I have been to the place for 2 months. Joined the on ramp 3 months program and I like this place for at least three areas.
1 It’s roomy and sit in a good location. It’s not in any crowd traffic, it has a big parking lot in case the exercise need to run. Inside area is also big, roomy, and tidy.
2. Care my form and safety. Even I am only joining the group class, coach do teach me a correct form for exercise, emphasizing why the correct form is important. Preventing injury is number one reason as it can keep you rolling and exercise.
I had one time having short breathing and can’t continue, she also taught me how to avoid and what to do when it happens again. Those professional knowledge is very important and I like they have it and share it.
3. Keep the interest in exercising. They do suggest me to start out slowly. Provide me an idea what weight would be a good challenge at the current point. It’s also important. Even one is able to pick up 50 lbs one hand which doesn’t mean he can finish all the required reps of exercise with 50 lbs. It may need to be lowed. Their professional comment and advise are very useful for the progressing and avoid a feeling of failure and losing of interest.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in crossfit.

I started at CrossFit 781 a couple of weeks ago with some private lessons with coach Zach. And last week I had my very first CrossFit. Class. I was so worried. I’m super self-conscious, not very fit, and I was dreading it. I ended up LOVING it. The community here is amazing, the coaches are so sweet and encouraging while still pushing you to really give it your all. The owner, Eric, really cares about making sure you are getting the best experience for you and your needs and abilities. I honestly couldn’t be happier and I look forward to what each new class will bring!

I now do a combo of personal training and classes which works well for me. CF 781 is very inclusive of different demographics and fitness levels/ goals. I will attend this gym as long as I live here!

I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit 781! From the moment I walked in, I’ve been impressed by how welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly the staff are. Eric, the owner, and my coach, Zach, have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, especially since I’m brand new to fitness and CrossFit. They’ve been incredibly supportive and communicative throughout my entire journey.
The gym itself is spacious, clean, and offers a ton of class times that fit into anyone’s schedule. It’s clear that everyone at CrossFit 781 is passionate about helping you succeed, and the positive, encouraging atmosphere makes every workout enjoyable.
Thanks to the amazing team here, I’ve overcome my fear of working out, gained valuable knowledge about fitness, and—most importantly—actually look forward to going to classes. This is the first time I’ve ever been consistent with working out, and it’s all thanks to Eric and Zach. My story: I have never worked out before. I was simply looking for an activity to get me moving. I had a membership at Weymouth Club I was forced to pay a year for but only used a handful of times. Mostly because I honestly had NO Idea what I was doing. Big waste of money.
I signed up to CF781 just a couple weeks ago and it’s been the best health decision I have ever made. It’s way more affordable and I’m basically getting semi private work outs each time.
The numerous classes a day work perfect with my schedule. I am even able to schedule in, minutes before. The work outs are very easy, scalable and since everyone does the same thing the coach corrects my form and others so it’s a lot of learning. Teaches us consistency in doing it correctly. ( Teach a man to fish and what not ) It honestly almost feels one on one with out the one on one price tag.
I can’t recommend Coach Zach Levy enough. He is an amazing instructor. Knows exactly how to explain a workout or form in a way one can understand. He knows you better than you know yourself and helps everyone scale up or down to get the most out of each of his classes.
All around Great atmosphere. Perfect for a newbie like me that has no idea what they are doing. My perception of CrossFit was way off. It’s better than I imagined.

CrossFit781 is by far the best gym I've ever been to. I've been working out here for a little over a year and continuously getting stronger.
The owners and coaches are kind, helpful, and encouraging experts. Every exercise is scaled to the individual's level, so even though I started without any real strength training experience, I was able to fully participate. Additionally, the overall atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend!

The team at CrossFit is the best! I was new to CrossFit when I joined about 6 months ago. Since joining, I’ve always felt comfortable and supported by the coaches and community. I’ve had regular gym memberships with classes and did F45 before. I love Crossfit781 because the coaches truly care about you and your success. I came into Crossfit781 with a previous elbow injury and the coaches always make sure I’m comfortable with the work out as written or if I need to make modifications for my elbow. The classes and programming truly are for every fitness level. The community is kind and we are always encouraging one another. I am challenged every class and I’m so happy with my fitness results so far!

CrossFit781 is by far the best gym I’ve been a part of. I began attending this gym about 1 month ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made this year. The programming is remarkably accommodating and constantly varying with the exercises, keeping workouts challenging and exciting.
Unlike a regular gym where you show up and have to figure it out on your own, the coaching staff here is always present providing support, whether it’s direct coaching, scaling workouts or individualizing workouts specifically to meet you at your current fitness exercise's. Not to mention, they communicate that information to the coach that’ll be leading your group session so they can see the plan through.
In my specific situation, I had a tooth extraction and was directed by my doctor to not lift heavy weights, run, or elevate my blood pressure for the next 5 days. I wanted to keep my momentum going, and not sit out for 5 days. I reached out to the owner (Eric) and he came up with an individualized plan to adjust the upcoming workouts to accommodate my situation. He also reached to the coach that was going to be leading the sessions I was attending to keep them in the loop with whatever adjustments were made to the workouts.
CrossFit781 is truly AMAZING, the people here are super friendly, supportive and motivating. There are people here at every level of fitness and the commitment adds another level of accountability. If you’re looking to change your life for the better, joining this gym is a great start.

