Crunch Fitness emailed their members 2 days before they reopened to let us know that they will be open, at a new location. No warning, no option to cancel. They are not dissolving our memberships, they are carrying them over to the new location (Grafton Street in Worcester). Apparently they don't understand that people choose their gyms for a number of reasons and LOCATION and CONVENIENCE are major reasons. They are horribly irresponsible and I (among so many others) will be cancelling my membership.

it's great until you try to cancel. Been trying for 6 months, phone , mail and can't get a response- they just keep charging my card and I'm years beyond the time in my contract.. be careful with this one.

The gym is often crowed and okay, however the men's bathroom is often out of toilet paper -- almost every weekend, and for some reason the new management team removed the sit up bench which is my primary equipment. When I asked about it, my concerns were not considered important.

Basic gym with some classes but they need more classes. Not as clean as it once was; there's a parking lot. All the basic equipment. People keep to themselves so it's not a social place; no staff wandering around to see how folks are doing so a friend injured her knee because she didn't know what to do or alternatives. Beware extra fees. They need trained instructors who really can teach for things like Zumba and Pound... Other locations are better.

The gym is for everyone but this lady was talking on her phone while working out and she was being behind loud. Swearing and laughing like a mad dog.

Highly recommend this gym. Very spacious with all the equipment you need. It is also less crowded than the one in Worcester

Wifi only covers a small portion of the gym and TMobile coverage is spotty, so streaming music is problematic (I bought a range extender at my house for 30 bucks, maybe y'all could invest in a couple). Free weight room is small and at busy times there aren't enough dumbbells, benches, or squat racks. No real good place to do deadlifts either. Ventilation seems to be an issue as does maybe rain leaks as several times there's been a large puddle with a "wet floor" sign placed near it, which is odd as this gym is in the basement. As long as you download listening material in advance, go on off peak times and don't mind deadlifting awkwardly in the middle of the floor, and avoid the wet spots, it's not a bad place.

Older gym with some newer equipment. Most of the treadmills are older and need to be replaced. Decent selection of free weights. It's open 24/7 which is convenient. Usually plenty of parking. Membership price is very competitive. Usually not that busy during the day but can get a little crowded after 4pm.
The only real complaint is the locker room. It probably hasn't been updated since the place was a racquet ball club. You walk in and you get hit with a wall of odor that's a mix of sweaty balls and dirty feet. It's nasty!!! Please get rid of the disgusting carpet & wood lockers and the smell should be eliminated. It's hard to believe but, people actually walk around in there with out shoes/socks!
Fix the locker room situation and I'll give you another star.

This was my first time at this gym and I was very impressed! It's very well organized and sectioned off beautifully. They have a section designated for cardio, free weights, and machines, and more. It's always a plus when a gym has free weights. That's a problem I had with Planet Fitness, unless you like that. It also had more weights than Planet Fitness which is also great.

This gym has a friendly staff and is very affordable, however this is one of the dirtiest gyms I have walked into. The floor is disgustingly dirty/grimey and the smell makes ones almost vomit. I have heard complaints from others aswell in regards to the flooring. The back room (with all the free weights/benches) has no ventilation. This meaning when you walk in you instantly get hit with warm, humid sweaty air, that wreaks. I would recommend the floors get replaced with actual nonporous flooring (instead of rubber plastic titles that get filled with dirt/water and cant be cleaned) or have them professionally cleaned ASAP. Until something is done about the lack of cleanliness of this gym I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I will update my rating/review when an attempt is made to cleaning this place up. Thank you.

Cheap membership in former racquetball club. Plenty of machines. Have never seen staff clean a machine and men's shower area has no separate showers. Because its cheap, a bunch on kids in there all the time. Staff is meh....

Great gym for the money, $20 per month and you can go to any of the chains. They're all open 24/7 as well, which is extremely convenient. Nobody ever complains about doing heavy lifts, lifting without shoes, and chalking either. Sometimes they take their sweet ass time repairing broken equipment though.
