The Kettlebell Full body class was a great workout. Challenging, with a variety of exercises. Ramon gave great explanations for the workout, always had alternative methods and weights ready, and the workouts were well thought out and organized. Will definitely be taking the class again.

I went to great booty class today at this high energy, fun and super motivating gym. My 24 yr daughter goes there regularly and Ramon and the staff made me feel so welcome. They were all very knowledgeable about form, modification if needed and at the same time pushed me to do my best work out! Loved it!! This Mom will be back ! 💪

If you are looking for a high-quality, personalized experience, Elevate Fitness is an amazing choice. From the moment I entered the studio there was a very positive energy that remained throughout the entirety of my visit. Ramon worked with me to construct a training session tailored to the 3 goals I provided him with. He was able to determine my weaknesses and provide me with exercises to strengthen those areas and improve my overall performance as an athlete. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend attending Elevate Fitness for your training needs.

I really enjoyed the class, the insturcutor was extremely nice and the class was very personalized. The insturcutor asked me a lot of questions about my health and focused on what I needed assistance with. The music was great since it was upbeat and fun and kept me energized. The only issue I had was findnig the studio as it was on the 3rd floor.

The session was great. Though I was late so I opt to sit out and observe instead but what I found most comforting is that Ramon came up to me the second I walked in and welcomed me like I gym there for years. There was no awkwardness and no hesitation for him to include. He insist on answering any questions and answered almost any question I had with great detail. The atmosphere was comforting and had a inclusive vibe. Everyone is close with each other and most importantly no one was unattended with a trainer, showing their commitment to giving great hospitality. I saw after every workout the trainer and client have to have a fun conversation for a cooldown and I found that it wasn’t because the pt is a pt and he/she has to be welcoming but it was more because the have developed a close bond, emphasizing the comfortability of the gym.

The gym was clean and had a lot of different equipment, although the space felt a bit crowded during my session. Not only the trainer was outstanding, but also, the gym was very organized with clear layouts and designs and the equipment was well maintained which made easy to navigate. As a drop-in client for a small group training session with Ramón, Elevate offered a fantastic experience that encouraged me to explore a future at their gym. Evident through their branding and in-person, people and the gym's mission always remain at the forefront. The actual workout was challenging and just what I was hoping for at a new gym; a place that is not afraid to push you from the get go. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely personable, and all of the equipment/amenities were top-notch. I did have some issues with the check-in process and getting into the building which was not the best first impression, however they were not too big of issues. I think the Elevate app could be better used to communicate with clients, especially new ones. Was also hoping for a shake or snack bar, but they did not have one (not knocking for this, just something to consider!). Thank you guys for a great experience, I look forward to potentially returning in the future!

My Small Group Training experience at Elevate Fitness revealed both strengths and improvement opportunities. The workout intensity was effective—I clearly felt muscle engagement throughout. The trainer provided consistent encouragement, and pre-session communication through group chat created a personalized touch. However, the location was challenging to find as a first-time visitor and there was limited time slot availability (primarily early mornings and evenings). The trainer was very friendly and encouraging, but I felt inconsistent pacing management between participants which affected my workout experience. I felt that I was behind and I was forcing myself to keep up, but it was becoming a burden to me.  The facility is clean with appropriate equipment, and the mobile app provides convenient booking functionality. Overall, Elevate Fitness delivers effective training with strong fundamentals but can enhance its experience to fully justify its premium positioning.

I just want to start off by saying even if you’re slightly anxious about going to this gym, please just try it out. I had the chance to do the small group training session with Ramone with my friends and it exceeded my expectations greatly. I had worked out like once in my life and I didn’t know that walking into this class, I would learn more about myself and my path in life. I was in a point in my life where I was so unclear about many things, and Ramone’s energy just brought it out. He was so knowledgeable in subjects not only about fitness, so if you come here just know you will be motivated and empowered in life, not just fitness. Honestly, one of the greatest group training experiences I've ever had. I took on group classes before in fancy places all over from Europe to Dubai. Nothing really matches the good familial vibes you get from the place. We ended the session with fist bumps and laughs even though it was a dull 8 a.m. on thanksgiving. I recently attended a one-hour group training session at Elevate Fitness Boston, and the experience was truly rewarding. From the warm-up to the main workout and the final interaction session, every minute was thoughtfully planned and incredibly valuable.
The session was led by a considerate and professional trainer who guided us through every step. At the start, the trainer clearly explained the day’s workout plan, with all exercises and repetitions listed on a whiteboard. This made it easy for us to follow along and prepare mentally. Throughout the workout, the trainer carefully monitored our movements, providing corrections to ensure we performed each exercise effectively.
However, if you haven’t exercised in a long time, I recommend doing a thorough warm-up and preparing yourself mentally before coming. On the second day after my workout, I felt significant soreness in my lower back and legs. While this shows that the session was effective, the experience wasn’t entirely pleasant. With adequate preparation beforehand, I believe the results could be even better!My favorite part was the Q&A session at the end, where the trainer took the time to answer questions about fitness and nutrition. I asked two questions, and the answers were not only insightful but also highly practical, giving me great tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The gym is equipped with clean mirrors that cover almost the entire space, allowing you to observe and adjust your form no matter where you’re working out. This feature significantly helped me refine my movements. Even though only one trainer led our session, other trainers passing by took the time to give us high-fives or fist bumps. This created a friendly and motivating atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable and encouraging.
Elevate Fitness Boston is a fantastic place to work out, offering professional and engaging group training sessions. The trainers are attentive, the environment is welcoming, and every session feels like a valuable investment in your health. From learning a bit of fitness to learning a bit more! I have some decent knowledge in fitness but I was able to learn techniques that would prevent any injuries. I was paired with Silas in a small group and he was the best! He pushed me physically and mentally. I came out of the workout feeling like a million bucks and very sweaty lol. But I would recommend this gym to anyone that is out looking for some training from a professional. To entering the facility to leaving the facility I felt welcomed, I felt like I was family, and I did not feel judged at all. The equipment there is all that you need for that summer body or to stay fit.

They offer a variety of options, including classes, open gym memberships, small group training and 1x1 training. After being part of this studio it would be hard to go back to a big box gym.
