As someone with physical limitations I love taking the adult classes! Being accepted "where I am", having modifications for my abilities, and not feeling like I am "less than" for what I am not able to do is absolutely amazing! Alicia makes the classes fun, engaging and challenging for all levels! It is a joy to come to a class where everyone is welcome!

This is a great new studio in Auburn! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and passion for dance. The owner, Alicia, is incredibly kind and welcoming—she truly makes everyone feel at home, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her students and the art of dance. The studio is clean, well-organized, and already building a strong sense of community. Highly recommend checking it out!

I am excited to dance at GrooveLab this fall! I have known Alicia for many years now and she is professional and kind. Alicia’s dance and fitness experience provide for an amazing class. As an adult, her classes are challenging and are provided with accommodations for all levels of dancers. I always feel fulfilled after dancing with Alicia! My children love the way she teaches dance. She is creative and fun for all ages!
