The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT-style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping and heart-pumping fun. My home away from home! My husband and I used to live 4 min away from F45 SSB and it was my regular workout routine! We have since moved away to New Hampshire and it’s my favorite place to come back to when I am in Boston. The community is so welcoming and the coaches are always pushing your limits to make you stronger both physically and mentally! I could not recommend F45 SSB enough 🤩🤍

Just finished my first class at this F45 location and I’m already excited to come back — all thanks to Renadi! From the moment I walked in, he welcomed me with amazing energy, gave me a full tour of the gym, and made me feel completely comfortable.
Throughout the class, he was super engaged with everyone — encouraging us to push past our limits, correcting form, and keeping the energy high. He’s the definition of what makes a great fitness instructor. The vibe was everything!

I hate exercise. Hate it with the fiery passion of 1,000 suns. But all that changed when I walked into F45 South Shore Boston. This team of instructors consistently encourages but challenges me to be better so that I can feel better. The community that has come from this place cannot be matched. You truly feel the love, as well as the burn. If they can make me get up to work out at 5:30am, they can do it for you too!

F45 south shore boston is truly a place that does it all. Not only did i create healthy habits that go beyond the studio walls, but i met people (coaches and members) that i proudly consider friends. I walked in really not knowing anything about fitness and am now more confident than ever to tackle my goals.

The coaches work with you individually while still in a group setting (which takes so much pressure off). They care about you, listen to your boundaries/limits, and help you safely achieve more than you thought possible. When you need to be corrected on your form it’s done so in an uplifting and positive way that never makes you feel “stupid”.

After being a member for about 8 months now (since this location opened) i have surpassed and created so many goals i never thought we’re possible. I sincerely recommend everyone visit this studio at least once to met the coaches and feel the energy from the community that thrives there everyday.

After a 12 year fitness hiatus (woof!) the team here welcomed me with open arms, always makes me feel good about my progress and somehow makes exercise fun for me. F45 Training just opened up and I am so in love! Thrilled about the location and class times. Dani and her team are amazing and the energy is fire, even at 5am! F45 is a total-body workout with a mix of cardio and strength. It is interval training so you will never get bored. The coaches will demo the exercise at the start of class. There are multiple stations throughout the room and the workouts are visibly displayed on monitors so it’s easy to follow along. Some stations feel overwhelming to start but the coaches will also be there to help you, push you and even workout with you. There are ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, box jumps, rowing, cycling, skierg, and so much more!

F45 is currently running a limited time promotion for $1 for one week trial and totally worth checking out. I thoroughly enjoyed my first class and signed up for the Founders Rate. I haven't stepped foot into a gym in three years so I can say from experience that F45 welcomes people at all levels. The coaches will help you if you need any modifications to you workout. I fearfully but successfully completed box jumps after my first fail 8-days prior. They really support and challenge me. It’s a high-quality workout. In less than two short weeks, I already feel like it’s helping me form lean muscle and am also seeing some stubborn baby fat melt away! I look forward to the results I'll see as I continue on with these workouts.

My fiancé and I have been going for a few weeks mainly to the 6:15am class and have finally tried all the different classes. Dani and the rest of the trainers always bring great energy to class which makes the 45 minutes fly by! We have fun no matter the workout. I recently took a class (Hollywood) at this location and I HIGHLY recommend! I have never done F45 so going 15 mins before the class I was able to get a breakdown of how it’s done and where to find everything in the facility by the trainers Renadi and Dianna and the owner Dani. As someone who typically only strength trains, this was the perfect way to get in my cardio w/out having to run on a treadmill. The environment itself is one of a kind. One thing that impressed me was the welcoming energy of the trainers. Everytime someone walked in they were greeted with such positivity for showing up. Throughout the class, the trainers were so helpful in demoing or knowing how to correct form for the exercises. Another great thing is there’s a parking lot and the facility is super clean. If you’re a former athlete, limited on time, or just want a killer workout check this place out!!!
