I have been training with Ashley for over 5 months and it has changed my life. Originally, I wanted a trainer to help with my workout accountability and my form, but I got so much more with Ashley. She has shifted my mindset about food, rest, and exercise. Ashley makes herself very available to clients which allows me to tackle questions and concerns as they come up. She knows how to keep the balance between pushing you to do better, and giving you grace, when needed. She knows her craft very well and is a wealth of information. I am so grateful that I found her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer. 5 stars is not enough to convey the positive impact she has had on my life!

I can’t say enough about how incredible my experience has been with Ashley. Over the past year, I’ve lost 38 pounds, and the transformation goes far beyond the physical. Ashley is genuinely one of the most positive, kind-hearted people I’ve met. She never gave up on me, even when the results were slow. Each time the weight plateaued, she would adjust my workout plan and diet, tirelessly finding a way that worked for me. Her encouragement and positivity helped me keep going, even on tough days.
Before this journey, I didn’t realize just how much being overweight was affecting me. I would avoid social events, hide behind people in photos, and my self-esteem was so low. But Ashley taught me that change is possible and has guided me toward a healthier, happier life. Ashley is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help you meet your goals and truly cares about your progress. I’ve lost 4 inches in my waist since starting with her 3 months ago. Prior to meeting and working with Ashley, I hated the gym. Now I love it and have been able to lose over 100 pounds. If I could be there everyday I would. Her programs are made specifically for each person and what their goals are which is amazing. I recommend Ashley to anyone!

Ashley is knowledgable, flexible, and fun to work with. She tailors the program to your needs rather than imposing her own agenda. She has educated herself about how to address the physical aftermath of prior injuries and surgeries and designed an innovative and effective program for me. I have trained with Ashley for 25 months. I had just lost nearly 70 pounds of weight and was unsatisfied with my results despite all the weight loss. As a Marine veteran and prior law enforcement officer, Ashley not only challenged me gave me the proper tools I’ll need throughout my lifetime of physical fitness. If you are thinking about working with a personal trainer, you really need look no further. Ashley is someone who is knowledgeable, personable, an honest and open communicator, a motivator, and she is dedicated to her passion. She will take moments out of her own personal time just to check on your meals for the day, and you can text her at any time with questions or concerns regarding your physical health or workouts. She genuinely cares to see others happy in the body they are in, and maintain healthy eating habits at the same time (which does not include strict dieting!!) At the gym, she is easy to talk to and will make modifications in workouts as needed .she may push my limits sometimes on the weight, but its never nothing i cant handle, more so rather she knows i can handle it but wont push myself. Anyways, 10/10 would recommend A.F !!!