“I had an introduction meeting with Eric to talk about my goals, fitness levels and address questions. Eric was supportive, knowledgeable and truly listened to what I needed to accomplished. After my intro meeting I got matched with one of the coaches the best Zach. Getting started with Zach was very supportive, and teachable and he was very helpful to the instructions of the ramp training.
I learned the movements and Zach was very professional in teaching me the movements. I am looking to started my training and on to a path to success.
Since completing my on Ramp this weekend I am ready to start my working out. I truly love working with Zach he is very enthusiastic.
One thing that I like to mention is that Crossfit781 has help me tremendously. When I signed up for CrossFit 781 my blood pressure was 180/105 and now after a couple of exercises my blood pressure is now 120/80 normal stage with it needs to be. Thank you Eric, Zach and your Wife. Love Crossfit781. You save my life by implementing within CrossFit to help myself. I highly recommend Crossfit781 You will love the atmosphere there. I recently started at CrossFit 781 after about a year off of a structured fitness routine. I was mostly just going on walks but knew that I needed and wanted to add strength training. I had been a CrossFit member at another gym in the past so I was familiar with many elements of the program and community but again had had a long stretch off fitness and had never come to this particular gym. I chose this gym because it was close to where I live, they offer an InBody scanner and nutrition programming in addition to classes, and they had class times that worked with my schedule. So far it has been a great experience. I elected to do the nutrition coaching plus CrossFit classes. So far I have worked with Coaches Eric, Cassi, and Zach who have been very welcoming. The programming is really well done and I love that they post the whole week of workouts plus extra information like the goal of the workout, how it will help certain aspects of your fitness, how to prepare for it. I also love that several levels and scaling options are included in every workout so you can participate in class no matter what your fitness level is and get a great workout for you without trying to keep up with anyone else. The programming really meets you where you are and gives you a roadmap of things to build toward over time. As someone who is just coming back to fitness the scaling options have been key for me. Lastly, there are several classes where the class size is pretty small and it’s really nice to get so much individual attention and coaching. Having an expert to help with form, adjustments, alternatives, and scaling options is crucial to those new to or coming back to strength training. Very happy to be a member.

It took me about a year of thinking to decide to join because I had never done CrossFit before and worried it would be "too much" for me. Turns out I couldn't be more wrong and I really wish I didn't hesitate for so long. I had the privilege of starting my CrossFit journey at the 781 and it was the greatest decision I ever made! LOVE it here, just joined about a month ago! Hands down the best decision I've made for myself in a long time! If you are questioning this or if you've even called or checked out other locations (as I did) give yourself a chance and at least call and talk to Eric! Truth be told, I had been scared to even check it out because I told myself I'm not in "CrossFit" shape. Tried doing it on my own, but wasn't doing a great job. One day I decided to ignore my self doubt and at least call. After talking to Eric on the phone and meeting him to go over my goals any reservations I had about my body not being able to handle it went out the window. He made me feel so comfortable and reassured that all workouts can be modified to my fitness level (even with a minor shoulder injury). I started the very next day with an amazing coach who I just can't say enough great things about! Even in the class setting the coaches and everyone are just so wonderful and supportive you can't help but love it. These workouts are not easy but can be done, and I even look forward to them. So seriously, if you are still reading and trying to decide.... JUST CALL!

I would highly recommend Crossfit 781. I'm on the back-end of the newly offered 21-Day At Home Challenge. This program was a great way to get me out of a rut and back into a routine both physically and nutritionally. Coach Eric's programming and nutritional guidance were instrumental in getting me back to the fitter version of me. If you are looking for a top-notch CrossFit facility, CrossFit 781 is it! The space is huge and it is always clean. There's ample equipment for even the largest of classes. Each coach gets to know the members and provides helpful scaling options and guidance to improve form. The expert programming done by the owner Eric is always clear and presents and attainable goal for every member. The entire class is laid out for you so there is no guess-work, however the coaches emphasize the rationale of the workout stimulus and how it pertains to overall health - which I find so empowering on my own journey to a healthier life. Coming to class at 781 for the last three and a half years is easily one of the best hours of my day. The coaches are professional, knowledgeable and they each bring their own personality and style to each class. Including most recently where they were all so helpful and encouraging during my pregnancy and postpartum fitness—providing appropriate scaling for certain movements or workouts when needed. If you are debating this gym or another one (or even if you are just debating whether or not to workout in a gym), I strongly recommend CrossFit 781. I had not worked out with other people in a gym in over a year before coming in to CrossFit 781. I had a nagging shoulder injury and wasn’t sure if doing this would further aggravate the injury. I researched every different gym in the area and CF781 had the best reputation for taking care of their customers. So I came in, met with Eric (the amazing owner) for a Free “No Sweat Consult” to discuss goals, then I came in to try out a class. After that, I knew this was the place for me and signed up. In my 3 months of coming just 3-4 hours a week, I have felt myself get more fit and grow more confident using my previously injured shoulder. I have had the chance to attend a bunch of different class times, and all the coaches are super knowledgeable and legitimately fun to work out with.

