About the Club

Located at the historical center of Sherborn, Flux is a machine Pilates studio that offers private and duo sessions by appointment only. It caters to individual needs by providing alignment, flexibility, stability and deep core strength. The studio offers a variety of machine, big apparatus and small props, making each experience unique to its clients. Monica, the owner, is a STOTT Pilates certified instructor with two decades of experience in training a diversified population.

Pilates is all about the instructor and Monica is the best! I am new to pilates and every class I have taken with Monica is tailored to fit my current needs. I have gotten stronger, more aware of my posture and feel so much better! I love pilates - it is an art and the instruction by a knowledgeable teacher - Monica - is a big factor in making a difference in one’s strength, appearance, mobility, etc. We are so fortunate to have Flux Pilates in Sherborn, a small town that is adjacent to many close neighboring, larger towns.

I’ve just finished my first 10-lesson package with Monica and have already signed up for another. She’s incredible! What I love most is how she personalizes each session based on how I’m feeling that day. One time I came in with sore shoulders, and she immediately switched up the exercises to focus on relieving the pain. By the end of the session, I felt so much better. Monica is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone who listens and tailors the workout to you, Monica is the one! Highly recommend.
