Being a septagenarian, I joined Healthtrax through Silver Sneakers. My first meeting with Ithar was wonderful and pleasant - not treating me at all like a senior. Ithar has worked with my husband and I for 6 months and I have not felt this strong and in shape for years. My clothes fit well now, I reached milestones that I didn’t think were possible, and my bloodwork was greatly improved. Ithar continues to challenge me at every workout - I feel young and vibrant each time I am with Ithar at the workouts. I am planning to continue with her.

I am a retired, overweight 69 year old man. I’ve been working with Ithar twice a week since October ‘24. She has been great. Her instructions and demonstrations are clear. She encourages me frequently and modifies my exercises based on how well (or not) I am doing. I am being challenged continuously. She is pushing me harder than I push myself. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend personal training with Ithar highly enough. Focused but fun, Ithar adapts the training to those new and old to fitness. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my leg definition and strength. She is encouraging during and in between sessions.

Turns out One on One fitness was the best gym we have ever went to. My wife, and I decided that we wanted to make a change, and would start the process by hiring a trainer.
Hiring Ithar was a great decision! We discussed our prior experience, injuries, and expectations, and Ithar listened and designed our workout plan.
We hated to hear that she was leaving.
Ithar is a great trainer, and really cares. We highly recommend her.

Eithar makes working out enjoyable. Very attentive to our needs, addressing our concerns about past injuries (non exercise related). Extremely accommodating. Eithar is also very encouraging without being aggressive, giving a push when necessary, but also recognizing when a modified version of a particular exercise is needed.

Ithar is an amazing trainer and, better yet, a beautiful person. When I first started, I was 26 pounds heavier than I am today. I was depressed, self-conscious; my knees and back were in bad shape. I could barely go up the stairs without feeling winded, had no interest in play with my 8-year-old; I did not even want to leave the house. But that all changed when I met Ithar. With patience, care and understanding, she created a program to assist me with all my areas of deep concern and much more. She is creative, knowledgeable, and easy-going. I love her ability to listen, adapt, and always create sessions that best fit my needs in a fun and creative manner. I am grateful to Ithar for all her support and getting me through the hardest part of my journey.
