I started training with Jason/Ben/Bongi for my first amateur boxing match. I had minor experience before starting with them and they were able to add on to what I knew, correct some bad habits, and teach me new techniques.

I’ve been training with Jason for a charity fight (Haymakers for Hope) and am so happy with the progress I’ve made over the past few months. He’s very flexible with scheduling and always puts his clients first. I’d highly recommend working with him if you want to get into mitts and/or boxing, and also strength training! He has great conditioning and strength routines to compliment mitt work.
