Nostalgia, modern vibes, and pure quality all come together in this gym! The atmosphere is awesome, you can feel the old-school energy mixed with a clean, high-end setup. Every detail is top-notch, from the equipment to the vibe. Place was straight-up bad ass!

I was traveling in the area in search of a gym with day passes. I was extremely pleased with the welcoming staff and abundance/variety of equipment available. I immediately felt at home wishing there was a gym like this back in my city. If Iβm back in this area, I will definitely be stopping in again.

Great equipment, use to go here years ago and hopefully lll be back soon. Some of the staff can be really uptight about things and are tough to get along with. My clients go there and Iβve heard stories about an employee Joe. He wil yell about the slightest things. Such as any noise with weights, having fun with friends and things like that. I had a problem with him 5 years ago and I got banned. I tried to apologize 5 or 6 years later and Iβm still not allowed. So you might get targeted if he doesnβt like you. And the owner Kurt will always side with him.

Fitness Zone is great. Super clean, plenty of machines and free weights, and never crowded. The upstairs has lots of cardio machines, bikes, treadmills, etc. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend.

Great local workout spot with all the machines and gear you need to stay fit year-round. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to answer questions or offer advice. Not a glossy "meet market" spot, which is a blessing if you just want to work out without the frippery and flirting.

I'm glad I found this place. Down to earth, quiet, never a wait for equipment (that I've seen), good price on a temporary pass, everything is very clean and well maintained. And the music is good, so I can leave my earbuds at home. Really nice place to work out.

Was visiting family in area and this gym is the best one! Manager was super helpful and it was only $10 for a day pass. Plenty of equipment, cardio is a little dated, several squat racks, leg press etc. I absolutely recommend for a workout when in area.

I am not from the area, but was visiting for vacation. This was an amazing place! The staff was incredibly helpful and encouraging! I could not suggest a better gym to work out in. Their equipment was fantastic and offered a lot of variety, from cable machines to free weights. I highly recommend them!

As hard as it is to get up in the dark every AM, going to "the zone" is so worth it. Staff is friendly, it's always clean and I feel like a million when I leave. Kurt and Dan run a great shop.
