My daughter has made such incredible progress at Galaxy. From a parent perspective I really like how everything from camps to classes and practices are organized. The amount my daughter learns in one class or practice is significant. We partake in all 3 offerings: camps, classes and teams.

Camps: These well organized camps mix cheer, tumble, and fun. It’s a great way for girls to try out cheer or expand skills. Laura’s ability to work with a wide variety of skill levels is great.

Classes: Drop in tumbling classes are great for families with busy schedules like ours. I really like that we can join classes at our availability or desire, and aren’t locked into weeks or months of a commitment.

Teams: It’s really nice to be part of a team. From the girls to the parents and staff, Galaxy has been a warm and inviting place for all.

We just signed up for another season on Galaxy and my daughter can’t wait to compete. Laura and Liz have helped my daughter build confidence, expand her skills, and fall in love with Cheer!

I cannot recommend this cheer program due to the behavior of Coach Laura, the owner of the program. The coach displayed abusive behavior, had serious anger management issues, and unfortunately took frustrations out on the young athletes. My child, who once loved cheer, started dreading practices and experiencing anxiety about competing. No child should feel fearful in a sport meant to build confidence and teamwork. I strongly urge parents to be cautious before enrolling in this program.

Update: Galaxy responded to my review and later edited their response—still without taking any accountability. I’m aware of several parents who have had similar experiences. It’s telling to look at how few girls and coaches return year after year; most returning athletes are on younger, lower-level teams because the program struggles to retain older athletes. Many have moved to other programs that offer stronger development, higher-quality choreography, and a more positive environment. While Galaxy is one of the more affordable programs, there’s a reason for that. You don’t need to yell at the top of your lungs with veins popping out of your neck and forehead or intimidate athletes to get results Laura)—respect goes much further.

This is my daughter’s second year at Galaxy All Stars. She came in very nervous and sad that her previous gym had closed but has loved every second she has spent at Galaxy. She has made many friends, memories and has had great experiences. The owner, Laura and her team of coaches work so hard with the kids and really take the time to help and work with them. They are incredibly dedicated to their gym, their athletes, their cheer families and the sport of cheer. The cheer/tumbling skills the girls have learned are fantastic to watch, and I can see they are learning the value of hard work and being a team player.

Coach Laura and her staff at Galaxy All Stars are truly committed to the development of star cheer athletes. This is our second year with Galaxy. We love the fact that the coaches have a good mix of high expectations (with just enough push) and warmth and encouragement for the girls (who are just so impressionable). Our girls have grown so much. We couldn’t be happier here.

This was a fine program that takes place inside the MEGA Gym in Millis. If you want masks to be STRICTLY enforced, then this is the place for you! If not, buyer beware.

This program has been a blessing to our entire family. Coach Laura is an amazing coach. She is a fantastic role model for all her athletes.
My older daughter thrives in this program. When everything shut down in 2020, the impact this program has on her became even more obvious. The second the gym opened back up, her mental health was back and healthy. It has improved her confidence, her willingness to try new things, her ability to work with others to do difficult things, and it has made her really strong and in great physical shape. Her teammates and coaches are not just friends. They are our cheer family. That’s exactly how I feel about the parents.
As my youngest daughter approached the age for the tiny team, I’m ecstatic she will be able to experience such a positive program.
I highly recommend this team for anyone seeking a positive experience for their child in physical health, as well as mental well-being.

We had a really positive experience at galaxy my daughter learned many new skills ..
