I love how good I feel after exercising. The personal attention you receive with the trainers are great, in my case Sarah. The atmosphere at the new studio is wonderful. The exercises are scaled down to what you can do and cannot do to help prevent injuries.

I have really enjoyed coming to this health and fitness center for the past year and a half! The support and camaraderie of the trainers and members along with their new larger space has continued to motivate me. I enjoy the changes in workout routines each week and feel that each person is looked at as an individual and given exercises that best work for them. Along with the weight training, cardio I have benefited for the nutrition support and the challenges to help motivate individuals!

It was my first structured and serious exercise program. I needed to exercise and lose some weight to manage my high blood pressure. The atmosphere was welcoming and nurturing. The three part program of strength training, cardio AND nutrition review was very effective. The moral support from the staff and peer support was fantastic.
