Great gym, the weightroom has more squat racks and deadlift platforms than most gyms I've been too. Also love that it's a family-owned business with the owner personally conversing with members and creating an awesome community

Gym is under new ownership, and the new owner is amazing! Actually cares about members and is taking steps to make the gym even better. The gym has a family feel instead of a stuffy corporate box gym. This facility has everything you could possibly need to reach your fitness goals. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years now and can tell you it dose get much better than this highly recommend

I’m not sure why, but management refuses to change the hours on the website. I have no clue when they are open and when they are closed. For eight weeks they have been reminded that this needs to be changed and they continue to ignore requests.

Let me begin by saying I’ve been at this gym for about 3 years and it’s consistently gone down hill. If you can stare clear! For one the “manager” is about as useless as they come. I had one instance were my card was constantly being charged even though when you train your supposed be waived the monthly fee. They ended up pulling it off my total left in training fees and once that was up they still charged me even though I no longer owed money for training but still had a few sessions left of training. After that was “resolved” by first speaking to the manager who swore she took care of it 3 times then I still got charged. They decided to tell me babysitting wasn’t included and the owner refunded me $25 for the final payment I was charged instead of the full $35 ($10 be for babysitting even though it said that no were on the contract that wasn’t included and I wasn’t informed of that). I was charged yet again after speaking with the manager and owner to the point I had to call my credit card company and file it as fraud since they didn’t have my permission to charge me. Also today 2/28/2020 my daughter was in the daycare with another girl who normally isn’t there during the day (the women normally there Dawn is amazing) and she texted me saying my daughter was crying. I walked into the daycare my daughter was in hysterics and she proceeds to tell me “one of the boys kept trying to pick her up and ended up dropping her on her head” keep in my mind daughter just turned one. She didn’t say sorry, ask if she was okay nothing. I proceeded to complain to the girl at the front desk who was polite but told me the owner couldn’t come down because “he was busy doing business upstairs” as if my daughter being hurt in his daycare room wasn’t important enough and the “babysitter” showing no compassion wasn’t important enough. She took my name and number then said Incase he wants to call you I’ll take your number. She was the only person to say sorry and if she was okay and she was working the front desk so that was respectful of her. I have yet to hear from the owner in regards to this situation. If this gym wasn’t conveniently near my sons school I would have been long gone and am now looking into other gyms that are better ran. If you can, avoid this gym at all cost. Both my trainers left this gym due to the manager. Ive also known people switching gyms because of this same “manager”. Prices were raised but stuff is constantly ripped and equipment is broken half the time. Very disappointed in how my situations have been handled thus far. Will be overlooking my future gym choices to avoid this type of scenarios happening ever again.

The gym makes promises that it cannot fulfill to make one sign up.
When they fail, they blame it on their ex-employees who have nothing to do with training orientationof current gym members. The biggest con for this gym is racial bias!Very unhappy with their treatment.

Upstairs areas are super hot. 78 degrees on a 65 degree day and can't open windows. Class schedule changes and website isn't updated. Music was so loud one day I couldn't hear my headphones at loudest setting. When I asked if it could be turned down at the desk they told me they can't change the volume. Machines are often broken for weeks. Even canceling membership was an issue and was charged an extra month. I did really elike the instructors Jake, Rachel and Jen.

Love this gym! I have been going here for as long as I can remember. It is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. They have a separate woman’s gym area which I love. They aso have large locker room with showers, sauna, and tanning available. A large aerobic room with many classes from 5am to 6-7 each night. Spinning classes too. They also offer day care, training, and juice bar. Membership is super affordable also have family discounts! There is not one bad thing i can say about it:)

I'm extremely unhappy with the membership process. They have been charging me for the family plan out of my account for years and never applied the extra funds to my daughter's membership and put her account into collection status. They do not notify you by mail or by phone and I was told they do not have the time to do that. I've been back and forth with them for months and they continue to drag their feet to get extra months of payments from you.

It's a great facility and the staff members are great, looks like they outsource their membership management to a third party. They do not deliver on their "No Commitment" slogan. My recommendation, sign up for a gym that makes it easier to cancel online rather than calling each and every time.

I have seen other reviews dating back 2 years ago. Nice gym but they don't like to turn on the A.C.. This was a problem since 2 years ago and is still the same way. When you tell them that there is no A.C. they give you the same excuse each week saying they will tell the manager, the instructors have to turn it on, they are working on it, it takes an hour or more for the A.C. to kick in. I have taken back to back classes totalling 2 hours plus and have put my hand near the A.C. ducts, with the temperature themostat down to the lowest setting (that the instructors have turned down all of way to get the A.C. working) and STILL NO A.C.!
Upstairs in the classes it reaches almost 90 degrees and it is not even summer yet!
One whole class came down and complained about the A.C. and a trainer said smartly "Well you want to work up a sweat don't you?" Yes, we want to work up a sweat but we don't want to pass out because of heat exhaustion or heat stroke because they are too cheap to turn on the A.C. or too cheap to repair it since this problem dates back even 2 years ago...come on Gravity...we are paying a lot of money...fix this problem NOW!

Pretty decent gym. Gets really crowded but all gyms seem to. The equipment needs a little tlc. Some of them need grease or lube or whatever they use... you can be doing 10lbs (on the equipment in the photo) and have a problem lifting the weight because when it’s sliding up on any of the pulley systems it gets kinda stuck and you have to pull through it. Makes it difficult to do a workout.

**** It seems like they fixed it!

They just got a bunch of brand new equipment I'm excited to try fyi

12 year member...I needed to cancel for a surgery. called twice to cancel but they continued to swipe my card for 8 months. They can take a membership over the phone, credit card over the phone but they can not cancel a membership over the phone.(for security reasons?) Find yourself another gym with creditable ownership.

I like this gym a lot but it isn't cold enough for me to do my intense cardio . I also didn't see kettle bells out . I did like the different areas and a lot of the equipment.
