Best pilates studio in Boston! I have been going to endurance for 8 years and itβs still my favorite place to workout. Julia and her team are amazing with their instruction and challenging classes. I also really appreciate their Gratz equipment, which is far superior to the equipment at other local studios.

Endurance Pilates is a gem. Iβve been practicing Pilates for over 14 years and have tried many studios, but the Endurance team are among the most knowledgeable instructors Iβve ever met. They push you to do things you didnβt think you could, all while creating a welcoming and supportive environment. I actually hate missing a classβmy body always feels amazing afterward. Absolutely love Endurance Pilates! Iβve been going to reformer and towers classes regularly for a year now and itβs truly been a game changer for me. Morgyne and Julia are amazing instructors. They bring so much care, knowledge, and energy to every class. Even in a group setting, they give each student personalized attention, making sure weβre doing the movements safely and effectively. Their classes have helped me stay injury-free as a runner and improved my overall performance. I had to bring my sister to a class when she was in town!

I have been attending Endurance Pilates for 1.5 yrs now. The combination of private instruction and classes have made a significant difference for me. I can see and feel the improvement in strength and flexibility. The class size is small - so you still receive individualized attention. I couldn't recommend more - It is worth the investment!

I loved how small/private the class was. The instructor took a few moments to explain the equipment as it was my first time ever doing Pilates. She acknowledged me and helped me through every exercise. She was kind and patient through the entire process. I would definitely return.

For any Momma's to be you must see Julia for prenatal AND postpartum pilates! Julia helped strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles to make labor a breeze and now is helping me get back in shape and improve my posture post baby! I cannot recommend her and the studio enough. Great environment with classical pilates equipment and not to be missed by mommas or anyone who wants a challenging and effective workout!

I recently moved to Boston and have been surprised at the types of machines Iβve found in all the studios Iβve tried here- they seem a bit cheap and not what I am accustomed to in my 5+ years of Pilates. When I got to Endurance, I was excited to see the traditional machines I am used to practicing on. The class and instructor (Olivia) were phenomenal. Hardest class I've ever done (in the best way). It was a true workout, when some reformer classes can be less effective because of inadequate instructor training and lack of form correction. Cant recommend it enough, and I canβt wait to go back!

I decided to invest in private pilates classes at Endurance during my pregnancy, and it has truly been the best decision ever. My instructor Julia is patient but also challenging without ever pushing my limits too much. Every class is slightly different which keeps it fun and interesting. Going to Endurance Pilates each week has helped me feel healthy and active throughout my pregnancy - I haven't even had any back pain at 37 weeks! I look forward to continuing classes post-pregnancy as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a challenging, low-impact workout!

The studio itself offers a clean, welcoming environment, but Julia's motivation and instruction is what stood out most. She gives every person in class close attention to reach their fitness goals. I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience practicing Pilates here. Julie is such an attentive and helpful instructor who makes efforts to make sure you're always practicing with good form. As someone who is new to Pilates, her approach is superiorly helpful and focused. The small class size is nice as well. Looking forward to trying the new Cadillac table!

I have been meeting with Julie virtually M-F since April. In these last few months I have gotten stronger and my body feels amazing. I live with chronic pain and the more I move, the better I feel.
Julie pushes me to do my best as she gives 110% to ensure I get a great workout, not hurt myself and build from the work done in the days before.

Beautiful studio! It's very calm and relaxing once you step inside. Check in is easy. The equipment and accessories are great to work with (heavy ball on your abs to maintain proper ab form).
I enjoyed both classes (classic reformer with Lisa and classic tower with Julie). They are both very present, thoughtful and always watchful to help me keep proper form and posture. I will definitely come back to this studio whenever i visit boston.
i highly recommend this pilates studio for all levels. i'm so happy i found it.

Took and intro to barre class with a friend (who has never taken a barre class before). I have taken barre at various locations. The studio was SUPER small. We walked in, and the two Pilates instructors were cold and unfriendly. Then we went down stairs (in a cramped basement) for the barre class. The instructor (different from the two) had NO idea how to teach or inform the students. She did not show any movements or help individuals who were doing the exercises wrong. She was unorganized, and had to use a cheat sheet, which she referred to often. She had no flow, and no music to help. I will not return or suggest anyone to go to the studio.

Unfortunately, I no longer have ClassPass, so I am unable to visit this studio as much; however, when I did, Endurance was one of my favorite places to practice. Julie, the owner, is just fabulous. However, don't let that gorgeous face and smile fool you; she will work you o u t.
