Visited here for a week during my family trip to the Cape and was so glad to find it!
The team was so responsive to my initial questions before attending and the signup process was extremely easy.
Each of the 4 classes I attended were challenging and the coaches (Cassie, Molly, and Darcy) were super positive and supportive across the board!
I will be back for sure.

What a great gym with sincere, and incredible coaching. Was a stop for 4 days over vacation and couldn’t say enough positive things about this gym and the vibe. Will hopefully be back!

Great experience @this box. Down here for my son’s golf tournament, dropped into 6am. Small class size @this hour, Coach Chris was approachable & encouraging. Equipment was up to standard & general set up met expectations as far as classic box. I’ve been doing CrossFit more than a few years but always get thrown off a bit when entering a new box, it can feel like your first day all over again, Coach took time to explain (then re-explain) my questions & gave positive feedback. Overall good experience, wished I remembered to grab a shirt….thanks! 💪🏼🔥

I've been going to this gym for over a year now. Like a lot of folks new to CrossFit, I was nervous when I first started, but everyone made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in the door. Chris goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community and it really shows. He and the other coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and the programming is fun and challenging. Highly recommended!

I spent two weeks on vacation in the Cape and purchased an 8-class pack at this gym. The drop-in process was seamless, making it easy to attend classes. All the instructors were friendly, supportive, and helpful with techniques. I particularly enjoyed classes with Molly and Chris, who were both outstanding. They were knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping me improve my techniques. The gym community was also welcoming and supportive. I only wish I didn't live two hours away, as I would love to come more often, but I look forward to returning next year or if I'm in the area! I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Cape looking for a CrossFit gym or just dropping in for a class.

Just returned from having brought an after school youth program to a session at Nauset CrossFit. What an experience! The kids had the time of their lives and almost fell asleep in the van ride back to Hyannis from having worked out so hard. Chris was on-point in demonstrating each exercise he lead the kids to complete. The technology he uses to display the exercises (with the timers programmed into each one) was beyond impressive. Kudos to you, Chris, for making such a positive impact in the community. And maintaining a facility that is impeccably clean and truly set up to make exercise fun!!!

I've been at CrossFit Nauset for two years now. I was a bit nervous going into it since I was new and everyone else knew the moves and lingo. However, all the members and the coaches are so friendly and helpful; I was blown away. All the encouragement from everyone then and now keeps me going. I feel so much better about myself physically and look forward to classes. I highly recommend giving each of the different classes a try.

I have been going to CrossFit Nauset for 10 years now. When I first joined the gym I was on high blood pressure medication. Within 6 months of doing CrossFit I was completely off the medication. Chris and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly and genuinely care. I missed class recently and Chris called me on the phone to find out if I was ok, then he dropped off some cold medication to me. You really are not going to find that in another gym. I’ve watch other CrossFit gyms on Cape Cod re-brand, close, move, or be sold off, but CrossFit Nauset keeps going and gets better and bigger. One constant thing I hear new members say is that the coaching at CrossFit Nauset is excellent and they pay attention to the athletes. I have to agree. Chris has successfully built a community that extends outside of the walls of the gym. Proud to call him my coach and my friend.

I am so impressed with this Crossfit. As a 30 year vet of personal training, I look for a coach that will help me do things well and accurately and Chris and Molly do exactly that. It is also a very welcoming environment. That is huge to me..Thank you CROSSFIT ORLEANS!!

I joined CrossFit Nauset over two years ago. With little knowledge about CrossFit the program changed my life. Not only are the coaches knowledgeable, they are accommodating to all levels of athletic ability. They push you to believe in yourself. Not only is it a gym it’s a community of support and encouragement in all areas of life!! If you’re looking to make positive changes in your life it’s as easy as walking through the door. My life has exponentially changed! Thank you to the Nauset CrossFit family!!!

Crossfit has changed my life! I DID NOT think I was a crossfit candidate..........but when I walked in to Crossfit Nauset, I immediately felt comfortable! This is for ALL walks of life and Chris makes sure to show you exactly what and how to do it with the instruction you would receive if you had one on one coaching! All the coaches there are wonderful and encouraging! I recommend you try it, just once! Thats all you need! And you'll be hooked like me! I reached my goal within one year! And I can't wait to see what the next year brings me!

Had such a great week here. I was able to maintain my training at the normal times I train. The new space is amazing. I was able to workout in my own area so I didn’t have to disrupt class. The gym has everything you would need train. Everyone was very friendly. The gym was extremely clean. Just such a pleasure! Looking forward to going back my time time up here.

Was in the area visiting family and did a drop-in class with my wife and sister. I'm pretty competitive, my wife and sister are very new to CrossFit. We all had a great time. Highly recommend checking CrossFit Nauset out if you're local and want a good lift/WOD.

