It's a little on the cool side, so wear layers to peel off after you hear up! Staff very helpful. The shedding turf is still very annoying...but the Edge makes playing futbol, despite the snow, possible in N.E.!

We are playing soccer in this center regularly as 14-16 friends coming from 1 hour drive. But recently the staff became unprofessional. They forget to open lights for 2 night games and we couldnβt reach to them. And today they said they canβt put the dome β just one day before our game because of βcost efficiencyβ; then we had to cancel our planned game. They didnβt even apologize for this. Extremely unprofessional communication. We will never play in this place again.

This soccer field is in a great location but has terrible management. They have a remote controlled timing system that can turn the lights on and off based on the reservation, so their only job is to set the timer and keep the field clean and playable. However, they forgot to set the timer several times and did not take care of the holes in the fence around the field. Since the location has been working great for everyone up until today, we were still ignoring the problems caused by their poor management. A few days ago, they covered the field with bubble due to the cold weather, and we booked for the weekend. Today (just a day before the game), they said they wanted to cancel the reservation because we would be the only people on the field at the time we booked, so it was not "cost effective" for them. They did not even apologize for this. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Great field operated by highly unprofessional staff. Terrible responses. They don't know how to make amends for their mistakes. If you play after hours, you can't contact anyone in case of emergencies.

The worst staff ever!!! You cannot reach them in the time of emergency even though emergency was because of them. Couple of weeks before, they did not open the lights during the time we rented the place and we just went there for nothing and waited there in the cold weather. Now, they want to move us to open field, because we are the only team playing in the covered field and it is not cost effective for them. Simply, they don't care about customers. Will never go there!!!

My only complaint is about the showers - someone painted right over the hairballs last summer, and three clumps of hair have been on the shower wall and in the drain for at least two months. So gross.

Two sheets of ice with some soccer fields. We were there for a hockey tournament and the ice is soft because it doesnβt get cold enough on the lower rink. Might be a little better on the upper rink.
You can view the lower rink from the lobby glass area, which isnβt great from one end. If you go down to the stands, the viewing isnβt much better.
Parking is a real problem here in the front, but sometimes you can get lucky using the back door, so go around the building.

3/04 (Sat): Me and my friends went to the facility to play soccer through JustPlay app. Justplay app is a company that books the facility for us. The problem is, the Edge Sports Center (the field) was shutting down after 8pm unusually (I came here before and it wasn't). I think there were Field Hockey Tournament all day long, so staff needed to go home. We had to leave the facility regardless of our situation.
First, I believed it was our JustPlay App Company's fault - not double checking the schedule.
However, there were other 2 different groups scheduled for the field as well! (They didn't book through the JustPlay App).
In other words, I do believe 99% there was an issue in this field management at Edge Sports Center.
We tried to solve it by asking the staff if we could stay longer, but staff had to go home.
Let me know if I am wrong, but I wasted my time more than 3 hrs, so I give 1 star to this facility's management team.

Two rinks. One Upper and one Lower. Both rinks are cold so bring a sweatshirt. Locker rooms next rinks. Some seating plus observation seating for lower rink. Ice is ehh. Upper rink ice better than lowere rink ice. Party room. Some games and a snack bar. Fairly clean. Lower ice had a problem with staying frozen.
