. Great place and staff.

Such a spacious and still warm refuge which accommodates most any intention, from the sporting yogi who keeps score (via dubious self-judging!Μ¦ of course) to the rambling dancer with improvised form. A great place to unwind, unplug, get down and recharge. Only improvements would be more thoughtful lighting in studios, esp. during daybreak & dusk (when natural is best), and more Billy Squier on the hi-fi. C'mon/Μ¦ let's hear the pride of Wellesley, Mass.

Such a great studio. The facility is modern and clean. All the instructors are so friendly. I love coming here for classes! I personally take the sculpt classes, which I find to be a great mix of yoga, strength and cardio. It's always challenging, refreshing and fun too. If you're looking for something that will keep your mind clear and body in great shape, this is a great place!

I love the variety of classes, amenities, and the overall space is great. My only complaint would be the weights and blocks in the sculpt room. They usually smell awful and look as though they were never cleaned. Honestly the smell coming off one of my blocks the other day made me gag. It really grosses me out.
I also take classes at a barre studio, and while everyone is stretching at the end they walk around and drop a wipe at your mat and then ask you to just quickly wipe down your equipment before putting it away. Takes no time at all and I love it because I know the stuff I'm using is being cleaned after every person. Could be useful after a sculpt class. Just a thought.
