Ryan was very thorough in explaining his fitness recommendations as well the how and why behind all of the exercises and movements he showed me. As a very beginner to strength training I feel much much more confident (and stronger) thanks to these sessions! I had an injury that I wasn’t sure how to work around without exacerbating and Ryan not only tailored the movements to work for my abilities, but also lessened my symptoms from the injury by showing me how to strengthen other muscles to support my injury. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone new to the gym / strength training that’s looking for a guide!

Fit at 70 feels great!
At 70 I realized that I hesitated to lift my 30 pound grandson. I looked and felt heavy and tired.

I considered a gym membership but knew driving to and from would be an obstacle. I needed a plan and advice. Then I found Ryan.

Ninety days later, my waist has shrunk from over 43” to less than 39”. I’ve lost ten pounds and my energy is strong.

I workout with free weights three days per week, for about 40 minutes per session and walk or row or hit nine carrying my clubs…often all in the same day.

I feel like I have a new body.

Now I pick up my grandson and his twin brother, together, with no worries that I might hurt my back.

I cannot help getting older, but with the advice of my strength coach, I have nursed my body back to living life.

I have been working with Ryan for the last 3 months with tremendous success. I started at 195 pounds and 17% body fat. I am down 20 pounds and 5% body fat. At 49 years old, I didn't expect such dramatic and relatively quick results. While I am sure I have lost some muscle mass, with his approach I have managed to keep progressing with the weights at the gym. His holistic method took into account not only the weight room, but nutrition, sleep, and cardio. He would provide simple tasks to keep me accountable, like taking a photo of a meal every day, sending videos of 1 exercise a session to check form and our normal monthly photo and weight check ins. I have not been this lean and strong since college. I have always been active and in generally good shape, but he was able to help me get to the next level. I highly recommend his services.
