I have been a member for 2+ years. Really enjoyed their classes and it has made fitness so much fun for me!!
Unfortunately, I was laid off and called to cancel my membership. They declined to do so, citing a 30-day cancellation policy, even though I have the 8 classes a month membership and not the unlimited. I requested that they kindly accommodate given my financial situation, since the payment had just been posted and not been processed, but they flat out declined.
I even reached out to F45 corporate who were of no help stating that the studios are owned as individual franchise.
They DO NOT have a hold policy beyond 15 days
I really am disappointed with this turn of events given I have been a long time member and was not expecting this response after explaining my situation.
I was going to rejoin in the future, but am not going to, given this turn of events.
A word of advise: If you want to retain members for many years, then maybe demonstrate a bit of flexibility in genuine cases.

I love F45. The staff is very motivating. They push you to bring your best. Never the same workout. F45 is literally the best and most challenging workout.

Was feeling like i had run out of options for the gym/motivation and saw some friends on social media at other locations doing this on the daily, so then I decided to give this a try. It was easily the best decision I ever made! The coaching staff is thorough and enthusiastic about being there as well! Shoutout to Victoria for bringing the positive vibes every class. I have also met some really cool people in my classes who are now my friends. (Always a plus) This is exactly the kind of community that I have been looking for and I'm so glad to have finally found it.
When I signed up for the challenge, I suddenly found my drive again too. I was ready to for a change and to see results. Their wonderful coaching staff always keeps you motivated and on track with any/all of your goals! (If you ever need to make adjustments, just ask!) This team at f45 always has a game plan.

Great environment, coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and push to succeed the right amount. Studio size is good for the class size and equipment is nice.

A friend of mine from out of state had raved about F45 and highly suggested it when it came to my town. I love the quickness and intensity of the classes. I always leave feeling accomplished! The trainers are really friendly and helpful. Despite trying to kick our bottoms (for good reason) I appreciate their support and constant motivation. 10/10 recommend F45 and this location!

This summer was going to be a very different summer especially pertaining to ice hockey training. To get ready I want to do something different than working out and cardio. I saw quite a bit of ads for the F45 Challenge and the cool part was it ended right when the intense hockey training started. The timing was just perfect. After a weekend of hockey in Montreal (where I ended up with Carpal Bossing!) I started the challenge. The 1st few days were miserable. I thought I was in decent shape! but soon the pains went away and the sessions turned to be a lot of fun. The coaches (Matt, Victoria, Steve and others.. I went when I had the time) were all GREAT, supportive and motivational in each and every class. The F45 format is quite good.. a new challenge every day of the week. You can do it every day vs weights etc. where recovery is necessary. I also wanted to see how strength and cardio worked together. I never got bored during the 6 weeks of the challenge and attended sessions almost every day.
At the start of week 4, I woke up on a Sunday in Nashville (Hockey Tournament) and decided I would start my 21 day fast. During the fast, I wanted to keep the F45 going as well as hockey and mountain biking. When the coached found out that I was fasting, they were extremely supportive and motivational. Week 4 was easy... Week 5 was a bear and Week 6 was tough but the coaches pushed me appropriately every session as my strength/endurance definitely started to wane. I appreciated it quite a bit. I even did an F45 session at a different franchise (day 10 of fast) in Austin, TX (work travel) and was treated wonderfully and pushed by the coaches there!
It feels awesome to have completed the F45 Challenge, made new friends (coaches and other members) and challenged myself not only physically but mentally. I would recommend anyone who to spend the hour to try F45 and get a good muscular burn and cardio done in one shot. It helps that at 530 AM or any time, you don't have to think about what you are going to do that day. Just show up and put in the effort, the program takes care of the rest!

I joined in early May and participated in the recent F45 challenge. I love these workouts and energy the instructors bring to the classes. The challenge was just what I needed to get back on track and believe it or not I look forward to getting my F45 workout in each morning!

Wanted to find something to get me back in the gym consistently and F45 has me hooked! I love the station base format to keep me focused and engaged - 45 minutes pass VERY quickly!. Everyone (coaches and members) are welcoming and friendly; definitely no egos like other gyms I’ve tried. I’ve taken classes at varying times/days with all the current coaches and they’re all amazing! you have the benefit of individual assistance/modifications, a great community and a killer workout. What more could you need?

I just completed the F45 Watertown challenge and it was a really great experience! I usually come to the 6:30 am classes and the energy is always really high, I feel like I've made a lot of friends that I see every day and we all push each other.
I can't say enough good things about my coaches, Victoria, Matt and James who helped push me to increase my strength and discuss training plans and ways to shift my diet towards healthier macros.

It was my first F45 experience, and I loved every single class here at watertown f45 with super positive and empowering coaches (Melissa, Jizari, Steve, to name a few whom I had the most classes with). Classes, if you really invest in, will show you results if you want to make a change.
I do agree with other reviews around a better communications though. I had difficulties, especially in the very beginning (during their openings), when class policies weren’t clearly communicated upfront so I had to make an extra effort to make sure my questions and requests are answered via in person communications. The membership cancellation policies vary from studio to studio, and aren’t super transparent so that def seems like something F45 in general need to work on.
+ It seems like there’s no onsite, dedicated manager who only deals with the customer comm so that could be the reason.
Anyhow, thank you f45 watertown coaches!

There was some miscommunication on using a class pack at other studios as I was in between two locations. Long story short you can only use a class pack where you purchase it from. I called within the refund policy window to get my money back and or transfer it to the studio I was able to go to due to a move/schedule and they would not refund me. I do not suggest this location what a waste of $250!

I was charged for a membership without my authorization, so I emailed F45. They said they'd get back to me in 1 day (this was several weeks ago) and they never responded. I've sent 5+ follow ups, along with 2 separate written requests to terminate any recurring charges associated with my account, and have not received a single response. Be careful before opening an account and inputting your credit card.

Classes are intense but quick. Very efficient. It takes a few classes to get in the groove so give it a chance. Trainers are helpful and supportive, big shoutout to Steve!
