I have been attending the strength camp at Cressey for about a year and a half now, and I cannot say enough good things about it! I go to the group strength classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. My mom and I both attend, and we love it! It is suitable for all ages! I have been consistent with my attendance, and I have never felt better. The coaching staff is attentive and very knowledgeable - I now feel comfortable with compound lifts like deadlift, back squat, and bench press. It has been amazing to see my own fitness progress. I came in as a very beginner lifter, and the coaching staff worked with me and tailored movements to my ability while also encouraging me to push myself. I feel extremely accomplished looking back on my journey from beginner to now. I feel that I am in the best shape of my life! I absolutely love the community aspect as well - I am now friends with so many of the people I get to lift with, as well as with the coaching staff! If you are interested in getting into lifting and fitness - come to strength camp!!!! Stay consistent, and you will experience a profound fitness transformation while gaining friends and support <3

My 17 year old son attends a large high school in Central Massachusetts. He finished his 10th grade baseball season on junior varsity standing 5 feet, 10 inches, and weighing 131 pounds. A coach pulled him aside and gently told him he’d have to gain “about twenty pounds” if playing varsity baseball was in his future. We searched for a training facility to send our son, as there are countless options available. In fact, I am a 20 year certified personal trainer with a long history of training athletes, but I knew he needed more than most gyms could give him, and more than I could offer too. So after researching many options, and asking several families and young athletes about their experiences, we decided to begin Cressey Sports Performance.
He began CSP in early September 2024 at 136 pounds. He attended sessions 3 or 4 days per week, and complemented that with 3 or 4 baseball training sessions per week with his travel team, and on his own. He completed his CSP Fall & Winter baseball prep program on the Friday before baseball tryouts. I am extremely impressed with the overall culture fostered by the owners and all of the fitness professionals. They greet every athlete by name, with a smile, and a personalized comment or joke. They guide the athletes through the intelligently designed periodized workouts. The athletes are left to work independently, while knowing that a team of trainers is right there with them when needed. The atmosphere is healthy, competitive, supportive, positive, and motivating.
Baseball tryouts began on the third Monday of March. He walked onto the baseball field as a six foot one inch, 162 pound junior. There were only 6 spots available to nearly 20 well-qualified candidates. After a grueling 6 day tryout, he earned a spot on the varsity baseball team currently ranked at the top of division 1 in Massachusetts. In his individual meetings with coaches at the conclusion of tryouts, they universally praised him for his commitment to improve, and hard work undertaken to make the team, including gaining 30 pounds. The development of sports specific skills is obviously vital to making a top varsity program, but in the case of my son, all the glove and bat skills in the world wouldn’t have meant anything if he came to tryouts at 140 pounds. Instead, the great folks at CSP helped my son add strength, size, flexibility, and athleticism. Through CSP, he's gained weight, muscle, knowledge, and other skills that extend far beyond the weightroom, court, or field. I highly recommend CSP!

Over the past two years, Blaise and the team at Cressey Sports Performance have built a training plan that has truly helped my son grow as both an athlete and a young man. At just 15 years old, he made his high school Varsity team.
He is incredibly diligent about the CSP workouts and CSP training that Blaise and the team have developed. His dedication, paired with the expertise at CSP, has made all the difference.
We trust his CSP Coach Blaise and the process, and lets the results speak for themselves. I can't wait to see how he continues to develop under Blaise’s guidance.
Thank you, thank you, thank you CSP—for helping him reach his goal of making varsity, and for being such an important part of his journey. IWithout any reservation I highly recommend CSP and its staff to assist your son or daughter in their development.

Can I play the proud Dad role for a second?
Over the past two years, Blaise and the team at Cressey Sports Performance have built a training plan that has truly helped my son Cam grow as both an athlete and a young man. At just 15 years old, Cam made his high school Varsity team—not only as a pitcher, but also as a starting catcher and third baseman. In his first varsity appearance, he struck out 4 of 5 batters and walked one. A senior coach on the team told a friend of mine that Cam was an ace in his debut and that he hadn’t seen anything like it in years.
Cam is incredibly diligent about the CSP workouts and CSP training that Blaise and the team have developed. His dedication, paired with the expertise at CSP, has made all the difference.
As a dad and former coach, I think Cam’s greatest strength is his resilience. He doesn't get rattled or frustrated—he trusts his CSP Coach Blaise and the process, and lets the results speak for themselves. I can't wait to see how he continues to develop under Blaise’s guidance.
Thank you, thank you, thank you CSP—for helping Cam reach his goal of making varsity, and for being such an important part of his journey. IWithout any reservation I highly recommend CSP and its staff to assist your son or daughter in their development.

Like many people, I believed that fitness was based on cardio training. I did nothing but cardio workouts until I started at CSP in 2019 at age 48. As a surgeon, I was starting to feel the strain of my daily routine. In 2024, I feel younger than I did 15 years ago and have more energy and endurance in the operating room and beyond. I also have wonderful new friends and coaches, thanks to #cspfamily. I wish I had started training here when I was in my 20s or 30s, but it’s never too late.

I have been going here off and on for years. Custom programming, semi-private training, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I may not always want to workout, but I always leave with a smile on my face. They have created a wonderful atmosphere for professional, collegiate and HS athletes as well as people just wanting to stay/get in shape.

