Awesome gym - Started going for just the TRAIN classes and then eventually signed up for a full membership - The Drydock facility is great, has all of the equipment you could need, is always clean, instructors are great, and the vibes and music are always on point.

Hands down the best gym in Boston!
EverybodyFights is next level. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, modern, and incredibly well-equipped. What sets this gym apart, though, is the diverse and dynamic range of classes. Whether you're into treadmill training (Road), HIIT, lifting, yoga, spin, or boxing, there’s something for everyone, and it never gets boring.
But the real magic? The unmatched sense of community. I’ve never experienced anything like it at another gym. The energy, encouragement, and camaraderie among members and trainers make every workout feel electric. The trainers bring amazing energy to every session—motivating, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your progress.
The Seaport location is super convenient, with great access whether you’re heading in before work or after. The only minor challenge is parking, which can be tricky at peak hours—but honestly, the experience inside more than makes up for it.
If you’re looking for more than just a workout and want to be part of something special, this is the place. 💥👊

This is the best gym in Boston and it’s not even close. I’ve been going to EBF for 3+ years now and I will never leave. It has the best equipment, staff, and amenities. Genuinely I think this is the best gym in Seaport/ Southie. Great amenities and classes plus, I use the open gym, and the amount of free weights and lifting platforms is second to none. They have a sauna a cold plunge, and you will leave there with a great workout.

Just another insane gym cancellation process. There are call centers in India that are less scammy. Bizarre, narcissistic social media culture. Dudes lifting weights shirtless in March with an inside temperature of 63. How can I get this business to stop charging my credit card 2.5 months after cancellation?

What a great gym! I've been to both the FIDI and Seaport locations, and both are phenomenal. I've been consistently going to the Seaport location for the past four months, and it’s definitely worth every penny. They offer a variety of workout classes, an open gym for those who prefer doing their own workouts, and even a sauna and ice bath. I highly recommend joining!

Absolutely incredible team and facility! We did a private event with about 12 people for a bag workout as a team building exercise. Top down the team was incredible and helped from planning to execution. The best part was the actual gym itself, I came in from out of town and was not familiar with the facility and was absolutely blown away. The class rocked, amenities are top notch, and the sauna for 10 mins at the end made the world right!
Cannot recommend enough and will 100% be back next time I am in Boston!
Thank you Everybody Fights team!!

It’s honestly such a great gym - vibes and people are great. I love that there’s a section for classes so they don’t take over a section where you want to workout. Couple downsides — women’s locker room is the best they could do with the space but some shower doors don’t magnet close and the shower curtains are not long enough nor quality enough so water gets everywhere. The parking is absolutely terrible. If you’re a nurse or don’t work a 9-5 you’re fine, but the mornings and evenings when I can get to the gym…I’m waiting a good 15-25 mins for a spot or I just leave. Parking NEEDS to get improved. Please 😭

Great Gym, my favorite but there is insufficient parking
Unless you arrive well before all the classes start for the day , budget 15-20 minutes to wait for a space to open .. then fight for it or pay $25+ for a garage a 5-10 minute walk away.
The parking was decent when you were able to park in the unused platforms but property management decided that is best be kept reserved for big orange and white barricades.

EBF is a special place and community. There is no better value in the fitness industry. Whether it’s the amenities like the cold plunge, infrared sauna, recovery room or the classes ranging from road to yoga to boxing and strength workouts, there are no better trainers or challenges. Everybody Fights is more than just a gym – it's a community. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the incredible staff and coaches who take the time to get to know everyone personally. I can't express how badly I wish I joined sooner!
The group workout classes are amazing and they keep you motivated to make working out fun. The energy you feel during these sessions are unmatched, especially ROAD. You can’t help but push yourself harder when you’re surrounded by others hyping each other up and working just as hard.
EBF also has top-notch amenities: an open gym for when you want to work out solo, a sauna and cold plunge for recovery, and even a dedicated recovery room. These little extras make it more than just a workout – it’s a place to take care of both your mind and body.
But what really sets EBF apart is the sense of community. I’ve made so many new friendships here, and it’s such a great place to connect with like-minded people who are on the same fitness journey.
I recommend EBF to anyone looking for a place that is more than a gym.

