Been a member for over 3 years. Honestly one of the cleanest and most organized gyms I’ve ever seen! Staff is awesome, knowledgable and friendly. Plenty of safe, monitored parking. Equipment is new and in top notch condition and 24/7 access. If I had to take 1/2 star off it would be for the men’s locker room. Plenty of lock friendly lockers but not exactly clear why there is only one 4-ft. bench between lockers? Could use some wall benches for changing away from the lockers and some bag or coat hooks? Space just seems underutilized? Aside from that, great gym, great equipment!

My name is Dr. Ted Anderson. I have been doing bodybuilding and powerlifting since 1995. I have worked out in gyms in New York City, Boston, Providence, Connecticut, California, Hawaii, Europe, South America, and Asia, and Guaranteed Fitness is the best gym I have ever worked out in. I have been working out at Guaranteed Fitness sonce 2001, and I work out on the average of 5 times per week. I have a PhD in physics, and Guaranteed Fitness has the best equipment according to the laws of physics in regards to Newton's Laws of force and motion. Several machines are engineered to give a constant torque throughout the range of motion instead of just at the sticking point. This optimizes muscle development.
Guaranteed Fitness also has an abundance of cardiovascular machines. If you like bodybuilding and/or cardiovascular fitness, this is the gym for you!
The owner, Bruce is dedicated to gym excellence. On the staff is Mike a bodybuilder of Mr. Olympia quality. Bruce's son, Andrew is a bodybuilding and boxing champ. Gabe is also a bodybuilding and boxing champ. Bruce, Mike, Andrew, and Gabe are all great trainers.

The Venice Beach and Golds Gym in one building in the northeast. Any body builder gotta put this on their bucket list of gyms for a session , maybe 2 a days. Simply awesome. A pumpers paradise. Been at this gym for over 5 years now and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The staff up front is awesome and always welcoming! I always enjoy talking to them when I’m coming in or when I’m leaving after my workout. The place is extremely clean and is always updating the equipment. There is a lot of different things I like about this gym but I'll touch upon a few in this review. 1. I started personal training sessions which are very reasonably priced and Mike and Dave really helped me get my life back. 2. They just got a bunch of new equipment from Italy and I'm telling you It's ELITE compared to any other gym around you'll always find a piece of equipment that works for you. 3. I absolutely love their no filming policy because you don't have to deal with those annoying people always trying to film their set. And 4. Everyone in the gym is like family whenever you need a hand or spot they got your back the culture here is amazing!

I have been coming here for over a year. The first draw was it is close to home, second it is one of the only facilities that is still 24 hrs which works with my schedule. This has got to be one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been in. The owner and his staff are friendly and inviting. The equipment is plentiful and versatile. PANATTA equipment is some of the best a gym can offer and there is a lot of that equipment here to keep my workouts safe, fresh and always current. Always plenty of parking so no worries. I will say from my gym experience over the years this is a good bang for the buck for anyone looking to maintain their fitness goals. They offer a clean environment, spacious rooms with a variety of equipment laid out to flow with your routines, free tanning for those sun bums and a constant introduction of new equipment all the time. The best gym in MA, by far. Calling this gym amazing is an understatement. I have never been to, or seen a gym with even close to the equipment guaranteed fitness offers. The staff is immaculate. They treat the building, equipment and members with care. On top of your first 3 training sessions, The owner Bruce will often times bring in professional bodybuilders and powerlifters to teach you how to train correctly and eat right. And believe it or not this gym also offers one of the best boxing programs in MA with many PROFESSIONAL BOXERS!!!!! If this gym doesn’t satisfy you then I don’t know what will.

Guaranteed Fitness is a great place to join & workout. The facility is very clean and the equipment is top notch and often updated. There is virtually everything you could ever want there and it’s the largest 24/7 gym in the state too. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner often has brought in fitness legends such as Lee Haney to teach at no cost to members. Who needs PF? This place has all they do and more. It's a great local option for people who don't want to commute 25 minutes to the big gyms in surrounding towns. Its a bit more expensive, but they offer 24 hour access. This place is worth every penny. I highly recommend people in spencer / Rutland check this gym out.

I am one of the founding members of this gym, I joined the day it opened. The equipment there is always in top notch condition and the staff & owner are friendly and professional, always ready to give me assistance and guidance whenever I have started using a new machine or doing a new exercise. Good gym, but there is no personal training like the website says. Everytime I ask the front desk, the best I have gotten is an offer to create a workout plan for me, but that turned into them telling me to work the circuit machines. I also wish there were a few more classes, (esp since there is not trainer to give me instructions)

UPDATE: Thank you for updating your website to no longer say 6 personal training sessions upon signing up; I'm still hoping to utilize it. As the owner, your response to me is inaccurate: I have not signed up for personal training sessions because I was told you didn't offer them, despite your website saying otherwise. I am a new member, but not new to working out. However I am not a trainer, so would benefit from professional support, which is why I inquired. Finally, your gym has attempted to contact me once, not twice, but I was unavailable to respond. This is probably the cleanest gym I've ever been to, and I've been training in various gyms for over 20 years now. Everyone who works there is really helpful and nice. I’ve been a member at this gym for years and not once have I thought about going anywhere else. Between the state of the art and diverse equipment/machinery that allows you to reach your personal goals regardless of lifting style (power lifter, bodybuilder, boxer, etc.), knowledgeable experienced and friendly staff, and the overall access to this gym it is hard to find a better place to enjoy a complete workout in a comfortable environment. The gym itself is great. A lot of equipment and very convenient. The problem I had was the honesty of the contract that was signed. I signed a contract for the family plan, the agreement was we pay for three memberships and a fourth was free. I explained that my son was at college and I would bring him down for his membership when he returned home, I got my 14 year old a membership so we could receive the deal. I paid the memberships for 4 months. When my son came back feom college, I took him into the gym and they stated he could not have his membership because they stopped that offer. I informed them this was the agreement I was given when we signed up and they refused to honor it. I could have paid for another membership but it is the principle of the lack of integrity respecting an agreement and contract. Go to planet fitness or 24 hour fitness in southbridge. I will say the gym is great, but I would rather pay more and drive further to a buisness that keeps there word, than a buisness that doesn’t honor their agreements and keeps taking the money.

I have had the opportunity to work out at other gyms (when I travel) over the course of time. For nearly the past 20 years. I have been a member of Guaranteed Fitness. I see Guaranteed Fitness being second to none. The development of the facility over the past few years has been awesome. Free weights, machines and cardio equipment is brand new and state of the art. The facility is always clean and the staff is always professional and very knowledgeable. I am out of town and needed a place to workout. They were very nice and professional. The daily workout price ($10) is fair and they offer a $25 a week price too. Very rude and unprofessional when cancelling a membership. Said only way to cancel was to come in in person. I said I was on vacation and asked if they could be mailed to my house. Spoke with both Steve and Bruce and he said just come in when back. I said I wouldn't be back in time and didn't want to be forced to pay another month. He said sorry can only do it in person. I asked again why they couldn't be mailed. After speaking with both of them for 30 minutes Bruce finally says fine just mail in a letter. He could have said this from the beginning instead of beating around the bush and trying to play hardball. Come to find out it is acceptable and legal to send a certified letter to cancel a gym membership. He will do anything to inconvenience you when trying to cancel a membership and it seems based on past review he's been doing this for years. Be wary of joining. I wouldn't want to be someone who moves and wants to cancel their membership with them. Not the best way to run a business!!
