About the Club

FitPartum is a mom owned company focused on helping all moms and moms-to-be continue moving, exercising, and staying healthy during pregnancy and postpartum stages. We want you to be confident in how your body looks, feels, moves, and functions while minimizing any symptoms like pain, leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti and more.
We specialize in returning to exercise safely and combining orthopedic and pelvic floor treatment to help moms recover from childbirth.

Muscles & Mamas was the best thing I did for myself postpartum. It not only taught me valuable information about beginning to move my body and rebuilding my core, but got me out of the house, gave me a routine and introduced me to moms with babies the same age. I recently saw Kellie for a prenatal session and it was incredibly helpful! Kellie helped identify issues with my SI joint and coached me through exercises and stretches to alleviate pain as well as exercises to help strengthen my pelvic floor.

Great and unique experience that combined pelvic floor pt and knowledge with a gradual return to strength training and cardio workouts. The group was small enough where you really felt you got customized training for your individual needs. Having the babies join and getting to meet other moms was priceless! Thank you Fitpartum :)

I wish every mom could be part of Fitpartum. Kellie and Ally are incredibly knowledgeable, relatable, and have created a space for new moms to gain strength and confidence as they navigate through the fourth trimester. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of Fitpartum as I found I gained my strength back in the proper way with their expertise. Also, it gave me courage to bring my daughter out as a first time mom, and meet other moms. I loved that there were other first time moms, but also second and third time moms, and we all were there for similar reasons. Kellie and Ally spent time with each mom, whether it was due to diastasis recti, c-section recovery, or other common problems no one else really speaks of. I loved the open conversation, the intensity increase each week, and finishing this program as a strong mom. I would 100% sign up again when I have my next baby.

Muscles and Mamas was such an amazing program. It wasn’t only a great way to get back to working out safely but also a great reason and way to get out of the house and meet other mommas. It helped me immensely during my postpartum especially with my confidence. I can honestly say I feel stronger than I did when we started since six weeks ago. I can’t recommend Kellie and Ally’s program enough for postpartum moms! Their 6-week program was exactly what I needed to regain strength and confidence after having my baby. The workouts were thoughtfully designed to help with pelvic floor recovery and diastasis recti, and I learned so much about how to safely rebuild my core.

What made this experience even better was being able to bring my newborn! The supportive environment made it easy to focus on my recovery while being surrounded by other moms on the same journey. I left feeling stronger, more informed, and empowered to continue working out postpartum. If you’re a new mom looking for a welcoming and knowledgeable group, this is the place to be!

Signing up for fitpartum was the best decision I made as a first time mother. I was so nervous going back to the gym after my delivery. Ally and Kellie were amazing in providing us with the best tools and knowledge to start our postpartum recovery. I feel so confident heading back to the gym after their 6 weeks program. Great facility, great team, great opportunity. I feel a million times better than my first postpartum experience, the combination of pelvic floor, core breathing and strength training was just what I needed. Kelly & Ally were very receptive and understanding of any pains or odd feelings along the way and encouraged everyone to listen to their bodies & offered modifications if it felt like certain moves were too much. Sometimes the room was filled with crying babies and they were not afraid to jump in and do some rocking & soothing so we could focus on ourselves. Highly recommend!

Signing up for FitPartum was the best decision I made for myself in the postpartum period. I was at a point of accepting certain aches and pains (chalking them up to pregnancy, child birth and new baby carrying/feeding positions) and feeling like I would never be as strong or as active as my pre-baby self. And then I started FitPartum and met Kellie/Tara/Ally who are all so passionate about helping new moms become their strongest self. Having the expertise of both a physical therapist and a personal trainer giving each participant personalized guidance and instruction is truly unmatched. The intentional movements that each class focused on allows you to see yourself progress throughout the six weeks. I looked forward to these classes each week, a time I knew was set aside for me, a time to focus on health and well being, and a time where I could connect with other local women going through similar phases of life. I sincerely wish every postpartum mom had access to a program like this!
