My 7 yo had her bday party here and she and her friends had a wonderful time. There were 3 instructors who were very well organized with a clear point person who took over as soon as we walked in. They are well versed in birthday parties, it seems. Not much for us parents to do which was nice: we got to sit in the lobby and chit chat while the kids burned off energy safely in eye sight through the glass wall. Would recommend for bday parties.

I absolutely love taking the adult gymnastics class at Energy Fitness! The coaches (Sarah and Larysa) are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making it a great experience for gymnasts of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or have past experience, they help you feel comfortable while still pushing you to improve. The class is filled with such a supportive and friendly group of people, which makes it even more enjoyable! I genuinely look forward to it every week—highly recommend!

This is a review of their customer service, as I signed up for adult gymnastics but due to an injury will not be able to attend. I would absolutely book a birthday here again. Skip the mass hoards and danger of large public trampoline places and come here. The staff was attentive, motivated, fun and caring. And, the price is right. My 5 yr old and his friends had a great time.

We recently had our son’s 5th birthday party at Energy, and it was wonderful! The staff completely took over the minute we showed up. They did everything from set up, to managing all the kids, to serving the food (including to adults), to clean up, and packing up all the presents etc to be loaded in our car. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, all the kids had a great time, and it was super easy for us! Would definitely recommend to anyone considering for their kid’s party!

Energy Fitness is wonderful! My five-year-old cannot wait for Friday afternoon to roll around to attend class. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and kind to all of the kids. We look forward to many more years attending this amazing facility!

I continue to be impressed by Energy Gymnastics, especially for birthday parties! Their staff is so engaging and they do a great job keeping the kids happy and safe. Their party price is vary fair for the area and they will include a bouncy house if you want!! We had my daughter's 5th birthday there last weekend. It was so easy start to finish, no stress. I had other parents comment on how great the facility was and how smoothly it all went. This is our 3rd time hosting a birthday party there in the past 6 years and I would do it all over again :)

Very disrespectful staff and management. we asked for an availability in a class for my daughter and they took forever to respond.
I've been following up every two days so she could start soon before summer and they said they'll put us on waitlist and check with others in the line before us. Never heard back from them.
When we called the last time they still don't have an update after two whole weeks.

Two weeks ago when I called the staff said there were 3 people in front of us on the waitlist. How can it take two weeks to check with each customer if you give 24 hours to each customer to respond ? Last week we visited the facility to check in person (by when I expected an answer) and still heard that there are 3 people ahead of us and that they’ll get back. The staff also said by Friday they’ll have an update. I won’t be disappointed to hear your facility is at full capacity right now and won’t be able to accommodate new students at the time we’re available. It’s just the same repetitive response that got me confused.
I had to disconnect the call dissatisfied and disappointed as I’ve been checking since the last couple of times and heard the same response every time and didn’t understand the time line. I felt disrespectful of my time and effort to hear no clear response about the availability of spot.

We had a great experience hosting our daughter's 5th birthday at Energy. I felt the steps they took to ensure our health and safety was highly satisfactory. Parents dropped off their children at the door and picked up in the rear. Everyone had masks and sanitized upon entry. The two instructors we had were great and set up some challenging obstacles for the kids (who ranged 4yo-7yo). There were 3 different obstacles that the kids tackled (mats, trampoline, and bars). My daughter loved it and I was happy that Energy's protocols made me feel safe in hosting this event. Thank you Energy!

This is the worst class ever I have put my son in. Front desk people are rude, unprofessional, and could not care less. When I asked for instructors who I can compare so I can put my son in the one we like, we were simply told "No, we don't have it; we simply don't provide it". It sounded like we were begging them and they were doing charity. Completely dissatisfied to say the least. Another parent overhearing us told me their experience has been HORRIBLE at this place. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I am pulling my son out of it!

The kids gymnastics is really good for my daughter she is 3. I own Vigortransformations a personal training studio in newton so i wanted to make sure the instructors are knowledgeable and they are. Very happy with the service to date.
