Functional fitness facility focused on the physical and mental wellness of all of our clients through fitness and nutrition coaching. Our goal is to improve our client’s functionality by constantly varying workouts to achieve increased endurance and physical and mental strength, preparing our clients for life’s daily demands. Regardless of fitness level or individual goals, all of our clients will become well-rounded athletes, gaining experience in a variety of workouts and training patterns including weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.

This was my first intro class and I loved it. Coach Kara introduced me to the day Coach Juan and other people in the group. Everyone specifically coach Kara and Juan were very encouraging and explained the right technique to do things. Coaches watch how I was performing and advised for corrections where needed. This was really great and I m looking forward to become member of this family

Today was my first class, and I almost didn't go because I was nervous. Tim was great. He was easy going and showed me the different steps on how to do things, with modifications if necessary. I also really loved that he checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and provided a ton of encouragement. It was tough, but definitely worth it and I will be back!

I've been a part of this fitness community for over five years now. They have helped me stay motivated and on track through the pandemic and several injuries. I've gained strength, endurance, and friends here. On of the best things is how helpful the coaches are in managing rehabs and scaling the workouts to fit anyone's level. Another best thing is how you get to know the other peeps who workout at the same time with you. Those relationships translate into motivation, care, belonging, and just a better human existence. I'm 68 years old and hope to get my ten year banner up when I'm 73!

Okay gym at best if you like crossfit, otherwise its not the best of gyms. Old heavily used equipment, very small, same old workouts every single week by the coaches, who are dwindling away currently due to the ownership. Some cool people inside though and I DO NOT blame the workers for this, they are all professional and fun people. Some pretty amazing trainers at this location too, although a few are gone now. However, im just not happy with how i was treated after being a member for years now. Listen people, I understand a policy is a policy but lienency is still a real thing and couldve been used here. Unfortunately in my life money is tight so I am leaving this gym for a cheaper one. I sent an email 3 weeks in advance that I will no longer be attending this gym, and guess what, today I woke up and checked my bank and saw they pulled the $159 monthly payment. Yes people, that's how much it costs to attend this gym, and you are limited to how much you can go each week, how about that. Anyways, I called to get the charge reversed but they said im sorry we need a 30 day heads up. Like why? Was 3 weeks not enough? My family isn't rich, we relied on this extra money to help us get through the month, but no, best they could do was a "store credit". What good would that do me?!? So now I'm stuck paying the bill for a gym I wont be attending anymore. Fantastic! Just be cautious people of the "fine print". I continue to learn my lesson but always find myself getting the short end of the stick. What a world.

If you’re looking for a convenient place to workout, CrossFit Pepperell will likely have a class time that works for you. The programming is dull and repetitive, but still gets you burning calories. The remaining few coaches there are knowledgeable and will help with any learning curves as you get accustomed to CrossFit. However, four coaches just left in the matter of a week due to the actions of the owner. If the owner now steps in to coach more classes, you may be out of luck. Personally, I feel the owner has a “stick in the mud” personality and is no fun to be around. I found that the few times I had to take class with him he sucked the fun and energy right out of the room.

CrossFit Pepperell suffers from one thing: Eric’s leadership. He charges basically the same rates as his bigger gyms while leaving this one with outdated equipment, less space, and no investment.
He talks about “community” but shows no understanding of what that actually means. Turning off comments on his own video while saying “my door is always open” tells you everything about how he leads — with ego, not with integrity.
Plenty of other gyms value their members. This one just values Eric’s fragile ego.

Eric, this isn’t about you “firing my friend.” It’s about how you run your gyms. Brian is the one who made this space safe, welcoming, and inclusive — he built the community that kept people showing up. Without him, that’s gone.
What makes this gym negative isn’t Brian, it’s leadership that censors members, turns off comments, and creates an environment that is anything but inclusive. That’s not protecting community, that’s silencing it.
And the reality is, members here pay almost the same rates as your larger gym while dealing with outdated equipment and little investment. That’s not about one employee — that’s about your priorities as an owner.
If you truly valued acceptance and support, you’d live it through your leadership instead of hiding behind it as a talking point. My review stands.

I previously gave CFP a 5-star review because of the incredible community I found here, largely fostered by the leader at CFP. They made the gym feel safe, welcoming, and inclusive — my wife and I built lasting friendships because of them.
Unfortunately, my experience has changed drastically. The owner, Eric, recently fired this leader for a personal political post outside of the gym. This decision goes against the values of inclusivity and respect that they worked so hard to build. As a queer woman, I already struggled to feel safe under Eric’s leadership, and this confirmed those concerns.
To make matters worse, after voicing my disagreement respectfully, I was removed from the members’ page (cutting me off from the community) yet was still told I’d be charged for another month of membership. This left me feeling silenced, dismissed, and exploited.
I can no longer recommend CFP. The community is strong because of its members, but the leadership does not reflect the openness, safety, or values that made this place feel like home.