I’ve been attending the Strength Camp every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and it has been a GAME CHANGER for me and my partner. The quality of coaching is top notch and the workouts are scalable for everyone. As a former college and pro athlete I’ve been exposed to all types of training and what CSP offers through their small group training is truly the best. We have a four month old at home and getting back in the gym continues to help us be better versions of ourselves for each other and our baby. I’m able to attend the 5:30am class and my partner attends the 7:30am class which is perfect for our parenting and work schedules. CSP ownership is also incredibly kind and made us feel welcome. Can not recommend enough!

I joined CSP about 4 years ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. The environment and staff there is second to none. The staff is very knowledgeable in every aspect of training from high level sports training to well beyond. What separates Cressey Sports Performance from other gyms is the level of care and passion each staff member holds for the individuals of the gym. I have never seen a more compassionate and dedicated staff towards the betterment of others. CSP has helped me grow tremendously in the world of athletics but also as a person.

CSP is a great training atmosphere for absolutely anyone. I began attending the morning strength camps about 4 years ago. The level of the coaching staff is unmatched to any other bootcamp class I've taken in the past. The coaching in both semi-private and strength camps allow for every individual to move and learn at their own pace in a comfortable enviorment. Highly recommend checking it out if you're interested in being apart of a one of a kind community!

Joining Cressey has been one of THE BEST MOVES I ever made for myself! I have been a member for almost 2 years and after jumping from personal trainer to personal trainer, I have finally found my home. Cressey gives me everything I need - a program based on my abilities and goals, trainers to coach me along the way, a family-like atmosphere and lots of laughs! At Cressey, I am treated like an athlete (not the middle-aged woman that I am), which gives me the confidence and inspiration to work hard. Both of may teenage children go to Cressey now and we couldn’t be happier!

Cressey Sports Performance in Hudson, MA. has always been a leader in sport development training. CSP was able to help me reach my fitness goals throughout the past year. I believe that this monumental success is directly correlated with their outstanding, personalized, customer service. Any persons with any type of background can walk into CSP MA feeling welcomed and satisfied in their relationship with the staff members. They are helpful, intelligent and supportive to everyone they meet and I would recommend checking them out sooner rather than later in your health or sport journey.

I originally started at Cressey 3 years ago when I was recovering from an injury. Even after completing my rehab, I have continued lifting at cressey for many reasons. The coaches are there not only to provide you with your work out program but also to support, motivate and challenge you throughout your workouts. Before I started working out at Cressey, I thought it was just a “baseball gym,” and I wouldn’t fit in. I never would have expected to feel so welcome and to have loved it as much as I do. Working out at Cressey has made me feel stronger and more secure in my own body. I couldn’t speak more highly of the gym and the atmosphere.

I have been a client of CSP for about 2.5 years. The coaches and culture at CSP are what make it a special and unique place. The coaches continually challenge me to do things that I would not have thought I could have ever done. As a middle aged woman, it has been so empowering and motivating. The clients at CSP range from professional athletes to middle schoolers to everyone in between. Working out amongst the varied population is nothing short of inspiring. After years of hopping between gyms and personal trainers, I have finally found my home. I am thankful, CSP!

I have had the pleasure of training at Cressey Sports Performance for the last 5 years. CSP is second to none when it comes to providing both athletes and the general population with an incredible atmosphere and an emphasis on meeting the individual needs of everyone who walks through their door. The versatile coaching staff not only helps athletes develop and perform at their highest level but also helps people of all walks of life move and feel better with great consideration of the demands of their daily lives. CSP goes above and beyond to offer an environment that extends much farther than the training floor. The CSP staff puts a great deal of effort in getting to know you as a person. Young athletes are provided with role models and guidance to grow off the field as much as on. Camaraderie and companionship leads to friendships, trust and a high level of respect for all who join the CSP family.

Cressey Sports Performance is the one of the best fitness facilities I've been to in a long time. Seeing as I've been coming here somewhere north of 2 years they must be doing something right: Staff on the floor providing guidance, tailored programs, a large space for lifts. Also not just for pro athletes. I came here as an average gym goer on a recommendation from my physical therapist and CSP has done a lot to correct my bad habits and reduce related injuries.

My son Brady has been going to Cressey Sports Performance since he was 13. His goal was to develop his body and shoulder for baseball. He is now 16 and the transformation of my son’s body has been remarkable. CSP’s ability to assess each individual and design a program specific to each athlete is impressive. There are so many things we love about CSP: their attention to detail, the knowledge and skill of the trainers, the impressive facility, the fact that they know Brady well and really our whole family (the #cspfamily hashtag is not just marketing – it’s real.) But I think what we love the most is that they see the big picture and the consistency of their message. Youth sports places far too much emphasis on the next game and results and there is so much inherent pressure involved with that. On both parents and kids. CSP is always a breath of fresh air. It is just about the work and the program and getting bigger, stronger, and faster.
A couple of years back, he had to have surgery and Andrew with Move Strong was phenomenal. The CSP trainers worked closely with Andrew and this was so key to his recovery. As he was recovering, he was cut from his high school team. He was devastated. I called CSP and their message was simple, this is spring sport. Just bring him to us for workouts. Which we did. Through Brady’s work with CSP, he now understands more about his body and nutrition than we could have imagined when we first walked through the door. And this came from the foundation of both working their program from a young age and the consistency of message about nutrition and workouts. There are way too many names to mention – they hire the best people and there is consistency in their message across the board. He is still so young and just beginning his journey as an athlete. We are just so fortunate to have CSP helping him along the way.

My son tore his labrum wrestling and had 3 bolts put in. Cressey Performance reviewed his shoulder pre and post surgery and nailed the situation and needed solutions for his training. These guys are as much scientists as they are trainers, couldn't be happier with what they are doing for my son.
