Dilka Fit and Health. I am offering personal training at my studio at Wilmington, MA and online training/coaching via FaceTime, Zoom, Messenger, What’s up app.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer since 2016, as well as a weight loss specialist, ISSA nutrition coach, and TRX certified instructor. I am passionate about improving people’s lives. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with clients by working patiently with them, educating and inspiring them on how to improve their lives through healthy eating and exercising, how to make exercise a part of their lives, and how to make better food choices.

Dilka is a life-changing personal trainer. She has helped me so much over the years. She is constantly motivating me to do my best. She truly cares about her clients and about their progress. Not only does she plan my workouts, she makes them fun. It's always the highlight of my week. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition too! She has provided me with so much insight on my diet and that is no easy task ( I have dairy and gluten food allergies). If you follow what she says, you will see results! My husband and I are so happy with the results of our working with Dilka! We have ambitious hiking / trekking goals and Dilka's training sessions have been absolutely essential elements of our preparation. One year after a total knee replacement I was able to hike for 9 continuous days in Nepal to Gokyo Ri and back to Lukla; a dream come true! Dilka takes great care to construct a plan that works for each of us and our issues and goals. So worth every penny!

Dilka is a fantastic personal trainer. I have had several over the years so I have a point of comparison. She got to know me; she encourages and pushes appropriately. She is flexible with my work schedule, including when I travel! I have always had a strong lower body, but now I have a strong upper body. More than that, Dilka helps me as a whole person, to think about food and sleep. Big fan!

Dilka is an amazing trainer! She not only teaches you correct form and motivation, but she tailors the workout to your specific needs. I have been working with Dilka for over 2 years and I have never been stronger, physically or mentally. Dilka is the biggest hype woman and will be your biggest fan! I have grown muscle, gotten stronger, learned how to eat better, improve my form, learned SO many new exercises, and I look better than I ever knew I could. I feel healthy and strong. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her and I enjoy our time together each week. She also is a genuine and caring person who continually checks up on you and takes an interest in your life and I am proud to now call her a friend.