Great gym, whether you are looking for a new CrossFit community or a place to workout while on vacation. Chris was super helpful answering all of my questions ahead of time and helping me choose the right membership while I was in the area. I was able to stay on track with my normal powerlifting programming and also drop into class while on vacation with the unlimited one week membership. Class programming was thorough and accessible while also challenging.
All their policies and procedures are very thorough on the website as well. It was very clear how to swap out my normal Wodify login to sign up for class or open gym as well as their reservation cancellation policy/waitlist protocol.
Will 100% return next time I am in the area! Thank you to all I met while I was visiting for being so welcoming!

CFN is a top notch, no nonsense kinda box. An overall welcoming environment, knowledgable staff, and friendly members all on Cape Cod. Chris is one of the best box owners and diligent to his business and staff. Go from a class to the beach in no time flat.

I was staying in Chatham for the weekend, so I thought I’d try a drop in here. I’ll admit I was a little nervous when I saw the 1 star reviews, but figured I’d give it a shot. I’m glad I did. Everybody was super welcoming and the coach, Molly, was awesome. Even got some extra time to practice some handstand walks. Even bought a sweatshirt! I’ll definitely be back.

Do not go here.
I requested to do my own programming and was told I couldn't which is fine, but the owner Chris was extremely rude about it. His exact words were, "You can do the class programming or you can leave."
Not the warmest welcome but okay, tried to stay optimistic. From there, the class warm up was poorly run and little direction was given. There were not any tips on technique nor any coaching at all for that matter. Chris was on his phone for a good portion of the class. The bathroom was very dirty, exemplifying how the gym was run as a whole.
While Chris was rude at best in person, he really found the courage to assert his poor business practices via email when a member of my party reached out about getting overcharged (which they legitimately did). Chris is a true keyboard warrior as shown by his responses to other reviews on this page.
On a positive note, the actual members were extremely nice.
I love Crossfit, have been doing it for 5 years, and have had positive experiences at every gym I have dropped in at besides this one. It is truly unfortunate how this gym misrepresents the sport and the community.

Save yourself the trip (& the money!) and find another box. I was completely disappointed with the treatment I received from the owner of CF Nauset. I felt that he took great advantage of me as a visitor to the area and when I expressed my concerns, he referred me to their 10-page waiver and the small print on their website.
The scheduling app that they use automatically adds you to a class if you’re on the waiting list, even if you receive the notification in the middle of the night or if the class starts in 10 minutes! This gives you no time to actually arrive at the box, and if/when you don’t, you’re charged the “no show” fee of $20. This is completely ridiculous and unfair, especially for people that have purchased a drop-in pack (because yes, I paid $59 for 3 drop-ins and was charged a $20 no-show fee ON TOP of this!). Almost every other box that I’ve visited around the world requires you to manually confirm your attendance in a class if you’ve been added from a wait list, but not here. I tried several times to speak with Chris about this concern, but he was simply not interested in resolving it or correcting the inappropriate charges to my credit card. I love CrossFit and have been an active athlete around the world for many years, so I know how great the experience can be. I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone- local or visitor- it was a completely frustrating experience.

Not a member but a drop in. I love this box. I drop in around Memorial Day every year and have been doing so for three years. First, great coaches. Very attentive. Accommodating for an out of towner. Second. Great programming. I travel a lot and I like seeing how coaches program. Seems like a big focus on old school fundamentals. In a week I did both Chelsea and Fight Gone Bad as well as a long metcon with snatches, OHS, and lunges and a pretty nasty clean complex. Third, and most important in my opinion, this place is basically the platonic ideal of a box. Great high quality equipment but well used and just this side of grimy. Plenty of platforms for oly lifts. Rubber no bounce Pendlay plates. Plenty of rig space. Xebex bikes and Concept2 rowers. Just a great experience. These folks deserve your support if you’re on the Cape and looking for a drop in.

In the 6 years I've been CrossFitting and the multiple drop ins I've done around the world, this was by far the least welcome I've ever felt. My wife and I are avid CrossFitters and she is a L1 Coach. We stopped by during an open gym, so we wouldn't interrupt a workout, to get set up for a drop in and buy some T-Shirts. There was one coach and one athlete in the gym. The coach glanced back at us, but said nothing. No "hi" or "I'll be with you shortly" or "we're almost done" ...absolutely nothing.
We had no idea how long this workout was, but didn't have infinite time to wait. I waited for 5 min and I edged over. He spins around and says "10 min and I'll be with you" in a tone that really made me feel like I'm the jerk for interrupting. I have a policy that I should never have to beg to give a business money, so we walked out.
Also, the athletes form on the cleans she was performing was extremely poor. The bar was yanked vertically from the from the floor and caught with a severely arched back with her legs splayed out like a starfish. The coach not only didn't correct her, but yelled "Yeah! Great Job!" Both my wife and I cringed as we've both seen athletes get injured doing this. We both understand form can suffer under the fatigue of the WOD and coaching form mid workout is challenging, but when it comes to athlete safety sometimes you have to hit "pause" and correct.
