Fitness Together is a formula that has worked for me for a long time. Having regular appointments with a trainer who really knows me has helped me maintain a regular workout schedule for many years. ο»Ώο»ΏThe trainers at FT are knowledgeable and they take the time to customize workouts to their clients' individual needs. My FT in Auburndale is also a great community, with a relaxed, friendly vibe that makes it fun to come in and work out. There is no question that coming to FT has changed my life for the better!

As someone who has generally avoided strength training because gyms feel so intimidating, I'm glad I found Fitness Together in Auburndale. The trainers hold me accountable, and the private sessions make me feel less self-conscious.
In the four months since I began working out here, not only am I feeling great about my progress, but also I've realized I now look forward to going. These sessions are a great stress reliever. They're also fun, while still being challenging. For that, I'm grateful to the trainers.
So far, I've had the opportunity to work out with Nico, Wyatt, and Brendan, and I couldn't be happier. They're knowledgeable. They listen. They care. And they truly want to help you reach your fitness goals.

Joining Fitness Together in Auburndale has been the best thing I have done for my health and well-being in years. Nico is an incredible coach. He was patient, yet firm, as I slowly began to build a regular exercise habit. His deep experience and wisdom allowed me to trust the process and stop resisting so much! It was amazing to feel how much stronger and more flexible I became in a relatively short time! I recently started working twice a week with Wyatt and am thrilled. He listens, responds, offers great suggestions and techniques and has made my workouts really fun and nourishing!

I love this gym, very welcoming, great programs, and Nico and Wyatt are great trainers and can adapt to any things that come up (such as when I hurt my back gardening, they adapted the training and it also cured by back!). Overall, a brilliant gym

I've been training at FT for many years. I always look forward to my sessions, and feel good when I'm done. My trainer knows how to challenge me without making me feel incompetent. The exercises are always just at that margin of being hard, but not too hard. And after all these years , he still keeps devising new exercises, so it's never boring. There's a big focus on balance, which I think is really important, and he is attentive to details, for example, whether I'm placing weight on the inside or outside of my foot, and makes corrections so that I get the most out of each exercise and don't injure myself.
