My sons ages 14 and 11 have trained with Evan for 3 years and 1 year respectively. Seeing the transformation from shy unsure boys to stong self confident young men has been absolutely amazing for me! Both of them have intestinal fortitude that Evan has been able work with, foster, and grow. Evans guidance is the driving force why my sons are now self motivated to workout at home. His sessions are fun, he explains goals, and expects results and my sons response has been indisputable. Evan, without a doubt is a positive roll model both mentally and physically to my sons.
A few months ago my wife mentioned that she wanted to train with a trainer, now that she finished her marathon regiment there is no question, I plan on having her go to Stephanie.

I started at Cro Top about 3 years ago, because I was out of shape and needed motivation to get moving. Stephanie is everything I could have hoped for in a trainer. She pushes, and doesn't let me get bored or lazy, but she does it with positive energy and a great sense of humor, so going to the gym never feels like a chore. Getting stronger has made me feel so much better and more confident too. I highly recommend.
