My experience with Evolve Bootcamp was great! Shelley made our workouts interesting and fun. She makes modifications when needed and keeps you moving no matter what. This bootcamp was challenging but Shelley and the other participants where incredibly supportive.

Great workout- keeps you moving throughout the duration of the session and time flies. Would definitely do it again if I move back to Boston!

Honestly the best way to work out. Shelley is a Master with a gazillion exercises. I have been going to her bootcamp for about 5 years (whenever my work schedule allows). The bootcamp has a very nice flow - no idle standing around waiting for your turn. I am pumped up for my next session.

If someone had told me I would enjoy getting up early to make it to Shelley's 7 am boot camp 3 days a week in all sorts of weather, I would have laughed at them. Yet Evolve Bootcamp quickly became the highlight of my day! The workouts are varied and the setting (all around Boston Common) is great, not to mention Shelley herself is a fantastic instructor! All fitness levels are made to feel welcome!

When was the last time as an adult have you run as fast as you could (without anyone chase you) or did a round of leapfrog or played dodge ball or threw a tire around? I am assuming that unless you have been to bootcamp the answer is "never" -- but being at Evolve is like being back in gym class, but way more fun!

Shelley is a ball of energy and is so supportive and also tough as nails! No two workouts are the same and she always keeps you guessing as to what is going to be next.....which is part of the fun. I absolutely love working out with Shelley and the rest of the folks in my group -- trust me the workout is hard and high energy but they are so much fun! I have never ever been bored in class and no two sessions have been the same.

I love being outdoors, meeting new people and oh yeah....looking and feeling great is a huge bonus as well! Who knew working out could be this much fun :)

I participated with Evolve Bootcamp for about 3 months until my school schedule unfortunately made it impossible for me to continue. Shelley is a fantastic trainer and motivator, and her classes are always super challenging and super fun! Every session is different, so you never get bored, and Shelley does a great job accommodating varied ability levels. You'll do obstacle courses, partner drills, boxing lessons, slow burn yoga on the river, intense cardio workouts - everything! I was even able to return to bootcamp a few weeks after a major ankle injury and Shelley helped me get the most out of the workouts while avoiding further injury. It can be hard to drag yourself out of bed for those first few early classes, but its undeniably worth it, and you feel great for the rest of the day. If you're looking for a fun, healthy, challenging way to improve your fitness level, I highly recommend Evolve Bootcamp!

I had the best experience with Shelley! The workouts are never boring: Shelley changes things up every day and create games/friendly competitive environment that motivates everyone! In addition, she caters and adjust the workouts for you if you have any previous injuries; at the same time - she makes sure that its never too easy!! It was a wonderful experience and I wish I had more time to continue!

I have been with Evolve Bootcamp consistently for over a year. Shelley keeps it fun, challenging, and full of variety. She is very mindful of the little things that make a big difference, such as improving agility and balance. Speaking of balance, her routines always provide good mix of all the key components to true fitness: endurance, strength, agility and flexibility. Boot campers of a wide range of fitness levels can equally benefit from each session. She keeps us laughing and motivated. It's really the best way to start the day, and it's often the best hour of my day.

I did Evolve Bootcamp this summer near Tufts University. It was great! It was nice to get a really good workout in after work. Everyone is super nice and supportive. It is also great because Evolve runs free group workout occasionally on the weekend. Overall a good experience.

Great boot camp experience! I actually enjoyed getting out of bed in the morning to go do a hard workout in the Boston Commons. No class is the same, and my fitness level improved within just a couple of weeks. Highly recommend to anyone interested in trying something new.

The workouts are dynamic and fun! There is always something new to look forward to each morning and different ways to challenge your body. Shelley is a wonderful leader and makes you feel welcome from the first morning. If you are considering signing up for boot camp...do it! Be careful...it's addicting!!!

Great bootcamp experience. This is the first time I ever did a bootcamp and I am not in shape. We worked out at the Jamaica Pond site, work outs were intense but supportive and every exercise could be modified to your ability. Shelly is fabulous and I would highly recommend this bootcamp regardless of your fitness level--just bring a good attitude and willingness to follow through A+++

I tried Evolve Bootcamp last January and managed to get up and out of bed in the freezing cold for about three out of the four weeks of the bootcamp. Once it started snowing DURING the workouts, I had to call it quits. I hate the snow but loved Evolve Bootcamp. I would definitely do it again anytime other than winter. If you don't mind the cold, though, it's extremely fun and a great workout every time!
