I’m obsessed with Dryp! From my first class I felt so comfortable, motivated and uplifted! The instructors and community are the sweetest, so kind, welcoming and full of good energy! Every class leaves me feeling like the best version of myself! I started about two months ago and my body feels stronger and more toned than ever! I have been a member at DRYP for just over 1 year. I've practiced Original Hot Yoga on and off for over 30 years. I really thought that was the only style of yoga I would ever like...I was so wrong. The variety of Pilates, Weights, Yoga and pop up classes offered at DRYP is amazing. The Teachers are all so wonderful, knowledgeable and patient. Each one brings something a little different. Classes are Fun and energetic; they are also therapeutic. My core strength, balance and cardio stamina have all improved greatly . I highly recommend trying all the different class/teacher options. This Studio is also very friendly and welcoming. Gillian has done a great job revitalizing this business.

I’ve been going to Dryp for a few months now and love it! All the instructors are super welcoming and great! I’ve noticed more changes in my body than doing reformer Pilates and leave the class feeling super accomplished. If you are looking for a great place hot a heated workout for Pilates this is definitely the place! Can’t wait to continue the classes :)

One of the best workouts I’ve ever had. I’m more of a weight lifter and I’ve been lifting heavier since I started. I’m also visibly more toned and losing weight only 2months in. The teachers are also super nice and make an effort to get to know everyone who goes there.

Dryp is truly the best! All the instructors are so awesome, make class fun, and always have new workouts to try. I cannot recommend this studio enough! If you're in the area please please please try it out. Their memberships are well priced and their classes are at convenient times. I had the best time at Dryp this Summer.

Dryp is the only workout studio that I ACTUALLY like going to!!! I’ve always been guilty of skipping classes or canceling last minute at previous studios but at Dryp I’m always so excited for class! My personal favorite is the Pilates class which feels right out of NYC. The music and vibe is always perfect and I’ve seen myself get so much stronger. I will definitely be a forever member.

Dryp Yoga and Pilates is truly the best! I joined last month and I have loved every single class I’ve taken. I rotate between the Hot Pilates, Fit Flow, and Dryp36 (Weights) because they are genuinely all my favorites and each one challenges me in a different way and keeps my workouts exciting. Gillian and her team are so encouraging and motivating. The energy in the studio is always positive, and it truly feels like a welcoming community. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gillian and her team! This studio is so much more than just a place to workout.
I joined back in January, truly a great decision!! When you first walk in no matter who is at the desk they greet you with a smile and make you feel like you’re meeting up with a good friend.
I have taken most classes so far, flow is fabulous but Pilates is the absolute BEST!! Faster paced but with breaks so you don’t feel like you can’t keep up. The music is great and keeps you motivated.
The best part, I wore a 2 piece bathing suit for the first time in at least 13yrs!!! That’s how flat my stomach is from this class!! I’m a mom of 4 so if you know you know, this is a big deal!!

If you’re looking for a great place to have fun, meet some wonderful people, get in a great workout and feel like the best version of yourself (physically and mentally) this is the spot!!!

Dryp Yoga & Pilates is a terrific studio. The classes are varied, so there's something for everyone, though I recommend everything for everyone. For those who love and have practiced Bikram-style yoga, the OHY90 will certainly satisfy purists, and I appreciate the attention to detail in that practice. Dryp Flow is a wonderful addition to my yoga routine. Gillian has her own special spin on Vinyasa. The pace is perfect, the music calming, and nothing is rushed so you can be more mindful about moving through the poses. Her cuing is exceptionally clear. The Pilates classes are designed to be simple and effective, which is not the same as easy. And the playlists really rock!

I recently enrolled in classes at Dryp Yoga & Pilates and have had a wonderful experience so far! I highly recommend anyone considering trying classes at this studio to not hesitate and sign up! After not practicing hot yoga for at least 7 years, I was nervous to get back into it, but the owner, Gillian, made me feel very at ease, welcome and comfortable. I took the plunge and also have since taken two hot pilates classes with Crystal. As someone who has never taken pilates before, it’s been humbling to say the least! Once again, before my first class Crystal made me feel very at ease. Both the yoga and pilates classes are great workouts - for both your body and mind. The studio really is a place to let go of everyday worries and stresses to focus on self reflection. Crystal and Gillian are both top notch instructors - I’m excited to try classes with other teachers as well!

I started with a 3 month membership via groupon, but will easily extend my membership, this place melts your stress and anxiety away after the class. Even if everything at work and home is a mess, coming here resets all the chatter and negative talk in your head (oh and you get in great shape too!). Everyone comes for different reasons, and mine is to get rid of stress. Maybe you'll come here for the same maybe more for physical health, equally great.

The owner actually cares about the people here, the instructors are kind and many will help you get the best you can out of the class.

I go to bikram yoga ~4x a week and pilates once maybe twice and it's a perfect balance for your mind and body.

