Can't take much more of patrons holding up on machines, browsing social media/phones excessively while people wait to use them. Staff does absolutely nothing about it. Also, equipment in rough shape/dirty, Stair Master fan vents are filled with dust. Was just recently at Crunch in Stuart Florida, it's impeccably clean, effective staff, plenty of equipment, individual wipe stations throughout for wiping up equipment. Not paper towels with god knows what mixture in the spray bottles.

Nasty bathroom, gross equipment. They don't keep it clean here. I already complained about the bathroom and they did nothing to fix it. I guess that's what you can expect for 17$ a month. But yeah it gets the job done, I would look around for other gyms though.

Just went into the gym to pay for the no commitment 17.99 they show online. This is mid October. Which means less than 1.5 months left to the year. It would make no sense for me to pay a 79 dollar annual fee. They told me I would have to pay for two months so the 17.99 base package no commitment is completely false. I agreed to pay two months cash. They stated I'd have to pay for the annually fee also. I left they turned down the 40 dollars cash.

The only reason I go to crunch in the morning is for Rose. She is absolutely wonderful, I love our talks and the advice she gives me. I have been coming to this gym for about 3 years now and let me just say crunch Braintree has amazing equipment and staff. It has everything I need to get my workout done as well as fantastic classes with amazing instructors. But the best thing about crunch braintree is their front desk person, Rose ! She is the absolute best, I can say without a doubt that she is what gets me going to the gym. She is so positive and great to talk to. I love her energy ! It is exactly what we need more of.

You cannot have Tough Tread and Yoga at the same time. 1) Access to weights 2) Noise.

You cannot continually interrupt yoga with people getting free weights.

You cannot hear a yoga teacher without a microphone over a fitness teacher with a microphone.

Do NOT sign up for personal training or even a membership here. I had to email up to the director to try to get my account closed despite them billing me past times after I cancelled. He confirmed that they would cancel me and still, my card attempts to get charged. It’s been 4 months since this started and I still get emails every day.

It could be a great gym but the customer service may the worst I have ever experienced. I don’t write 1 star reviews but emailing membership multiple times to stop trying to charge me after it was supposedly cancelled is a position I wouldn’t want anyone else in.

Though smaller than the crunch I came from, the energy is still A1. Morgan is an amazing individual and works hard to have the right pieces to the puzzle in place. I go to the gym two three days a week I have I have worked out reviews regarding the shower situation about putting black mats inside the shower due to fungus on the floor too many people using showers and I don't know who's clean who's not clean I have nine people living at my house and I never had fungus on my feet I think that's crazy I don't know why this gym does not invest in Black mats in the shower so when people take showers they could run hot water in the mat will see the feet from getting from fungus feet so I'm on my feet all day and this is the third review I wrote I don't have a problem with the gym I don't have a problem with employees they all know me I go in I work out and I go back to work I don't know what's hard about spending $100 to get black mats to put on the floor in the shower so people won't get fungus on their feet I never had that on my feet and again I have nine people living in my house and these people are clean as a whistle you're discontinued doing this I no longer going to this gym let's see how this works out so I'm going to talk to the manager who's in charge to see if they could order black mats on the floor for the showers I have to use a shirt to put on the floor due to too many people taking showers now that's why I go to the gym to work out take a shower and go to work so it just continues I'm going to switch gym so I'm going to get five star to that employees who work there but I'm giving a one-star to the gym due to slack of getting black mats to put in the shower I don't understand that's a problem so now I have to put a shirt on the floor and throw it out because there's too many people taking showers after their workout and I'm getting tired of buying cream for my feet and this is just outrageous so I don't know who is the owner of this business but invest some black mats it doesn't cost much money it just continues I'm going to switch gyms

I joined crunch In Braintree Ma 2 months ago because of my schedule I wasn't able to continue, also I signed up for personal training which started on July 2nd. The trainer texted me the day before to confirm and I told her unfortunately I have to cancel my training ,she said because I signed up for auto pay I need to stop by the next day to ask for Morgenne. I did stop by but she was in a meeting, I waited 15 minutes and I wasn't able to stay longer. The woman at the desk told me she will let her know to call me. Couple weeks passed by and I never received any call. I was very busy with my personal things until on July 31st I received a call from Morgenne because it's been a month since I had never gone to the gym. Also I let her know that I want to cancel my membership because I am busy with other things. She said I need 30 notices before cancellation and I asked her regarding my annual fee. On my mind I thought I was all set, because she didn't mention anything regarding my training. She asked me to come to see her to finalize everything, I came she said they card on file wasn't good I was confused because I just used at stop and shop across of the fitness, I told her something is going on with your system , I will call you with a different card to proceed with the payment. Today I called her with a new card and she changed $800 which put me in the negative. I called her and she said it's my past due balance. I came twice and we spoke with her twice and she was awarded by the trainer and I need to come see her to sign that form to cancel my auto pay and she never mentioned anything until I made the payment. Even I asked her to give me the info for the regional manager she stated she is the manager for Braintree and the regional manager as well and no above her. I told ok I will do my research, which I find out the regional manager name is John Badot. Later in the day She emailed me John information .

After multiple attempts to cancel a membership in person, via phone, and via e-mail I was still unable to cancel until I had my credit card provider block the charges. If negative stars were possible, this gym would deserve them. This place feels like a scam. I was charged for personal training sessions that I had canceled directly with the trainer—who did absolutely nothing and then quit shortly after. The 30-day cancellation policy is unreasonable and feels deliberately misleading. When I brought up my concerns, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, a deeply frustrating experience. I would never recommend this gym to anyone.

**Great Gym, but Class Transition Could Be Improved**

I had a great first experience at Crunch overall. The gym itself was really nice and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind—they even helped me find the right room for my workout class since it was my first time.

The only issue I ran into was with the class timing. I arrived five minutes early for the 5:30 PM class, but the instructor was still leading what seemed to be the previous session (the 5:00 PM class). At first, I thought I had walked into the wrong class, so I left and waited. However, even after the scheduled start time, the instructor continued without pausing. Since they were already deep into the workout, I didn’t feel comfortable jumping in and ended up leaving.

While I’ll definitely try again, I really wish there were clearer transitions between classes and more consideration for newcomers. Not everyone attends every session, so instructors should be mindful that new people might join and need guidance. A brief pause or introduction would go a long way in making the experience more welcoming.

Crunch Fitness Braintree does not honor its 30 day cancellation policy, We submitted a request in writing and online to Crunch Fitness to cancel my husband membership back in November, since it wasn’t at the beginning of the months we got charged again on December since there cancelation policy established 30 days. We got charged $360 for personal trainer session because we were never told those are two different services and we didn’t cancel that in November, which doesn’t make any sense, if I’m not going to the gym where the heck I’m seeing the personal trainer. So we paid the $360. We were told once again because it wasn’t the beginning of the month in January we will have to pay another $360 for the personal trainer, which we did. Ok! My husband went to Crunch and talked directly to the manager which by the way is never available on the phone and he has to wait for 45 minutes to talk to her. Everything was all set and we got the email with the cancellation! Guess what, they are still charging us the membership, we called once again manager isn’t available the guy on the phone isn’t helpful and in my husband profile he continues to show as a current member. His membership hasn’t been cancelled. Extremely FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED with customer care!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I really enjoy going to crunch Braintree! They have a variety of group exercise classes to choose from throughout the day. The gym is also well maintained on the fitness floor as well as the bathrooms! My husband and I typically go to Crunch in the morning and it’s always great to be welcomed by their staff!
