Spent about 4 months at Rigel when I was back in the south shore. Fantastic box. Coach AC is super nice and the members are very welcoming. They have a really nice community and miss working out there.

Excellent gym with a motivating and knowledgeable coach! I joined Rigel about 3 months ago, and look forward to my daily workouts there everyday. Members are friendly and encouraging, and the gym itself is a great spot to learn and challenge yourself. Workouts are designed to push you, but are scalable and AC (coach) knows exactly how to guide you according to your strengths and limits. I would highly recommend Rigel to anyone looking for a welcoming environment to get fit and be part of a great group!
