Our daughter started her competitive experience last year and we were shocked at how much it stressed her out, until she moved over to the Flippin out team.

They have welcomed her and supported her to be HER best over being THE best. She has made such great connections in such a short amount of time. She looks forward to practice and is able to set goals for herself with extra classes available outside of the team schedule.

The gym is smaller but it is a great use of the space and provides a comfortable environment. Communication is great, I always know who to ask and coaches will reach out to owner if they don't already have an answer themselves.

Pros: casual atmosphere, lots of laughter, affordable, individualized connection to coaches and staff, community engagement - the athletes have performed locally and at Universal Orlando and also perform to raise money for the local Scholarship Fund

Flippin Out is the absolute best gym for learning new skills! My daughters have taken a number of classes and they have loved them all. It is so cool to see my daughters' confidence grow each week. I also love the flexibility of the sessions. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. So happy to have found this gym!

My daughter has been going to Flipping out gymnastics since she was 2. She is now 10 and continues to go to this gym. The relationship she has built with her team and coaches is beyond amazing. The coaches care about their students and cheer them in. My day has learned so much and has come along way. I recommend this gym to anyone

This gym is like family. My daughter is 10 and has been going to flippin out since she could walk. She is on the team now and I love how much it has helped her grow and build perseverance and confidence. I would recommend this gym to everyone!

My children didn’t do well here. Lack of professionalism. They both asked to not return. Was boring and taught them nothing

Speechless at what my SIX YEAR OLD daughter was put through. I asked if she could try out for the team. I was told yes. She tried out. She made the team. I was told to bring her in the next week. When I got there I was told, on the spot, “oh no, we’ve decided to start her after the new years.” Ok. A phone call, email, pony express- anything- would’ve been nice rather than that. But ok. New years was appx 5 weeks out.. We’ll deal with it. Sure enough, first week after the new year comes, this six year old is dressed and ready to go, and I finally receive word back about an hour before her class is supposed to start “that the girls have a competition coming up next week, you don’t want to bring her, she won’t learn anything new.” Ok ..?
The next week comes. I’m calling and calling. Can’t reach anyone. My calls aren’t returned. I finally get an email saying it’s best for her to start with the team at the beginning of the following season. Not unreasonable- if you hadn’t just left this child on the hook for 2 months asking daily what’s going on. Could’ve told us that from the beginning. Could’ve been in touch with us the entire time rather than NEVER. I’ve never felt so bad for my daughter. It was atrocious the way they went about the entire thing. Downright atrocious.
Throw in that she tried out the following season, a few months later, and they emailed me that she didn’t make the team. That’s the cherry on top. Come to find out, the owner is harboring some incredibly misplaced grudge against me- and decided it was a wise idea to take it out on a six year old girl. Incredibly unfortunate experience from the start. No words to properly express what it was like trying to explain, for months, what was going on. Just sad. But not particularly surprising.

Hi
Open play is great for the little ones on Friday mornings- one Friday was ruined thou when a parent had an unofficial birthday party there and ruined it for all the little ones- not one parent was taken ownership of watching their child rough housing- very disrespectful and ignorant

My daughter has been going to Flippin Out for several years and she loves it. She is very shy but when she gets out on the mat to perform she has gained so much confidence in herself and her ability. They have done so much for her as a gymnast and as someone with anxiety issues.
