Pretty nice gym. Wish the hours of operation were a little better. I work a strange schedule and stinks that I can’t use the gym later on some days. Also wish they had more classes earlier in the morning/later in the evenings. Seems they typically only offer 9:30am or later and only go until 5:30 or so.

Don’t join this place. Terrible service. Management won’t call you back if you have a problem. Overpriced as well. Cancelled membership over a year ago when I moved and they still continued to charge me and claim they can’t find my cancellation. They refused to reimburse me. Stay clear they are thieves

Been a member for about ten years. Nothing in the area comes close to the size and cleanliness of the gym. Over the last forty years I have been a member of about ten different gyms , this place is the best.

They have lots of space and lots of equipment. They have a great variety. I love how they have a big tractor tire with sledge hammers for sledge hammer PT.
I've been very happy the past few years with this as my gym.

This is the worst gym I have ever dealt with my fianace Devyn called to cancel the membership and the rude woman who works at the desk said she needed to come in and cancel it I’m person but then charged her account $44 so we went down there and they said they are keeping the money because you need to give a 30 day notice which we tried to do on the phone but was told we couldn’t in a more then rude tone of voice. Seeing as my fiancé works 2 jobs and has barely anytime to do anything that’s why she called and then when she went in right before having to work for 12 hours she’s told that they take the money without a 30 day notice!!! Do you guys not have enough money that you couldn’t do the morally ethical thing and just cancel it the first time she asked you wanted her to come in so that enough time would go by so u could take her money!!!!!

Gym itself is fine...clean-ish, staff are friendly enough. But after cancelling my membership (in person), Encompass continued to charge me for several months. Upon this discovery, I tried to resolve the issue in person but when I showed up the employee at the desk said they “lacked the resources” to resolve the issue themself, and told me to leave my name/number and that their manager would get back to me to resolve it. Of course, they never followed up. I then called them back myself, and they claimed to not have any confirmation of my cancellation in their files but also said they had emailed it to the wrong email address??? Only then did they reconfirm my cancellation, but still did not reimburse me for what they had continued to charge me for over the course of months. Unprofessional.

This gym suits my needs very well. Although it is a busy place, there are so many options, you rarely have to wait for a machine or a work-out space. I dare say, there is something for every fitness need. Now, if only you can convince the super-muscular guys that they need to wipe down the equipment when they are done using it. Everyone else does it.

Since changing hands, Sean has been gradually upgrading absolutely everything. I am pleased with the cleanliness. Replacement of old equipment is ongoing and steady. I'm glad I kept my membership and will continue to do so as long as the progression continues.

I've been a member for 5 years and the upkeep is going downhill. There are broken mirrors, dusty fans, water stained ceiling tiles, dust and cobwebs in the men's locker room, faulty and moldy showers, light fixtures that have been in the middle of repair for months - they are just hanging there. Light bulbs that need replacement. The steam room rarely works consistently. The men's showers need replacement. Longer term the carpet needs replacement. The place is reasonably priced and always open but they are clearly not spending the money on upkeep and maintenance.
