I have been working out for quite some time now and prior to Covid was able to get my weight down to 197 lbs for my heaviest 276 lbs but even though I had lost that much weight, I just didn’t feel right. Then the gyms closed and the weight came back up to 240 lbs. back to the gym when they opened but wasn’t seeing the results I would of liked. Noticed Jason working with quite a few people and I could tell they were all happy with there progress and results. I have been using Jason as a dietary advisor for a while now and even though I am not down to the 197 lbs ( yet ) I feel 100% better and realize with Jason’s help this is a life style not a quick fix. He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help . I would highly recommend Jason if your looking to get in better shape.

I have been training with Jay since 2019. He helped me to lose almost 200lbs. You will not find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, and effective trainer. If you want someone to watch you workout and gossip, he is not your guy. If you want someone who will educate you about fitness and nutrition, push you to be your best self, and help you reach goals that once felt impossible, then youve found the right trainer. Don’t take my word for it- try a few sessions with him. Your future self will thank you.

Jay has several great qualities, not the least of which is his ability to listen to what your goals are and then apply them to fitness routines that are attainable and safe. He adapts those routines the closer you are to achieving whatever goal you have.

I met Jason through a friend who also trains with him. I have had past knee surgery and hernia surgery. I mention this because I still get an awesome workout, no matter what limitations. Jason works with you to specifically tailor workouts for you. He keeps me motivated and on track with my food, fitness, and goals, keeping it real. Best part is I gained a new friend.

Before working with Jason I had no idea what I was doing fitness or nutritionally. He got me on the right track specific to my lifestyle and my needs! He doesn’t treat you like just another number like most big name gyms - he treats you like a friend and is completely invested in you. While he is extremely straight forward with you about what it will take for you to meet your goals, he is very much an advocate for true lifestyle change rather than a quick fix and is realistic when it comes to determining the best course of action. If you are looking to invest in yourself and your health, then FMF and Jason are the way to go! I wouldn’t entrust anyone else with guiding me on my journey!

Jay has transformed me! I came to him two years ago as a mom who had been busy taking care of everyone else and not myself. He taught me to weight train safely and effectively. I came to Jason not knowing anything about fitness but walking on a treadmill. I had no faith that I could do anything else. He taught me the basics and was able to work with me and get results despite my age and my recurring injuries from previous car accidents and bad health. I now strength train 6 days a week in addition to my cardio and am in the best health I have ever been in. I learned that there is no finish line - I will work at this every day, but I look forward to it. I can't imagine a life without physical fitness being a part of it. Thank you!
