It’s been 2 years since I left my first review about this gym! And my opinion is still the same. Rejane is an amazing instructor, she challenges you, pushes you to go harder to get better and stronger. If you want a trainer to inspire you she will! She’s looks amazing which is a huge inspiration plus she has the attitude that will put you to work! 😂I started coming to her gym with the intention to lose weight for my wedding and here I am 3 years later! Lol. Im still a member and pretend to continue for the rest of my life as long as she is there. I developed a passion for fitness thanks to Rejane and her gym. ❤️Love you Re! Thanks for the amazing work! 💪🏻

She is very professional I take my classes in a group but still feel like she is my personal trainer because even in a group she pays attention on every one u can really feel the change in your body if u seriously follow her instructions.
Long story in short she is the best .

If you are looking for something to motivate you on exercising… this is definitely the place. Rejane is so experienced, she will make modifications for whoever need it. I started this CrossFit gym just about a year ago. Came into it not knowing what to expect. This first couple of classes were tough, but after the first week I started getting the hang of things. The energy of this place is amazing, the music is amazing and the instructor is very hands on and willing to help. After a couple of months I started to see a complete difference in myself. Starting with my energy level and then the weight loss. Over the past year in total I have lost a total of 35 pounds. My confidence level thru the roof. I would recommend Crosscamp Fitness to anyone that is looking to get started in CrossFit. Rejane is the absolute best!

Not gonna lie. New to this, I’m probably as unbalanced as could be for my age and don’t speak Portuguese but the energy this place gives you and the patience the instructor and the people have here is fantastic. If you can fight your fears and get through the first few weeks you will see results fast. Never boring, always challenging.

Great gym for any level of fitness! Rejane the owner and instructor makes you feel welcomed and is always encouraging you to do better! She knows her work and is very creative with the routine! Basically, you never feel bored to lift weights! Nah is also great, sweet and fun! And will put you to work hard too! Lol. The atmosphere is great with upbeat music and the group of classmates are fun and positive! You can feel confident to come in and participate of the class without the fear of being judged. I love being part of the team! 💪🏻❤️
