At Flex Level Fitness, whether you are an in-person or online client, we apply a basic set of principles, lay a path to success, and provide the accountability necessary to ensure your goals are met.

With 20 years of experience helping people achieve far more than just their fitness goals, there are certain aspects of the programs we provide that have proven both essential, and non-negotiable when seeking achieve what we once thought to be insurmountable goals. Experience has proven that together, we can achieve anything we put our minds too. My Transformation with Flex Level Fitness

When I started at Flex Level Fitness, I never thought I’d be able to run again. Today, I’m running 2.5 miles twice a week—something I couldn’t have imagined just a few months ago.

In just 57 days, I’ve lost 35 pounds, but the transformation is about so much more than weight. My body fat is down, my “body age” has dropped by 12 years, and I’ve been building muscle and strength that make me feel more capable every day. Over the last couple of years I have had experiences with various personal trainers and group training classes. Nothing can compare to the advice, training and expertise that Adam provides. I cannot say enough positive things about his dedication to his clients and their health and fitness journeys. I currently drive an hour one way for his training sessions. They are that good! His focus on form is incomparable. The amount of new advice and technique I have received is mind blowing; and I am not new to the workout world.

When I am not training with Adam live I cannot say enough great things about the workout app he has developed. In between those in person sessions he develops personal workouts for me on the app. It holds me accountable and enables me to ask questions along the way. I would recommend Adam to anyone, near or far, that is looking to change their workout and eating habits and find a better way of living. So happy to have found him! I joined a challenge through Flex Level Fitness that pushed me way outside of my comfort zone. I was nervous at first but then once I started working with Heather and Adam, all of my worries went away. Their knowledge and expertise goes above and beyond. The workouts were well planned out and they answered any and all of my questions and helped me make any modifications I needed. The food part of the challenge also pushed me but the positive benefits I gained have made me actually stick to the healthy eating beyond the challenge. The best part about them is their willingness to motivate and the true pleasure they get from helping others. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

Towards the end of last year, I was in a pretty dark place, had gained 30 pounds, drinking too often. Body, mind, spirit in the gutter, to put it nicely.
I had been watching Adam train a few people that I know. I started following his page, personal and professional. After watching him for months, I was convinced, I knew that I needed his energy and level of passion in my life. I needed someone to reignite the fire in me. I knew he was only one person and probably busy, but I was determined to get in touch him, and I did. I couldn’t be more grateful. I wanted to catch the powerful
wave 🌊 I saw, and I’m happy to say, I did.
Energy is contagious, right living is contagious, getting in shape can be contagious . Dare to surround yourself people that bring you to a higher place. That’s what I did, it’s been a total body, mind, and soul overhaul since we started together in February of this year!
i’ve lost all that weight and more. I found myself again. I feel comfort, and peace. So much so that I’ve chosen sobriety again. I’m exploring different career options, I’m hiking with friends, I’m healthy, my sleep habits have improved dramatically. I mean to be honest, a list of what has not changed for the better would be much easier to write.
Adam has exceeded my expectations in every way and mine were very high. Just Ask him 😂 not only is he a wealth of knowledge but he lives in a way that makes you better without him having to say a word. Actions speak louder than words. I have been working with Adam at flex level fitness for about 2 years now and even though i am 100 miles away that hasn't hesitated adam from going above and beyond making sure I have all the right knowledge , no one has taken the time to break down fitness and body types and diets like adam has. I have been in the gym for a few years now off and on with having motivation and lacking motivation. I started seeing Adam on social media quit a bit and then when Anytime in Sutton opened he was there like it was a sign for me to get the help I needed. Seeing him work with others, his constant posts on social media and really just the positive vibe he gives off in so many ways I knew he would be the one to help me stay motivated and hold me accountable to achieve my goals! I met Adam back in 2016 while training in Westborough at Become Fitness. He was in ridiculously good shape, and I basically walked around aimlessly, always looking for the next best thing to achieve quick results. Sometimes I’d replicate the movements I’d see Adam do, because he seemed to train in a way that I had always known was best, but didn’t fully understand the reasons, or what a “mind/muscle connection” was. Eventually, Adam and I became friends and even training partners (before he did it professionally), and to this day I thank him for all of the seemingly minor details and aspects of weight training that are often overlooked. I still train today using the same principles he instilled in me 7 years ago, and continually achieve better and more consistent results than those around me because of it. Flex Level Fitness is Top Notch!! Adam truly takes every client and there fitness goals and creates a personalized diet, workout and all around program that works. He is honest with his clients and what they should and should not expect. I was working out routinely 5-6 days a week for years and the results just weren't there. After talking with Adam and starting a strict diet along with tweaking some small movements within certain exercises, I started to see the results I was looking for within a couple weeks. I was sore again after workouts and realized that training correctly will give you the best results without hurting yourself. Adam gives his full attention to every client and I would recommend Flex Level Fitness to anyone looking to start, improve or just tweak you fitness goals.

I have been training with Heather through Flex Level fitness since July 2022 and working with Adam on the nutritional aspect. Heather is a knowledgeable, attentive trainer. She always keeps our workouts new and fun. I have made a lot of progress working with her and am now able to implement it on my own at the gym as well.
