I got a membership to workout before work. I work 5am-5pm. The key they gave me to get in never worked and there was nobody to help me. Unfortunately between my work and social problems I was unable to ever use the gym and they continued to charge me and never helped
me out besides suggesting to cancel my membership.

I’ve been going to this gym since I started my fitness journey in 2016 and I always come back I’m a regular there and I’m nothing but happy with this place it’s close to home and always clean and everyone is very nice and welcoming! This gym does not judge new comers for those starting I definitely recommend this gym for everyone! 🙌🏼🤗😊

Pretty good facility, it's a bit small but it has enough to get the job done and I like how they have a trap bar and landmine station. Bathrooms are typically always clean and stocked and the person at the desk is always friendly and greets me when I come in and says have a great day/night if they are at the desk.

I was the only male doing the aerobics class with weights. At no point did it feel awkward. Everybody was very welcoming and now I have muscles that I didn't even know existed let alone know they could be this sore lol

After paying $10 a month for years, they started charging me $40 a month about 3 months after I had attempted to cancel my membership (of course, I should have paid better attention to my payments to make sure it was actually cancelled, but they definitely shouldn't be stealing from me). It's been almost a month and I have not been refunded and the GM claimed they had no record of the employee I initially spoke with about cancelling my membership. Keep an eye on what they're charging you, because they apparently think it's okay to switch your payment plans to more expensive options in the middle of a pandemic when you can't make the 1.5 hour drive to cancel your membership in person.

It's got everything you need, pretty decent place with classes and equipment. Spin room and dance room. Open 24 hours which is convenient for my work schedule. Working out at night is nice because it's mostly empty. Even after new year's resolution time it wasn't that crowded. Mostly crowded on holidays from what I've seen.

"Owners Pictures" of the gym on Google are misleading, these are not pictures of the actual facility. If you havent been there and all you've seen are these pictures, prepare to be extremely let down. The gym isnt terrible but it definitely isnt great. For 10 bucks a month, you get what you pay for.

Pictures of the actual facility would change this review from 2 to 3 stars.

They stole a 50 dollar yearly fee from me when my membership has been cancelled. They expect me to pay for an entire yearly fee when I’m no longer a member. I’ve sent 4 emails absolutely no response whatsoever. I’ve called twice and both times they said the manager was not there or they just didn’t answer the phone. Flat out ridiculous, horrible management, and deceptive charges. I was a longtime member of 2 years and never missed a payment to them.

I was recently bullied by an older woman off of a cardio machine. I have a hearing issue and I'm still gaging and beginning treatment for it. My headphones were broken so I had my music on lightly. She started off snalling at me about being annoying, then went on to ask how old I was, how I had plenty of life left!!! What?! I was not going to be bullied off of a machine. She heard my music again and attacked me verbally again trying to intimidate me. When I went to the front desk, the young lady working there was VERY helpful. I wish I could say the same for the manager, but his hands were probably tied. She witnessee this irrational 75 year old woman coming at me, after I asked her to stay away from me. This woman then snuck up from behind me!!! I ended up having an asthma atrack in the office which I havn't had in a long time! I asked that this woman be banned. Bulkying is not allowed in schools, it should not be allowed in this gym. Apparently, it is. The manager called, saying, "We reviewed the footage, we just want everyone to enjoy the gym, we're not banning her. He was very condescending and got a defensive tone when I expressed that I would go to the media. At this place, you are just a number. They also did not get an important new strap for a machine I asked about for over 6 months. You DO get what you pay for, but I did not pay to have it be "okay" that I was harrassed and bullied. I hope that no one else suffers from this lack of care.

WARNING DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH BOOST! Have to agree with the other reviews here this place is a huge scam. Signed up for personal training services. Boost works with a company called Pure Core. Pure Core is another scam company based in Arizona just look at there profile on the BBB website and you will quickly see what I am talking about. Boost and this company Pure core have both tried to collect $140 every month for PT services that were never provided. If you call Brian who is the "Manager of the Physical Training Department" he will play dumb and and tell you he has no idea about the charges. Save yourself the headache and find another gym.

Same as previous people have stated, this place is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got charged $60 for 2 people during the month it was suppose to cancel! Then she proceeded to tell me I needed to give 30 day notice when I went there a couple of months to tell them I want to cancel my 'account' but couldn't until June, so I said put it in that my membership expires in June. Well it's June and I've been charged $60 when I was only paying $20. I haven't even gone to the gym since September 2015!!!!!! I've been paying $20 month since then even when I wasn't going! Waiting for call from manger, if I don't get one or she doesn't help then I will definitely be calling the corporate office!

Horrible customer service. They never informed me when I signed up that I was in a contract and wouldn't let me cancel, and then withdrew an extra 40 dollars from my account for a service fee without making me aware of it, which then put my account in the negative. When I called I was basically told oh well. When my membership is over I will not be returning.
