This is a super clean and peaceful place to work out. Jonah is patient, polite, and inclusive, and gives encouraging and useful feedback.
It was my first time ever doing strength training. My progress is pretty visible at this point, and a lot of it is to Jonah's credit :)

I contacted Jonah in search of personal training. He was super nice and put me in contact with Nick Valvanis who has become my trainer for over 3 months now. The studio is super clean, with a nice atmosphere and all the equipment needed. I am in the yoga/pilates/nutrition industry so I can be a bit picky while choosing the people I want to work with. Nick is the perfect coach! Super knowledgeable, technical, passionate about what he does! He's been a trainer for 15 years and even run his own studio before Covid forced him to close. He knows how to work with injuries and maximize workout potential to get to your goals. I definitely see improvements in strength, form and performance for myself! Nick is also fun, kind and an overall great guy to work with. I am so happy they are in my town!

As a trainer, Jonah is extremely knowledgeable and patient, focused on individual needs and goals. In addition to working on physical fitness, Jonah is sensitive to mental health and helping people manage stress or other issues they may face. Jonah and I met in a surreptitious way. I was helping a disabled neighbor with their shopping and delivery into the house when Jonah appeared and as a very helpful gesture, offered to help out. It speaks to what a kind hearted and thoughtful person Jonah is.
I have been working with Jonah now for close to 2 yrs as a personal trainer. He is attentive to my personal improvement plan and the daily routine that is so critical to sustaining it.

I just reached my one year train-aversary with Jonah and it has been amazing! I have a shoulder impingement that my old trainers just trained to avoid. Jonah came up with a program to address it head on and for the first time in four years I have full range of motion and more importantly, no more constant pain!

I started training with Jonah in February of 2024. Since then, I have lost nearly 40 pounds. Jonah has been vital in my effort to lose significant weight and keep it off long term in order to treat the severe sleep apnea I've been diagnosed with. Not only is Jonah reliable, engaging, and extremely knowledgable in fitness, he is also very open to client feedback, and I have no doubt that this flexibility applies greatly to people of all shapes, sizes, ages, etc. I can safely say that working with Jonah has produced the desired results for me, and I believe anyone else can accomplish their goals with Jonah's help as well. I met Jonah 1 year ago. I have watched him grow. He started his business to help people. He struggled to find the perfect fit in a training so he built his own got himself Certified and has been helping people with their fitness goals. I highly recommend Jonah as a trainer for anyone, but especially someone who might be nervous about training, or who is just anxious in general. He always makes me feel at ease in our sessions, and reminds me that I AM STRONG.
Let's talk data for you data-driven folks. Over the month I have been working with him, Jonah has gently pushed me to double my lifting capacity in both my squat and chest-press. I have lost 1.7 lbs. (slow and steady wins the race), gained 1.3 lbs. of muscle mass, and reduced my body fat by 2%. If you have ever tried to change your body, you know this is pretty decent progress.
He has a great personality, and I like talking to him (okay - I like talking to almost anyone, but especially Jonah, because he's so fun and interesting!). He is a genuinely GOOD person. I feel very safe with him, and I look forward to our sessions twice a week.
