Our studio specializes in joint-friendly exercise designed to help people move better, get stronger, and feel their best in a supportive and inclusive environment. In addition to our personalized training services, we also welcome independent trainers looking for a well-equipped, professional space to train their own clients. Whether you’re here to work out or to work with clients, Form is a place built to support strength, wellness, and community.

Peretz not only expertly guided me through recovery, but helped me rebuild strength and completely transform my body. At 56, I’m in the best shape of my life — stronger, more mobile, and more confident than I ever thought possible.

I began training with Perez three and a half years ago after having my first baby. I was looking to start strength training and return to my pre-pregnancy shape—and I’m so glad I found him! He is by far one of the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable trainers I’ve worked with. His studio in Bay Village is thoughtfully designed and perfectly suited for personal training. I’ve seen significant strength gains and much better body form. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about getting stronger and healthier.

I have been working with Peretz for a little over three years now. He’s a really good trainer! I’m an older woman and started out without a whole lot of strength. Overtime I’ve become very strong, which is fantastic. I do have hip issues, but am not a candidate for hip replacement. And when things flare up, he modifies what we do if necessary. I want to be as fit as I can be, and Peretz makes this possible. I recommend him highly!

Having trained at Form for over 5 years now, I can honestly say that Peretz has changed my life. After years of letting things go, I found Peretz to be the answer to my fear of gyms and aversion to exercise. His open-minded attitude made it easy to talk through my goals so that he could develop an exercise regimen that suits me. His comfortable and (super)clean space is very flexible and adaptable, allowing him to set up for any type of exercise. Peretz brings his A-game to every session and, if you’re lucky, you’ll get some banter that makes a 45-minute session fly by. Peretz manages to mix it up so that sessions always seem fresh. By staying on top of his profession, Peretz often pleasantly surprises me with something new. Peretz does his very best to work with my schedule and can often adapt when life happens. My body has never looked back, and my mind feels the benefits as well. I highly recommend Form & Peretz!

I trained with Peretz and could not be more pleased with the experience. He is nonjudgmental and makes all of the complicated information regarding body mechanics, functional movements, and body awareness/ coordination more accessible. He took the time to provide education regarding the way my body works and how to make the most of movements; this is what sets him apart from other trainers I’ve worked with in the past. He listened to my goals and gave me helpful strategies for addressing some of the long term neck pain/ tension headaches I’ve been experiencing. I feel much more confident doing workouts on my own now— a primary goal. I would highly recommend Peretz for anyone who feels frustrated by limitations of traditional workout clases, is intimated by all of the equipment at the gym, or struggles with pain.

I went to Peretz’s Stick Mobility class on Saturday morning and omgsh it was awesome. He was really good at explaining the moves and the reason for doing them. It also helped that he demonstrated everything before asking us to do it. Everyone in the class was super friendly and not judgey, because some of these moves were no joke. The class is really nice for those who want to improve their mobility/flexibility while also getting stronger in the process. You’re able to get into positions and stretches with the mobility stick that you might not otherwise get to.
I super recommend this class. Go try it and feel the burn! (In a good way if course) :)

As a veteran coach, I have been thrilled with the studio experience my clients get by training with me at FORM. Pertez, the owner and a phenomenal trainer in his own right, keeps the place extremely clean, has a great selection of equipment to utilize, the music is always great, and everyone training there seems to have a great balance of working hard while still keeping it light and fun. Over the last few years, I have had a constant foot injury and I wanted to learn how to train myself around the injury without creating pain or making it worse. I always seemed to irritate the area time after time which was so discouraging because I love being active. This year, I met Peretz who is a personal trainer at Form in Boston. He is teaching me how to strengthen the areas around my injury and how to work around the problems in my body. I have made improvements and workout without pain or swelling in my foot! He definitely furthered my recovery and strengthened the areas of discomfort. Peretz is not your run of the mill trainer and creates unique training programs customized for each of his clients. He has a strong desire to help people work through their injuries so they can feel better when they are working out. He is enthusiastic, motivating, and knowledgeable about all things fitness. Peretz is completely in tune with my goals and he is very creative in progressing sessions, making them fun and challenging at the same time. Another plus, he can carry on a thoughtful conversation and count at the same time!

Perez is by far one of the best trainers I have worked with. I left his studio feeling my absolute best, knowing I had an amazing workout that really pushed be to my greatest abilities. FORM is a new studio where I have thoroughly enjoyed working out. Due to the large space at FORM my personal training sessions have included a number of exercises that I couldn't perform at my old studio. The space is immaculate, the equipment is top of the line and facilitates our creativity for new exercises. Overall the atmosphere is so much fun! The studio is also nestled in the quiet Bay Village neighborhood which is conveniently located in a prime city location. The owner is also so down-to-earth and obviously puts so much heart into this studio and into his clients!
