I started working out with Joe about 6 months ago, at what was probably my lowest point ever both physically and mentally.
Joe has helped me develop a solid, realistic plan tailored for my needs and goals, including working around my really bad knee issues, nutrition goals and more, and 6 months later I find myself 45Lbs lighter and in the best shape of my life!
His knowledge, positive reinforcement and overall attitude have been crucial in helping keep me motivated and sticking to the plan, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Speaking mainly on Pilates , all the instructor are awesome . I have taken classes from Phoebe , Alex , Michelle , Monica and Calli , all have done an amazing job . They offer plenty of classes on the weekday and weekends . Each instructor has their own style so there will be plenty of variety and difficulty .

Amazing team of talented, driven, and creative instructors! Phoebe was the one who introduced me to Pilates. She is absolutely unique and extremely knowledgeable. Her private classes will require every second of your concentration. She will challenge you but will never injure or bore you.
Alex, Monica, and Michele… I can’t tell whose class is my favorite. I like alternating them to get a bit of a work out and energy from each of them. My muscles are getting leaner and my flexibility is improving! Can’t wait until next session!

Rave Review: Kelsi Levesque's Coaching has my health on the upswing!
6 months ago, I was skeptical; now, I'm a believer and am training with Kelsi 2 days/week. 60+ female, athletic with a touch of arthritis and osteopenia ... need strength training to ensure I can ski, bike, hike, and keep pace with my sons. Kelsi has a unique focus on core, strength, technique and morale. She is 100% reliable, attentive and prepared for each workout with a different set of exercises. And she is a delightful person! Highly personalized programs and well educated trainers. I've been working with Sean for a few years and he always meets me where I am (I'm always rehabbing or addressing something!). I've been doing 1:1 Pilates with Phoebe Liu and, seriously, she's amazing. She totally gets how far to push me, while also tuning into all the little signals my body sends. It's clear she's got a ton of experience under her belt, which really shows in her approach. She's got this crazy knowledge about every muscle you can think of. And, the funniest thing is, after every session with her, I'm a weird mix of wiped out and super pumped. She's definitely got a knack for this stuff.

I’ve been working with Cameron for almost a year. He pushes me to exactly where I need to be. I used to be afraid that working with a trainer would be harder then I could handle but Cameron knows exactly how to push me out of my comfort zone while making me realize that I really can do it! The best part is I feel myself getting stronger week by week. Another great thing he has done is that a while back I had a foot injury and instead of having to pause training, Cameron came up with a creative program that didn’t involve putting any pressure on my foot. It was great and I didn’t miss a beat with my exercise program!

His ongoing evaluation of your posture, stance and form provide the foundation for a sound work-out. We even cover appropriate breathing technique. Each session is created specifically for one’s own physical requirements and capability. I have had over two years of instruction. Each session is tailored to different muscle groups to emphasize. I love Alpha classes ! I have been going about 5 -6 times a week. The coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength. I take Zach, Andrew & Max’s classes during the week. I have nothing but positives about all the coaches definitely worth a trial. Have been working with Sam in 1:1 personal training since December and it has completely changed what it means to be healthy! Sam has worked with me on increasing strength, building stamina and adjusting daily nutritional intake.
I am in month six of training with Sam, and there is a significant increase in muscle, loss of fat and just an overall sense of feeling more healthy.

Alpha classes with Zack N. and Andrew C. are my favorite classes! Both the strength and conditioning formats are great workouts, and the trainers are so encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, these classes have something for everyone and can be tailored/modified for intensity and level. I highly recommend trying out a class or session with any of the trainers, including Zack and Andrew.

My training so far with Cam has been one of the best decisions I've made thus far in my fitness journey. I came to see Cam struggling with some chronic knee and back injuries and very down about what a personal trainer could do for me.

To be honest, I was a little intimidated by the thought of working with a trainer at first, but I did it anyway because I had goals but wasn't sure how to meet them.
I first started working with Cameron in August 2022 and from the very beginning, he was extremely friendly and kind and put me at ease right away.
My initial goal was to become stronger overall and he took this very seriously. He had so much knowledge and shared everything he knew, from nutrition tips to effective workouts, and even down to his favorite protein powder! As I became more comfortable with my workouts, my goals started to evolve. As soon as I let Cam know, he shifted gears right away to accommodate these new goals in the best way possible. He was very flexible and adapted easily to my needs and restrictions. Overall, Cameron is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable, and he truly cares for individual clients.

