Great coaching and atmosphere. Being new to CrossFit - Bryan keeps a close eye on everything and his feedback and encouragement is amazing. Very accepting members for all skill levels and a sense of team/community throughout. Excited for the next class!

It was great! Havenβt done one of those workouts in a while so I was a little apprehensive as to what the pace and structure would be like but Bryan made sure to explain everything throughly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend trying it out, if you are looking for something new and want to be part of a tight knit community.

Laura always walks us through the warm ups and keeps an eye on form while providing coaching tips for the exercise. I appreciate the wide range of movements used in the programming and that the gym has all the equipment needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to increase strength and overall fitness.

Class with Coach Laura is ALWAYS fun! She mixes things up and really customizes each workout to each person. She knows my strengths and weaknesses and I LOVE how she pushes me to be better every time. Her skill in form and Coach queues is impressive. She gives me such helpful pointers and corrections. For the past few weeks I've been working one on one with Bryan to fine tune some of my skills. Not only does Bryan have a proper warm up prior to the intended skill, he has workup that lead to it that are appropriate and beyond what I'd know to do. Each session is carefully planned to address the target skill, all of which I've made progress on. Generalizing the skills into class, Bryan watches and reminds what was worked on in session to keep me progressing. I could not be happier with the sessions and classes at Crossfit Claddagh, the skills and strength I've gained lately is due to Bryan's coaching and carry over. Skills aren't worked on in a 1 and done fashion, but carried over to continue progress in workouts. Thanks Bryan!

I broke my tib fib on 11/11 and am now the proud owner of a titanium rod in my right leg. So scaling is a big option until I am cleared to run/jump again. And she is very gracious and helpful in sorting out changes to the class for me and I appreciate it. Iβve been a member for 2 1/2 years. I had always belonged to a gym but I felt that my metabolism needed a boost beyond what I was doing. So I tried out Claddagh and never went back. Itβs been phenomenal for me personally. Both emotionally and physically. The Injury mentioned above, I was back at the gym after 5 weeks and I believe itβs because of Claddagh and all we do here.

The coaching team at CrossFit Claddagh is incredible. Each coach brings their own unique energy and style, but they all share the same dedication to helping us improve. I thought Shayne did a great job coaching the Saturday morning class. He was able to explain the workout clearly and thoroughly so that everyone in class knew exactly what they had to do! His energetic attitude was also very contagious during such a long workout!

Iβve been a member at several different CrossFit gyms over the years after moving around Massachusetts a few times. Crossfit Claddagh is by far my absolute favorite! I could not recommend this gym more, Bryan and Laura really care about all of their members and the workouts are perfectly programmed.

I joined Claddagh in 2015 before going to play college hockey and I can confidently say I would not have been able to play at that high of a level without the help of Bryan and all of the coaches at Claddagh. I have worked with several other trainers/coaches in the past, and no one has compared to Bryanβs knowledge of overall health and fitness. This entire community has had an incredible impact on my life the past 7 years.

Crossfit Claddagh has changed my life. I walked in here on a whim after having only done dance cardio classes and I had tossed around a couple of dumbbells at home. I had no clue what to expect (ZERO crossfit experience) and I immediately fell in love!!!! The gym itself is fantastic, but what keeps me coming back is the PEOPLE. The members, the COACHES - this is a true community. They challenge you, lift you up, rag on you when the moment is right and you need that final push, and support you in every way imaginable. And they make it fun!! I seriously don't have enough good things to say about the Crossfit Claddagh clan. I also recently got hurt and was pretty freaked out - but Coach Brian messaged me daily and walked me through what I needed to do to get back 100%. He also completely modified a workout for me when I came in and wasn't quite healed. The support of the coaches and members at this gym is just unlike any other. Take a chance and try it out - you will NOT regret it!!!

Having never walked in to a CF gym before I felt it was going to be intimidating. Also never really 'lifting' before I had no clue where to start. After being urged by a friend to join a few classes, I can say that I am extremely happy that I took the plunge.
Claddagh has a great family feel - with the right amount of understanding and encouragement. If you cannot perform one of the days' workouts, the trainers will teach you 'progression' workouts. These workouts are not seen as bad thing, but steps in the right direction.
Go in, workout is listed, warmup together, work on form together, workout together, trainer(s) walking through the class - helping - encouraging - correcting, and then you complete the workout.
Claddagh has a family feel where you'll know everyone's names in no time.

CF Claddagh is truly a gym that sets itself apart from others. From the experienced coaching to the welcoming atmosphere, it's a great place to work out from day 1. I have been a member at Crossfit Claddagh since 2016 and have had nothing but an amazingly positive experience since! Even after the chaos of life has taken me away from working out for a bit, Bryan and Laura have made going to the gym such a welcoming experience. I've been a member here for a year after going to another CF for 11 years. Bryan and Laura are the best! All the trainers are excellent with form, and offer modifications when needed so you can get the best workout.

Was very cautious and nervous when I signed up for crossfit especially with my back issues. Bryan and Laura as well as their amazing coaching staff took that anxiety away. I was welcomed like I've been going there forever and they really take the time to work on your form and make sure you get a solid work out while staying safe. The workouts are solid and fun. I've never been more consistent with a gym in my life until I found Crossfit Claddagh. I love it here and you really feel like you're part of family that motivates and pushes you to be better.

Great spacious gym to get a workout in. Wonderful supportive CrossFit community. And best of all when you come in to try a class there is 0 pressure to join or annoying follow up calls. The at home workouts via zoom during quarantine were challenging/well thought out and could be done with body weight or limited equipment. Love this place, and if you are reading this you should come check it out you won't be disappointed and will get fit. The trainers are excellent all around and are always explaining every single movement every time in detail. The owners' lives really is fitness.

Did home workouts such as p90X for years. I had heard scary things about CrossFit. One day I decided I didn't care about the negative comments I had heard about it anymore so I went and met with Bryan (owner). I have been going for 5 months now and I absolutely love it! Bryan and Laura truly take pride in their gym and give their members personal attention. If you are reading this JUST GO THERE!!!!! D.P.

I've gone to the gym on and off for years and generally hated every minute of it. I am pretty new to Crossfit, but so far, the experience has been awesome. I would highly recommend trying this out. Especially if you are looking to stay in shape and don't enjoy just going to the gym
