CrossFit Bourne is so much more than just a gym. It’s a place where friends are made, lots of laughs are had, a place where you learn to believe in your self. Best of all you get to see people do things they never thought they could. Everyday is a day to do a little bit better with a whole bunch of friends cheering you on.

Yes, you build strength and endurance. Yes, you get sweaty and gritty and yes, you may lose a few pounds. But with Bourne CrossFit you gain confidence, empowerment, and a sense of self. It pushes you to your limit.
I joined in December of 2021 and haven’t looked back. The coaches are patient strong leaders who encourage you to be your best. Step out of the box, you’ll be glad you did.

I was deceived by one of their ads claiming an opportunity for a FREE 6-week challenge with promises of in person classes, meal plans, shopping lists, coaching and more , only to sit through an hour "orientation" to be told at the end that you need to pay $ or use the "online class" seriously!?

I weighed nearly 290 lbs. at the end of January. I lost some weight on my own, but really wanted to be pushed. I could not have chosen a better place. Bourne Crossfit is awesome. I started slow like many, but I am progressing quickly. I have never lifted weights in my life and I’m 45 years old. Don’t just think about it, do it! You won’t regret it. If you do the meal plan you’ll lose weight and gain muscle. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been in my life and I’ve only been attending four months!

I started going to Crossfit Bourne almost 4 months ago. I absolutely cannot say enough how amazing this place is. I saw an ad for their 6 week challenge on Facebook and decided to check it out. I was nervous at first actually sign up for CrossFit but I am glad I did. After my 6 week challenge I was so satisfied with the results not just physically but mentally. I ended up signed up for a monthly membership. Everyone here are so helpful and supportive. I never once have felt intimidated during a workout. The coaches have helped so much to accommodate the workout and modify things if you need to. I highly recommend this gym. You won’t be disappointed.

Great to be Back, after being out for 5 months with a Meniscus Tear. Awesome place for workout, great staff & a great group of people in each class. It's the type of workout you workout as a group; sometimes the instructor will also workout with the Class. They start you off with a 6 week challenge; to see if this is the right workout for you. During the 6 week challenge a lot of people lose 5, 15 to 20 pounds in that short of time. A lot sign up for a monthly membership. In a year that I have been a member in December I would encourage people to do the 6 week challenge. And come and join the fun.

Joined for a 6 week body transformation challenge and absolutely love these workouts. Ben and the other coaches are very good at what they do and will motivate you to go above and beyond your comfort zone. I'm only 3 weeks in to the challenge UT I already plan on keeping a membership there along with other memberships not on the Cape. Basically keeping others because summer traffic is about to kick in.
Highly recommended Cross Fit no matter your what physical shape you are currently in. They will get you where you want to be.
