Intentional class design to help kids with coordination and confidence (while having a ton of fun)! The coaches get to know each child and take pride in their progress.

My 7yo daughter has a been at Flips for over 3 years. My 4yo son has also started classes there. I can not say enough good things about this gym. My son has SPD & ADHD & more. It is hard for him to feel comfortable with others. The coaches made sure he felt comfortable no matter how long it took. He loves going now and counts down the days. My daughter is eager to excel and learn new skills. The staff is always happy to help her with the skills she wants to work on. My children adore all the coaches; especially Coach Gianna. She has been a big support for my kids since day one. The owner Karen is amazing. She always seems to find a way to make our special circumstances attainable. She has been so flexible and compassionate to our family. You will not find a better gym nor staff than the Flips family β€οΈ

My daughter loves coming here. Staff is great!!! They have a class for kids with special needs and they each get their own instructor/ helper. So glad we found this place!

Read till the end!
The coaches are unprofessional, they do not teach basic safety fundamentals and put kids at risk. I was watching how the kids were doing the forward roll with the reliance on their heads with necks bending which is a huge, dangerous mistake. The first rule every gymnastics professional knows: hide your head between legs, land on the upper part of your back, not your head. These coaches did not watch and did not TEACH the kids to do the forward roll correctly. It happens with the other exercises as well. When I went to the coaches and said that they ignored dangerous things they did not get me. I asked them: what you should land on - and they could not answer. Sent me to a manager. The manager actually did not care, nodded and returned me money. Of course I was not going to go back to that place but for them it is even better - no problematic customers.
the place is a machine of gathering money, a conveyor. Around 40+ kids at the same time at the same room not enough for that amount, in masks... terrible! I went back to YMCA with a huuuuuge room for gymnastics, better equipment and more attentive coaches.
Be mindful when you choose the coaches, gymnastics is a very traumatic sport, safety is first. Better choose coaches from the Eastern Europe or USSR who have always had wonderful sport schools, focused on quality, not money.
I'm shocked by the previous 5 star reviews. After reading them I realized parents just could not make a relevant analysis and judgement, perhaps due to lack of experience. Sad.

These people are incredible with young kids⦠This was the first organized activity we got our daughter involved with and it was awesome for her. It takes EXPERTS to keep a group of 3 year olds engaged for 45 minutes and these coaches are clearly experts. The gym is so thoughtfully prepared each week with all sorts of engaging activities and the coaches have each been so wonderful⦠somehow managing to give all of the 1 on 1 attention that each kid needs while simultaneously conducting group activities. 100% recommend to anyone who can do it!