Cannot recommend this gym anymore. The owner has let the equipment and facility fall off his priority list, and mishandled major leadership changes that drove out three coaches (and counting). The community has fractured under poor management, and the owner has shown zero interest in members. Worse, they censor any dissent by deleting critical comments while ignoring emails and outreach—yet still claim to have an “open door policy.” The hypocrisy and neglect speak for themselves. After 300 classes, it’s a shame to no longer feel welcome or heard or any sense of care from this place that used to bring such peace and growth to my day.

This gym is a supportive community of hard working individuals. The people you work next to quickly become friends and you track their progress and celebrate milestones almost as much as your own.
I used to look at exercise as a monotonous task and each morning I look forward to getting to the gym to tackle that days WOD and start my day. One of the best decisions I made is calling Brian the manager back and saying “I’m finally ready to start this journey.”
Give it a shot. Step out of your comfort zone. Everything is scaleable and the coaches are there to recommend an option that works for you.

If I hadn't seen someone I knew already wearing a CrossFit Pepperell t-shirt in the hockey locker room, I never would have considered it. That's because one of the trainers in my former gym had introduced some CrossFit hero workouts, that at the time I considered "extreme" and "intimidating." However, that's not the case at CrossFit Pepperell at all. Classes are instructor led and we learn correct form for doing the movements before going heavy. When you're a beginner, you can do a scaled back version of the workout. It's adaptable to almost any fitness level. For example, I had a sports-related injury and I rehabbed at the gym after "graduating" from PT, occasionally doing seated exercises. Furthermore, the instructors are not just people who work at a gym, they're knowledgeable and experienced. The gym also has open hours if you don't want to take a class, but I always do because I appreciate not only the leadership, but also the camaraderie of the other members -- we celebrate each other's successes and I don't think I've ever left the gym without multiple fist-bumps. You have nothing to lose by checking it out!

CrossFit has been such a great experience for me! I feel stronger, fitter and more confident in doing hard, physical activities. I had a spinal fusion many years ago but still would have back issues. Since starting CrossFit last February, I truly have had no "throw-outs" at all. Building strength in my core as well as overall body, with the guidance of a coach, has been crucial to this success. As I get older, staying healthy and fit enough to continue doing the things I love (backpacking, trail work in parks, chopping wood, traveling) gets harder, but the training at CrossFit is absolutely helping me continue on that active path. Scott is a great coach. He try’s to spend time with everyone to help them improve. With big classes this isn’t always possible, and not everyone needs as much coaching as others, but he helped me improve my form on the barbell tonight as well as a handful of others in class.

Crossfit Pepperell is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. I came in with no Crossfit experience and little experience with this type of training. The coaches (Brian in particular) were so great with meeting me where I was and accomidating everything for what I needed. Brian has a way of balancing challenge and support that I have never found in a trainer / gym before. The community here is also great. I recently started at CrossFit Pepperell and I’m really enjoying it so far. I’m usually intimidated by gyms, but I went for a free consultation and immediately liked the vibe. The coaches and members have all been very welcoming and encouraging. One of the things that was emphasized at the outset is meeting you where you are. All workouts can be scaled in different ways, depending on your current abilities. The coaches work with you one-on-one to make sure you’re using proper form for lifting, and they explain the variety of workouts and terminology. In just a couple weeks, I’m already feeling more strength, mobility and flexibility. I’ve never done CrossFit before, but this has been a great introduction for me. If you’re on the fence, I suggest coming in for a consult. I’m so glad I did!

The best gym I’ve seen so far!
I’ve worked out in other gyms and worked with personal trainers. They can’t hold up to what this gym offers. When I signed up I thought 2-3 time a week would be about what I wanted to commit to. Well I’m over four months in and averaging 4+ times a week when I don’t have to travel for work. I’m hooked!!! It’s such a fun place to get a good workout in with a great group of people.
The coaches are knowledgeable and are always watching out for correct form. They know how to scale for injury limitations and offer great but challenging alternatives. The classes are diverse and mange to make you push past what you think you could accomplish.