My experience with Jen at lifetime in Chestnut Hill has been phenomenal. I was very reluctant to go back to the gym after two back to back pregnancies and Jen made it so easy and seamless. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She motivated me to work hard and also gave me so much information about diet and nutrition (remember abs are made in the kitchen ;)). She is so understanding and accommodating of my ever changing schedule with two kids. I know so much more about my body, the form and movements of strength training thanks to Jen. I'm a 46 year old male, and I've been working with Eric from Levo for about a year and a half. Initially, I was working with him in-person one-on-one, and have transitioned to remote only. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, and has been very careful about my programming and nutrition, taking my goals and concerns in mind at all times. This is extremely individualized training which goes above and beyond any copy/paste online plan I've ever seen. When you walk in the door of LEVO, you are immediately greeted by every trainer with whom you make eye contact. LEVO is an incredibly friendly and warm environment. It doesn't feel like a gym, but yet it is! The staff are caring, knowledgeable, and focused on their clients' success. I have belonged to other gyms, and have never really enjoyed working out much. It was something I had to do, but I have to say that since I came to LEVO two years ago, I have experienced a transformation that I did not think I could achieve. He regularly offers advice and guidance for exercise routines and overall health between sessions. He is quick to remind me of my goals yet patient without pressure, which allows me to "catch up" with my program by allowing me the space to renew my own enthusiasm for physical activity and fitness. I just recently started going to LEVO and my expectations have been beyond exceeded. The facility is far cleaner and more modern than any other gym I’ve been to and all of the equipment is both brand new and extremely high quality. All of the staff are super friendly and genuinely express interest in helping me and their other clients, and Joe Clark is no exception. Levo exceeds in every criteria for a gym. The gym equipment is clean and new. The gym itself is very professional looking on the outside and inside and is clean. All equipment is wiped down after use so it’s clean. The trainers are extremely friendly and kind and give great advise for your fitness goals. The price is great for what you get by training there. The space inside is great given that it’s a semi private gym. Elite CPT Joe Clark who works at Levo is the best trainer ever. He’s kind, friendly, and smart and will help you reach your goals. All of the staff are well educated and go over the top to assist you with your workouts and correct your form. The facility is very clean and has high quality workout equipment. Kenny has been absolutely amazing ensuring that I’m on track with my fitness goals. Every workout is an amazing experience and I feel comfortable trying new workouts and asking questions. I work out with Tanya at Levo. She’s phenomenal!! She’s very knowledgeable, she really cares about her clients and tailors the workouts to fit the strengths and weaknesses of each person. She stays current on what’s happening in the field of fitness and incorporates what she learns into our workouts. I always leave the gym knowing I’ve gotten a great workout.

I have trained with Tanya at Levo and she is a very smart, encouraging and well prepared trainer. I have had different physical issues arise and she always researches and makes a plan for me. I really enjoy coming into a smaller gym now. I feel less concerned about sharing germs with other members. Tanya works very hard to adapt my workouts to my personal goals. Both my fiancée and I love training at Levo. We've been clients for about 8-10 months, and we've done both personal (1:1) training and semi-private classes (2-4 per). Both experiences have been fantastic, and you always receive close attention, coaching, and guidance. Plans are customized for your individual goals, and the trainers are great at checking in, tweaking based on results, and providing that mid-week encouragement. Cory (co-founder) and Kevin have been great to work with so closely, and the rest of the team is top-notch. (shout out to Kenny!) This is my 3rd week in a row doing 1:1 and small group Personal Training classes with the Team at Levo. From the start they have been awesome to work with. They really get to know and understand the reasons why I want to do personal training and how to best support each person individually. I've been training with Kevin since January 2019, when I first signed up I thought I would get a little more fit before a vacation to Costa Rica, but Kevin had me hooked with his attitude, professionalism and knowledge of what works for me. I have been training with Eric for about 3.5 years and I believe he is one of the most skilled and committed trainers around. During the first couple of years of training with Eric, my focus was on building mass, aesthetics and diet. Eric’s expert instruction, personal attention and motivation quickly helped me achieve my goals. About a year or so ago, my life came to a complete halt; I felt like a Mack truck hit me when I received a diagnosis of stage 3 lung cancer. Eric was one of the first individuals that I asked to be part of my care and support team. Despite enduring months of radiation and chemotherapy treatments, I was able to maintain strength, muscularity and overall fitness largely due to Eric’s tailored workouts, encouragement and motivation. In part due to being in excellent physical condition, my surgeon decided to move forward with an almost nine-hour surgery to remove my diseased lung. I could not have gotten to this point in my treatment without Eric’s support… NO WAY! After five months of recovery, I was totally out of shape. I resumed training with Eric, but this time virtually at home due to COVID-19 restrictions. Knowing my then-current condition and personal desires, Eric developed a series of training programs to get me back into shape. I had my doubts that I would ever get back to my pre-cancer fitness level. Eric told me just to leave it in his hands and I did. After months of hard work, I am most all the way back to where I was before cancer.
The work and journey, however, never ends. Thanks Eric for helping me in my fitness journey and getting back into shape! Whether you are looking for virtual or in-person coaching, talk to Eric. He will help you achieve whatever your goals may be.

Kevin Wilson has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years. I have worked with trainers in the past, different ages, and experience etc. He is absolutely one of the best.