Amazing place where I have grown tremendously inside and out since joining. The coaching is second to none. They are all very focused on form and keeping you safe. Coach Eric does an amazing job with programming and includes so much variety in the movements and structure of the workouts that you will not get bored! Coming here is the best part of my day. I have been a member of the CrossFit 781 family for 7 years this August. Walking through that door so many years ago was the best decision I made, to date. I travel a lot for work, and drop into a lot of different boxes. Some great, some not so much. However, having that basis for comparison just proves how professional and legit Crossfit 781 is. The programming is amazing and well thought out. I always feel like I’m getting an incredible workout while maintaining great form. This is also credited to the amazing coaching staff. Classes are friendly and welcoming, and the scaling options make the workouts a lot less intimidating. The facility is by far the best in New England. It can accommodate all sizes of classes. Additionally, they have the ability to assist with personal training and nutrition. It’s a one stop shop if you’re looking to lead life better and get fit! Come on in!

If you have never done CrossFit before I highly recommend dropping into CrossFit 781 for an introductory class. All the coaches are great and have varied coaching styles so no two classes are ever the same. I was hesitant to join because I live in the city, so it is an hour commute each way for me…but it’s totally worth it! The gym is clean, it has great equipment and offers a number of options from standard CrossFit class training to gymnastics to individual personal training. Eric, the owner, is always willing to work with his athletes to improve the skills necessary to become the best athlete they can be. CrossFit 781 has a great community feel so everyone feels welcome as soon as they walk in the door. I highly recommend you take a chance and drop in for a class at CrossFit 781!

Let me start by saying I hate going to the gym and I hate working out. I’m a nap-taker in life.
I joined CrossFit 781 for a 6-week women’s only program. My thought was, “Hey, it is only 6 weeks and I’ll be with a group of beginners like myself, how bad can it be?” Let me tell you – I am SO glad I did it!
The team at CrossFit 781 is amazing! Never once did I feel that I was being judged, ignored or forced to do what I couldn’t. I was pushed to be better at each workout but only to the limits that were right for me. The encouragement from the other members and coaches made me try harder, lift more, squat deeper and push as hard as I could. In the past, I tried Zumba, spinning, personal training and various other classes but never felt I got anything out of those. With CrossFit, I feel the hour or so spent at the gym is an intense, full-body workout and worth every drop of sweat! After each class, I wanted to do more and after the initial 6-week program was over, I felt better, I had more energy, I slept better, I was eating better and I couldn’t wait to sign up for more classes - let's face it, I have a lot more work to do!
The facility is clean and open and the members are the most friendly, encouraging group of people I have ever met in a gym, especially with the newbies like myself. I am completely impressed by the attitudes and how the athletes in the classes before or after mine continuously encourage and support one another until everyone has reached their individual goals. This is reason enough to join CrossFit 781 - we need all the help we can get, right?!

I joined CrossFit 781's new you program that was advertised on Facebook. I was very nervous to do it since I was very out of shape. The owners, Daniele and Jason made me feel very comfortable. The trainers I had for the program, Eric and Sara were awesome. They helped me reach goals that I didn't even think were possible and surpass some that I had in mind going into this program. I recently completed a 6 week challenge at Cross fit 781. I'm 53 and haven't worked out for 2 years due to injuries, so I was apprehensive. Danielle and Jason were amazing. Dani and Jason the owners are very personable,sweet, and informative. Sara and Eric our trainers were also GREAT very patient and they were with me every step of the way. I would recommend this gym to anyone. If you never worked out a new in your life, or you need just a little extra motivation. This is where to go :)

Without going into too much detail, one of the owners, Jason, was rude and disrespectful. I would steer clear of this place. Also he claims to be a "combat veteran" and some type of decorated soldier. After some research, it turns out that is a complete distortion of the truth. Stolen Valor?

I had the pleasure of creating business photos for the owners, Dani and Jason. They were both very professional and easy-going, and I can tell by the photos on their Facebook page that they make workouts fun for everyone.