Literally the best gym in Boston officially and unofficially! There is something for everyone here: group fitness for cardio, strength, boxing and road. The instructors, music and clientele all bring the positivity and energy whether 6 a.m. or 6 p.m. And you will find the gym and coaches welcoming whether you are older, younger, fit or just starting out - they meet you where you are at. And if group fitness is not your vibe, there is a ridiculous amount of cardio and weight machines on its own floor. If I could give EBF more than 5 stars, I would! They also have 3 locations to make working out most convenient for members.

There is nothing like this gym! I have been coming here for years and it's my reason to get up in the morning. The few months they weren't open were tough and I am so happy they were able to open back up.
Safety is first here; class sizes were lessened, signups and masks are mandatory, you take spray bottles and cloth everywhere to spray what you use down, and the coaches remind you to keep your mask on while also making sure you are safe during the workout.
Great place, great community, love that it's still going.

Total lack of of concern or respect for the pandemic, its dangers and public safety guidelines. Feels like a little corner of Corona that just doesn't want to stop thriving and spreading... Patrons on machines with masks below their chins, panting heavily, yapping on phones, totally disregarding social distancing.... And no staff monitoring and/or enforcing these public health violations... A totally irresponsible hub of infection for child minded super spreaders

My husband and I have been members at Everybody Fights for over a year now and we can't get enough of it! We joined with zero boxing experience and were nervous about being out of our element, but the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and great at motivating and pushing you to work hard without being rude or intimidating. The bags classes and the train 360 classes are fantastic, they give you a hard workout and leave you feeling confident and accomplished. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about this gym! The facility is very clean and well maintained, there is also a juice/smoothie bar on the second floor which is great for a little post workout nourishment. I will admit the prices can seem a little high, but there are promotions for new clients and flash sales throughout the year for current members. Regardless, I think this gym is well worth the time and money! Definitely a phenomenal addition to our workout routine!!

Never was a "class guy", generally just lifting & running my own heavy bag rounds with Bas Rutten's Boxing CD. Came to EBF Seaport for several BagsX classes and got great workouts. A bit of competition from being in a class really forced me to push harder than usual. Came back for the TrainX classes which were a great mix of bodyweight, cardio, and compound dumbell and KB exercises.

EBF Seaport is hands down the best gym in Boston. They offer tons of classes across many different workout types such as running, boxing, cardio, strength training etc. No matter what class I am doing I always leave feeling that I got a full body workout, and targeted muscles I wouldn't normally workout on my own. Highly recommend Rob’s roadxstregnth classes and Dave’s trainXcardio classes

I never thought I’d like a place like EBF.. my usual workouts always included yoga and running with an occasional spin class and to be honest, the idea of EBF intimidated me. I’m glad my coworker convinced me to go because it’s now become a Wednesday after-work ritual/therapy session.
The space is immaculate and everyone-from the people at the front desk to the instructors-are so friendly and helpful. My favorite instructor is Roscoe but I’ve taken a couple others and honestly, they all give a killer workout! The 45 minutes always seems to fly by. I think it says a lot about the instructor if a workout can be both tough and fun!
For anyone who’s on the fence about boxing.. step outside your comfort zone and give it a try! You might just find your new favorite workout!

Literally obsessed with this gym. Every instructor is straight fire, the classes are challenging yet still fun, and they always are playing great music. My body has totally transformed ever since going to EBF. I've met new friends here too! Great looking facility as well. Have been a member for almost 2 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. EBF is easily one of the best gyms in the Boston area. All the instructors are high energy and there is a class to fit everyone’s style/goals. Perfect for anyone looking to train or learn the more technical aspects of boxing. You always leave a class feeling better than before. Nice weight room upstairs along with top-tier lockers rooms.

