Dan is a great personal trainer. His positive and encouraging attitude are a bright spot in my week. My wife and I have been training with Dan for over a year, during which my wife had major surgery. Dan tailors training to help target/avoid areas as needed. My wife is feeling back to her pre-surgery strength and I feel healthier and my clothes are fitting a little looser! We are so glad we found Dan and have recommended him to others!

When I first joined the gym, I was dealing with bursitis in my hip and tendinitis in my shoulder. I was not walking tall or feeling confident in my movements. From the very beginning, I explained my situation to my Personal Trainer, Dan, who immediately assessed my needs and created a plan tailored specifically for me.
Dan explained that before I could rebuild my strength, we needed to focus on stretching and reactivating muscles that had atrophied overtime.. For the first two months, our sessions were dedicated primarily to improving flexibility, balance, and range of motion. His expertise, patience, and thorough understanding of body mechanics made all the difference.
As my mobility improved, we transitioned into strength training, and the progress has been remarkable. I feel stronger, more confident, and am now walking tall again. Most importantly, I no longer require physical therapy. This is a testament to Dan’s exceptional knowledge and guidance.
At 75 years old, maintaining a high quality of life is very important to me. With Dan’s continued support and training, I know I will continue to stay active, strong, and healthy. I’m deeply grateful for the positive impact he has had on my fitness and overall well-being.
