The F stands for functional training, a mix of cardio, resistance, hybrid and recovery workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping and heart-pumping fun. I’ve been working out at F45 Hudson since last November and am completely hooked! The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the coaches make every class feel personal. Sasha, the head coach, is like having a personal trainer—she motivates you, pushes you just the right amount, and I see visible results after every session. Nik brings the happiest energy to every class, making it uplifting and fun. Kevin and Victoria ensure your form is correct and adjust movements as needed, so the workouts are safe and effective.

I’ve loved it so much that I even invited my family to join me—it’s that good! F45 Hudson has an amazing, supportive environment that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get stronger, fitter, and feel great!

F45 is exactly what I needed. The idea of getting back into shape is so hard and I truly started to see and feel a difference even only after the 3 day trial. Not only that, but after seeing how friendly and knowledgeable the staff and members are- it was a no-brainer and felt so right to join. (Shout out to Coach Sasha who made my first class experience (and many after) a lovely one!) The coaches are so understanding, assist in certain movements, and help modify if I need to. The accountability piece is huge too- when I book a class, I know I'm going, no second guessing. The classes fly by and before you know it, you're done, dripping sweat, and feel great. What a wonderful, supportive community to be around as well, who all have their own fitness and wellness journeys. I'm a runner and always wanted to add strength training to my routine, and this fit exactly what I wanted!! I've also really enjoyed the other classes as well- it's addicting!! You end up craving it! I used to be intimidated to join a gym and I'm so happy to find a good fit thanks to F45 Hudson's all around atmosphere- welcoming, supportive, motivational, inspiring- could go on and on. It changed my summer in more ways than one ❤️

I have been a consistent member of F45 in Hudson since they opened about 4 or so years ago and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon! All of the coaches and members in Hudson constantly make you feel welcome and supported! I truly couldn’t ask for a better fitness community. I struggled for many years self training at your average gym and I truly believe I get my best workout and results through F45!

F45 Hudson feels like a sense of community. All of the trainers motivate you to push yourself. And they really help modify things when necessary. Sasha is a beast and she is so sweet and always wants to see you do your best. Kevin always motivates you to go harder and is great with correcting your form and teaching you about different muscles and how each movement works them. Nik brings a great energy in the room and knows how to make every class fun! I don’t live in Hudson and I still drive 20 minutes to go to this location just because I love the staff so much. I would recommend F45 to everyone and it is definitely life changing and has built my confidence so much!

F45 in Hudson has an amazing and very welcoming community (both the trainers/staff and participants). The music is awesome and the workouts provide enough diversity in movement and timed intervals to really give you a refreshed experience every time. I have taken F45 classes to supplement my fairly cardio-focused training to provide myself with a more well rounded workout regimen. What I appreciate most about these classes are that the workouts are doable and come with great modifications to still get in a challenging workout. If you’re looking for a good HIIT strength based class, definitely check them out :)

This is a safe haven to have an impactful, effective and thorough work out. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and caring for each person in their care. Just came back from a sold out workout this morning. They had a live DJ and the atmosphere was excellent! 27 people and they all inspired and motivated me to work out to the best of my ability. Also had custom instruction to make sure I was doing all my exercises to its full potential. Totally enjoyed it. Looking forward to the work out tomorrow.

Best choice I've made for a change up in my exercise routine. Took a class and was hooked instantly. Thought I'd use the classes as filler workouts a couple times a week, but I go 4 - 5 days a week. In and out in 45 minutes. I've noticed a difference right away. Best part is I'm only competing with myself. No one judges! And the coaches are great for even a little more push! Love it!

I took a class there recently with my sister and brother-in-law, who are both frequent members. I had such a blast in that class, and I can see why this gym is so popular! They have so many different kinds of classes that they offer and everyone is just happy to be there. Honestly, it might be one of the best ways to hold yourself accountable to a fitness regimen. Fun classes, happy people. If I lived closer, I would 100% get a membership!

Our experience was great! Phil hooked us up with a 7-day trial to come into the club and experience a class. He even came in to the early morning class to attend with us! The class was challenging and fun all at the same time. Very clean environment as well with plenty of cleaning bottles to clean up between stations. Highly recommend checking out F45, well worth it.

I’ve been to several of the group fitness chains (Barrys, OT, SweatBox, etc) and after 10 classes here, I’d say that F45 is as good or a better workout than the best of its competitors. It’s a circuit-based total body workout, with a cool variety of equipment (sledgehammers, sleds, battle ropes, etc) and a full range of weights, so no one is maxing out. The workouts are generally cardio or resistance focused, so you probably need to commit to going multiple days per week.

This Hudson location is brand new and everything is top-notch. There are two trainers per class and they are all excellent. Unlike a lot of places, they pay attention to what’s going on, have made really good corrections to my form, encourage more weight when I’m being lazy, and let you know “they know” when you’re cheating the clock. The owners are friendly, very flexible, and helpful at figuring out which membership option is the best deal. The place is brand new, so everything is clean and in great shape.

5/5 stars. You’d probably need to go into Boston to find a similar workout. Depending on the day I’ve burned between 640 and 970 calories per class.
