I loved my workout sessions here! The sessions were easy to schedule, and Dan, my trainer, was great! He was professional, conscious of previous injuries, tailored the workouts to my goals, and seemed very knowledgable. Also, since I was really interested in the whys of different exercises, he would take the time to explain why he choose each exercise and how workouts are built different depending on muscle tone vs endurance vs strength, etc. He was also very conscious of safety and limits, and if an exercise looked too easy or too hard, he’d adjust it.

Fitness Together completely changed my views on working with weights and the concepts of strength and flexibility. My trainer is Daniel Despres and he is professional, skilled and very empathetic. My fitness levels have dramatically improved and my progression is recorded and shared with me. Daniel also ensures some of my PR goals are also on focus all the time. The program is well balanced on areas of strength, flexibility and endurance. FT itself offers very good value for money over a period of time.

Fitness Together in Wayland has been my "gym" for several years. The workouts are tailored to my needs and have helped me build stamina, strength and flexibility. After I injured myself on vacation, my trainer helped me recover from the injury with patience and skill, and helped me develop muscles in order to prevent further problems in the future.

I find the trainers skilled, flexible, and easygoing...while still pushing me just enough. The location is convenient, and the one-on-one attention turned me from a resistant couch potato into someone who craves and enjoys her workouts. I've never felt better!

This organization is very unique with its approach to helping one's self to live a happier and healthier life. This is much more than a personal training facility and concept. First they have all the equipment you would ever need including aerobic equipment to use before or after a session - even a very clean bathroom/shower for those who do their workout before going to work. Whether you want to use one trainer or want to try different trainers is of course a personal preference. At first, I thought I would want to "bond" with one trainer but when I couldn't see that particular trainer after a few sessions due to my schedule, I tried a different one, then another and another. Came to find that each trainer is incredibly qualified, upbeat, and has a unique style but within the confines of your workout regimen which is documented for each session in their systems - it gave me variety and made it even more enjoyable. Another area that sets them apart is that they give you a workout routine which is easily doable at home with little to no equipment if you are so motivated (many of us though cannot maintain that motivation which is why they really are needed to maintain a routine). As an added bonus, they provide a nutritionist who can advise you and help you eat the things you like but in a more health conscious way - they provide articles and even provide a mobile app which the nutritionist can follow what you're consuming and provide feedback for you. This organization located in Sudbury and Wayland is truly a unique and amazing organization. Fitness Together is a franchise so this review is specific to these two locations (because not every franchisee is the same).

I workout at Fitness Together in both Wayland and Sudbury. I get great workouts, and I’m probably in the best shape I’ve ever been in. But at Fitness Together, you get a lot more for your money than just β€œa great workout.” At both Wayland and Sudbury locations, everyone on the staff is wonderful, friendly and supportive. I feel like they are a second family, looking out for - not only my physical health - but my mental health as well. It’s a special group of people who are all extremely good at what they do. I highly recommend this place!

The entire staff is Wonderful! From my first meeting with Josh, who was warm and welcoming to my weekly training's with Kevin and Maria, I've been nothing short of happy. Dawn is very helpful with day to day questions and I hear she's a great trainer too. I haven't had the chance to train with her yet but plan on it soon. I hate exercising and knew the only way I'd incorporate it into my life was to have a personal trainer and I'm so glad I did and glad FT was my first choice. I've never felt intimidated or uncomfortable with these guys which is great considering I was apprehensive to start a training regimen. Since I've started I've lost 15 real pounds, not the kind you gain back. I am so much stronger and feel great!!! I highly recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Where to begin? They are just awesome. From the very first meeting with Josh, the owner to the last workout I had. Every experience here has been 5 stars. Josh has the best energy (you do, Josh). Not too pushy but so helpful and SUPER positive. It's like he's genuinely excited you're getting fit. :) And it makes you WANT to get fit. The trainers are ALL great. Friendly, fun and all very knowledgeable and all very able to modify for whatever obstacles you have. Best of all: its nice and private, so if you're a little intimidated (like me) to workout at a gym in front of countless people, this is your place! Oh and honestly the prices are so reasonable. Whether its their Sudbury or Wayland location you really cannot go wrong here. Thanks guys!