Everyone is supportive here too--it's like a community of good friends, even if we don't talk much, it's an understanding we all came here and we'll do our best on the mat. It's no judgement and everyone lifts one another here. Everyday is different on the mat as in life, so if you remain solid in class, good for you, if you need to sit one out, good for you. You made it to the mat! You're here! <3

There was a time in my life where I thought yoga wasn’t for me. And, then there was a time when only original hot yoga was for me. But, by taking Gillian’s (and now so many other Dryp teachers’) classes, I have realized that all yoga (and Pilates) is for everyone! I come any time to any class I can. Dryp is a fabulous studio. It’s a community. Everyone is friendly. It’s super clean with two showers! And now with a new floor in the hot room!! It is so, so, so good! Plus it’s convenient to 95/128, 93, and 3! Dryp Flow is my personal favorite class. Gillian knows how to create a class that anyone can do and “feel better when they walk off their mat.” You connect movement with breath in unique ways, work on balance, get stronger (body and mind), live in the moment, and it’s with music, so you can also zone out listening, which, in my experience, is what life calls for sometimes. There are always modifications to take for the moment. With Dryp Flow, it's great that I can't anticipate what is coming next so I truly have to live in the moment! I still do original hot, too! Love the people, the studio and the practice!

I love this place! I've been practicing Bikram yoga for over a decade and have practiced in many locations both in the US and internationally. What I love about this place is the family atmosphere where the instructors.are friendly and take the time to get to know the students ...They are also always willing to help with modifications and are super attentive during class. If you are looking to try Bikram yoga...this is a great studio to get started with an amazing practice that helps your body, soul and mind!

I highly recommend joking this studio. The instructors are excellent. They are encouraging and happy to demonstrate postures at classes. The space is amazing - can easily accommodate a large class size. The heat and humidity are great.
Probably the best part of practicing here is the welcoming community of yogis who regularly attend class.

I just moved to the area from California and one of the first things on my to do list was to find a new bikram yoga studio that felt like home. Immediately when I walked into BYB, Kate Fredette gave me the warmest welcome and showed me around. She then led the most upbeat and encouraging bikram class. She as well as many other instructors there have made a point to remember my name every time they see me in the studio. I have nothing but great things to say about my new home away from home!

I walked into my first hot yoga class and immediately fell in love with the place from the staff to the clientele, I’ve been coming for about 2 years now and I’m so glad to have found a place to work out that’s fun, relaxing but intense and made some friends along the way. Clean, great instructors, and great vibe. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the "new" (change of ownership) Bikram studio in Burlington. The place is incredibly clean, the instructors are encouraging, and everyone is very friendly. The Bikram classes are well complimented with "hot Pilates," and both classes offer modifications and challenges depending on your level. I also recently started the vitamin injections weekly, kickstarting a recent 7lb weight loss in the last month. Highly recommend anyone of any size, shape, and age check the place out.

I am so happy I found BYB! The yoga itself is incredibly healing and has made a huge difference in my body and my mood. I honestly can’t believe how fast I am making improvements to my practice and to my body. I learn something new every single class and find myself feeling better and better physically and mentally. I have multiple injuries and chronic pain issues and I find that the days I do this yoga I have little to no pain. I have also been getting the weight loss injections every week which is super quick and easy right before I take a class. I’ve lost 9lbs in 4 weeks and I have so much more energy! The owner, the teachers and the students are all super friendly and always helpful. It’s just such a great vibe. I highly recommend this place if you are on any kind of healing journey, or if you are just looking for a fun, laid back atmosphere to take yoga and pilates classes!

I was never a huge fan of the regular yoga, never mind Bikram; the idea of the hot room was just too much. But my days of lifting like a meathead and tossing around as much weight as I could had finally caught up with me. Achy knees and back, a bad shoulder, weight gain, low energy, etc., etc. You’ve heard this part before.

So it was with a great deal of hesitation that I walked into Bikram Yoga Burlington to give it a try. Fast forward a couple of years and I’ve found relief for my aches and pains, lost weight, and have more energy and focus in my daily life.

That’s not say that Bikram Yoga is easy or easy to get into. It’s not. But with a great teacher, anything is possible, and I found that in Heather, the studio’s owner. She coached all the shame and trepidation out of me. She taught me how not to be self-conscious and just do what I could and not compare myself to more advanced students. She made my tiny bits of incremental progress feel like massive achievements. It wasn’t coddling; in hindsight I now realize they were, because they laid the foundation for this to become my new, healthy, lifelong (and in truth, lifesaving) habit.

But not only have I found a new favorite mode of training, I’ve made new friends and found a new community. That can’t happen without owners who really care. To Heather and my new Bikram Yoga family I just want to say—from the bottom of my heart—thank you!

I've been practicing at Bikram Yoga Burlington for three years. When I first started, I could barely touch my toes and had stiff and sore joints from years of running. After 3 months of regular yoga practice, the hip soreness that had plagued me for years after long runs disappeared and has not recurred since. I love this yoga because it is a full body workout, improves strength and flexibility, and allows me to continue doing other things I love outside the hot room. The Burlington studio has an excellent staff of teachers, clean facilities, and a great atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to check out the intro special!

I've been going to the Burlington studio for six months. Over that time my flexibility, strength
and balance have improved significantly. The staff are the friendliest people and highly skilled yoga instructors. I go to the 90 minute class four times per week and it is making a big difference. In my 50's now so time to get young again!

I would highly recommend anyone to try a few classes. The introductory deals are very inexpensive and you can test the waters. It works for a lot of people.
