Ricky is a true professional, and I've experienced fantastic results since I started working with him 9 months ago.

I am 49 years old, returning to a fitness routine for the first time in 15 years after hurting my back once or twice working out at the gym on my own. My main concern coming to Ricky was that I could get in shape without hurting my back again.

Ricky guided me through a thoughtful and structured series of exercises at exactly the right level to get my body unlocked and moving smoothly again! It has been transformative for my physical and mental health. I'm now doing a moderate 30-minute morning workout at home every day, and I am motivated to go to the gym 2-3 times a week for the first time in a decade.
