I have been to this course for a while now, and have never had problems. However today there was a change, went to the driving range and tried to get balls, paid on my card and got no balls, and there was no worker on sight, so I left. Now, I’m not saying that I am a perfect person, because maybe I shouldn’t have left so quickly and waited for a worker. What I am leaving this review for was the customer service in the pro shop when I called, I was greeted with a tone and when I addressed my problem I was told there was nothing they can do, but it was said to me in such a rude tone that I do not appreciate as a paying customer. I might give this course another shot. But it’s unlikely that I will due to that customer service.

Restaurant has a full bar, decent food and personable folks.
The service was great when I was here; bartenders are polite, attentive and cordial.
They have 11 TV’s and 2 Keno screens, TouchTunes jukebox and an ATM.

An organization I am part of, Medford Lodge 1359, Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America, has been having our Annual Tournament here for 5 years, and this place is always great! The staff from the top down is professional, helpful, and always available to meet our needs! I highly recommend having this golf coarse host your tournaments and gathering!

Came 1 minute late to the tee time and was turned away. Check-in coordinator was dismissive and unnecessarily rude at the moment we arrived. No group in front or behind us was in sight yet it was insisted that we could not tee off due to scheduling issues. For a country club of this scale, it is disappointing that management accounts for such minimal margin or error; especially on a work day. In no way was there an effort to rectify the situation, instead it seemed that the check-in coordinator wanted to minimize his own work load.

Owner is senile and likes to make a fool of himself!

Started out great, man running the tee start was great and very kind. Made it thru 17 and a half holes until the angry owner randomly takes our balls.

He proceeded to get up in our face trying to act big and claim we stole the balls and they belonged to his driving range. Which they didn’t.

We shook it off after the earful from him, and mentioned our interaction to the same man at the start. He, very kindly offered us a free 18 holes.

We lastly stopped to get some water from the lovely bartender. The owner was unfortunately in the bar as well and told us we WEREN’T ALLOWED TO HAVE WATER. he kept running his mouth at us after that as well.

I’m shocked we couldn’t have water, since he himself seems to prefer booze.

3:00 on a Tuesday is a little early to be drinkin Bud

I’m DISGUSTED with the treatment we received after paying for 18 holes and a cart, and I assure anyone we WILL NOT BE BACK!

So, if you don’t mind getting WRONGFULLY ACCUSED and YELLED at by a DRUNK and BELLIGERENT OWNER, then by all means come. The course is decent. Otherwise, I’d take your money elsewhere.

We had a shower/celebration here and we were beyond happy with everything! The space was great, food was delicious (all our guests talked about how much they enjoyed the food), and the staff was fantastic. Kelly the event manager at the club was great to work with. She answered all our questions and was there throughout the event to ensure everything was good. We are happy to recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to host an event. My future daughter-in-laws bridal shower was held here a few weeks ago & it was beautiful. From the table arrangement to coordinating chair covers, there were many nice touches. Staff members from the chef to the servers were polite & helpful in every way. Buffet was hot, fresh & delicious. My DIL's mom said they were great to work with. I'd happily have an event here ... great job!

We held our daughter's graduation party at the CC of Billerica last weekend & everything was amazing!! Function mgr. Kelly was a pleasure to work with & I can't say enough about the bartender & servers who worked our event, all so friendly & attentive. In the days following our party I've received lots of calls & texts from guests thanking us for a fun night & sharing so many compliments on the venue like, beautiful room, delicious food, etc. The CCB was the perfect spot for our celebration with family & friends (so nice not having to worry about the weather). Highly recommend!!

Decent driving range. Mats only no grass tees. Small, medium and HUGE buckets are available. Probably about a dozen tees here. 250 yards to the end of the range. Should be sufficient for most players. If you don't mind mats not a bad spot to get in a little practice. There also is a practice green with holes cut in (which is nice) for putting and a chipping area. I will be back...

Staff great. Course is short but narrow. Very busy on weekends so don't expect perfection on greens unless you tee off early cuz they get beat up by the afternoon. Sometimes holes are loud from I guess dirt bikers but it's minimal. All in all great clubhouse for the 19th hole to watch incoming groups on a good finishing par 4 18th. Price is good. Challenge yourself to a short but narrow course. The range needs work.... it's all side hill lies. The range is not good... and it's turf mats. But the course if fun to play.

Only gripe about the golf is that they don’t have water jugs on the course and nobody in a cart with drinks. This summer has been incredibly hot and the Covid excuse is no longer valid. Upside is the grill always has great burgers!

Tee boxes are horrible. Burn spots everywhere on course. Totally confusing signs. 1st time I have even seen a golf course water the 18th hole at 145 pm. Guy was clueless. Group in front of us and us as well both just left as he made no attempt to move. Will never return. Good luck

Place has improved somewhat but still need to invest with upkeep. Main building clean and neat but starters building and holes need some TLC. Siding moldy and needs a good power wash. Grass and landscaping could have been better kepted. They did take out some overgrown trees and unnecessary bushes around first hole. They need to add some color around greens near parking lot to sell the sizzle so to speak.

I am so glad I went with my gut on this one. I cannot recommend the Country Club of Billerica enough as a wedding venue!! They have amazing pricing and beyond amazing staff. However, we did have 3 wedding coordinators throughout our year of planning. First we had Brynn I had read bad reviews of her, her leaving was a blessing! We were then set up with Julie...she was amazing! She unfortunately got sick 3 weeks before our wedding and took a leave of absence. I hope she comes back! She gave so much advice along they way. Saved us so much money. And as she said she is not a sales person. She will literally talk you out of spending unnecessary money! 3 weeks before we were set up with Kelly. She was a blessing as well. I can't say enough of how amazing she was. Our day went so smooth and I can't say enough about her or the country club! We decided not to use all their vendors and use some of our own, but had we used all their people we would have spent less...super affordable and beyond beautiful and amazing service all around!! Food was delicious, we got many comply, but seriously even of it wasn't it's wedding food. It's next to impossible to make 150 meals perfect, but they did a great job!

Terrible experience for a recently held event!!! Management does not stand behind the quality of the food or I should say the LACK of quality. Having previously used the BCC for a wedding and 90th birthday function....we booked a 50th wedding anniversary party this past September. We chose a sit down dinner service of prime rib and baked chicken and to our dismay both dinners were terrible! The Prime rib was so overcooked it was gray and the chicken was so oversalted...as a result most dinners went un-eaten by our guests! The function staff apologized but said there was nothing they could do at the time. Our guests wanted to post bad reviews but we asked them to wait so we could give the BCC a chance to make things right with us. After the event the function manager raised our complaint to the owner. It was a week before he contacted us and when he did he refused to refund us any more than $250...that was less than $3 per person for meals that cost us between $24 and $28 each!!! Absolutely despicable!!! As repeat customers we certainly expected more. He does not deserve anyone's business...he will certainly never have ours again...please think twice before you give him yours!!!

I've been playing here for more than 20 years. It's near home. it's a nice place to play. Maintenance is the biggest issue. It's as if the owners really don't care about the patrons. The sand traps are better described as dirt and sand with a lot of rocks. People don't repair ball my marks or divots. Price to value is so-so.
The restaurant has been great. Service would be better if they had staff. It's hit or miss. They do serve Monsta.