I am from Vermont and traveled to Boston with a friend just to check out EverybodyFights. Our friends at our local gym have always said such great things about it and we had been looking forward to taking a boxing class there for a long time. It was amazing, and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It is very clean with lots of amenities, but still made us feel welcome, almost like we were guests in George Foreman III's home gym.
Some people thought we were crazy because we left really early in the morning to make it to a 9 am class with Kevin. We introduced ourselves to him before class. He was very attentive, making sure to check in with us often, that we were understanding his instruction and enjoying ourselves. We were only in Boston for 1 night, but we loved it so much we each bought a 3 class package so that we could squeeze in a second class at 5 am the following day, before driving back north.
The whole experience will forever be a cherished memory. It made me feel like a real boxer, and so proud to be a part of this incredible community.

Everybody Fights might be the best gym I've ever been to. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The staff are all very hard working and motivating. The design of the whole place is really cool looking. It also has just about every king of exercise you want. Even though it specializes in boxing, it also works with crossfit, yoga, cardio, and even physical therapy. Parking isn't always easy, but it's definitely easier than other city areas. I HIGHLY reccomend this gym.

EBF Seaport Boston is amazing. I’ve been trying to get back into the swing of working out and I have been super excited and energized to go every week. All of the instructors I’ve taken are so dope. I have my favorites but I’ve never been disappointed. They’re high energy, encouraging, positive and available if you ever have questions or need assistance. Whether you like boxing or not, there’s a class for you and the circuit training will whip you right into shape.

Everybody Fights is truly a community that is welcoming to all types of athletes and fitness levels. Whether your taking a bags class or a road class, you will leave this gym feeling like a total bad a$$

Everybody Fights has been my obsession since I discovered it roughly six months ago. Facilities are amazing: super clean locker rooms, showers, steam room and sauna. Gym is large and has different rooms for each work out. Instructors make you feel like you are having a private session in a class of 60. They are amazing, their energy and knowledge is what the experience is all about. Recommend it to anyone willing to put in the effort for an intense workout!

EBF is definitely the best gym in Boston. There is a broad spectrum of classes--cardio, boxing, HIIT, and lifting. The classes are challenging but fun... and the instructors really care about form and recovery, which are so important for individuals at all physical levels. The gym is of high quality, and the staff are welcoming, kind, and supportive. On top of all of this, EBF supports the community of Boston and is very charitable. If you haven't been to EBF, don't hesitate to try it out :)

I love to punch things, and this place doesn't disappoint! The staff & coaches are energetic, supportive & fun; the facility is clean and "fancy" (steam room, products in bathrooms, towel service). While I have only done the "Bags & Body" classes (Howie's Saturday am class is the best!), there are so many other types of classes to choose from (and they don't all require gloves & wraps). This is a great place to workout!

I LOVE Everybody Fights - Seaport. My experiences there have never been negative at this studio. I take classes as well as do one-on-one mitt work with one of the trainers. The energy there is always amazing and the people there truly pump you up. Plus the workout are hard, but worth it. You don't even realize what muscles you're working in the boxing classes until the next day. Not only do they offer boxing classes, but they offer weight training, yoga and cardio classes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new obsession and soon to be addiction!

This is my favorite workout spot in Boston! I found EBF through a charity event I attended over 3 years ago and have been going ever since, even when I lived in Watertown (which is not close). Their Run classes helped me nail a PR for the 2018 marathon, and I love the Train 360 classes which offer different stations. The classes are always challenging with fun music and energetic instructors. I recently took Becca's class again and she was bomb. I also enjoy Stephanie (super challenging in a good way), Rob (helped my not fitness like husband with modifications and was super nice), Edwin (GREAT instructor, good explanations), and Lauren (always fun and super kind). Thank you for this fantastic gym and workout. Customer Service is great as well, so helpful and welcoming. Oh and PS - the juice/smoothie place upstairs is also super delicious!