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Pepperell for two months now, and I can enthusiastically proclaim that joining was the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only have I gotten stronger physically, but I’ve also realized that my outlook and mental health has greatly improved as well.
My goal when I joined was to get fit and overcome the last two years of stress that had overtaken my body. I can confidently say that it is working! My strength has improved, my nutrition has improved, my mobility has improved…all because this place is so easy to commit to. The coaches are fantastic, and truly care about every single member’s progress, regardless of fitness level. They offer appropriate scaling options when the WOD seems insurmountable; but also, will push you to the point they think you can get to, even if YOU think you can’t. They believe in us and celebrate with us when we make gains!
One of the most welcoming aspects of this gym is the sense of community. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and 100% void of judgment. We celebrate each other's achievements and motivate one another to push to our limits. I can’t imagine not starting my day here at 7 am every single day, and also I can’t wait to see where I am one year from now.

This is a great place to start, restart your fitness journey or continue to push yourself. I’ve been a member of CrossFit Pepperell for over five years. I have learned so much about health and fitness during this time. The community of people is nothing I have experienced at other health facilities. Everyone is so welcoming, encouraging, and I have formed so many incredible friendships. Every workout, I push myself further than I ever thought possible. Sometimes it’s to get faster or stronger. Sometimes just to get a great workout. I am new to the area and was looking for a new gym to join. I was nervous about starting at a new place. I had a few gyms I was planning to visit, Bridge Fitness was the first meeting I had, and ended being the only meeting. I loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. It’s very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The community is super supportive. The coaches are great at teaching techniques and scaling all levels to make sure you feel safe and confident. The nutrition program is so helpful and easy. Bridge Fitness and Nutrition offers the complete package for health and wellness.

I joined the Nutrition program in September 2019 and started personal training and taking classes shortly after.

I've been a member for almost 4 years and would never think of going anywhere else. We actually moved out of Pepperell and still go here because of all the great people we work out with.
In my opinion, you need a good community with people who motivate and inspire you to do better. It's hard to maintain goals and stay committed without it. I'm in the best shape of my life at age 36 because of all these awesome people.

By far the best gym I have ever belonged to! I was hooked after my first class!! I have lost weight, gained muscle and also gained a pretty amazing group of friends I call my gym family! Bridge Fitness is an amazing gym. The staff are caring, encouraging, and correct you when you're not doing the moment right . I have a really hard time with overhead squats. Coach Chuck helped me with using a PVC pipe and wall ball. Each coach is always there to help me develop my struggles. I can't say enough of the staff but what's really awesome are the people who come to this gym. AMAZING!! I love the community here.

Bridge Fitness is the the gym I NEEDED. The first place I felt comfortable and confident while working out! Every Coach is always looking to help and every athlete is supportive. Bridge Fitness is definitely the best gym in the area! The atmosphere is awesome and you can always expect to get a great workout in. I was a little intimidated at first since I’ve never been to a CrossFit gym but everyone is so supportive and helpful. The coaches truly care and are passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals. I would highly recommend joining the gym to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely love Bridge Fitness in Pepperell! I joined a little over a year ago and it has changed my life. The gym is clean, the coaches are amazing, friendly, positive and encouraging environment and they have everything you need to accomplish your goals. I have been a member of CrossFit Pepperell just about a year and a half and just wanted to take a minute to tell people about it. First of all the owners and all the coaches take special interest in helping members of all abilities achieve their fitness goals. The facility is always clean and the equipment is all top notch. CrossFit Pepperell is much more than just a gym. They have built an amazing community of people who are always supporting one another. There are fun challenges to keep things exciting, special events around certain holidays and an in house competition every year. I started out with no idea what CrossFit entailed and am now doing movements I never thought possible.

I’ve been a member here for about two years now, and honestly I was actually afraid to join in the first place. I imagined that I’d be the odd man out because I had never done anything like this before. It only took one class with the group to realize how wrong I was. The members and coaches at this box are some of the most supportive and encouraging folks I’ve ever met at a gym. We support each other no matter our level of ability. I’m never the fastest or strongest and that doesn’t matter. What matters to everyone is that you’re there with them and giving it your best. The owners are truly passionate about their members and their journey to become their best selves. The coaches are always there to help me learn, progress, and even scale when I need to. I am headed into my second year at Pepperell CrossFit and I love it. Other gyms claim they are judgement free, but PCF truly is. The coaches are patient and always helpful, no matter your skill level. All the members are fun loving and it has been great to meet new people in my area.

I’ve been a member at CrossFit Pepperell for over a year. The atmosphere is unlike any other gym I’ve belonged to. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, encouraging and kind. The place has a great atmosphere and both the coaches and members are very friendly and welcoming. The coaches are always actively watching to help members become better athletes. It's not uncommon for one to work a few minutes before or after to help those training improve themselves.
